Attic Salt is such a wonderful and unique store! I think this store is great for people who are into cute things, astrology, tarot cards, fandom culture, self-help and mindfulness, and more. They always have a good selection of the latest Loungefly bags!

This was a super cute store I happened upon in the Memorial City mall. The Mothers Day caught my eye. The salesperson was quite kind and helpful! I will have to stop by again.

My daughter and I visited the Memorial City Mall Friday night. We decided to pop in to Attic Salt and check it out. As we were walking through the store, about halfway in, a young lady standing in the far back right of the store started hollering, and I mean hollering, Get over here. Come here. We didnt realize she was an employee at first and thought she must be talking to her child. Next thing, a young man approached her and she began to berate him in front of the entire store. It appeared that his task was to put clothing on a rack and he overpacked the rack. The left rack was the one he was working on and the right rack, evidently, was his example to follow. I get it that he may have messed up. BUT, the way this young lady spoke to him was demeaning and belittling. She scolded him for 15 minutes in front of an abundance of customers. My daughter and I felt very uncomfortable as did many of the other customers. We were extremely saddened by the way this young lady spoke to the young man. #1 No one deserves to be treated like and especially in public view. #2 This young lady should not be a member of management, if she is. Or could certainly use management coaching. I realize I do not know the entire story or the performance of this young man, however I still believe her disciplinary action could have taken place when she didnt have a store full of customers or behind closed doors. At best, I feel this young lady needs management and sensitivity coaching and owes this young man an apology.

In general this is a great store to find things that arent usually just anywhere. Angie was very kind she greeted us at the door. She was the only one working the floor and even with a few customers in the store she made us feel special. I highly recommend going to this store. Say hi to Angie for us. Also Ive read some of the other comments and I want to say retail is hard with covid on top of everything. Dont act like you know someones life. Give the girl a break. Angie was very helpful when we asked questions and kind. She let us know all the deals in the store.

Nice store with interesting products. The staff is nice and friendly. Seems thats people who write poor reviews for the place write poor reviews for most places.

Very very rude employee, a girl with long hair and glasses was so rude and short to me at the cash register. She needs to work on her customers services.

Store was lame and that one girl Angie I think was her name, looks miserable there at her forever job. Wouldnt recommend, go to hot topic instead.

Poor customer service. They treat customers as theifs. very bad attitude from the manager. No customer service whatsoever.

They have a great selection of quirky stuff like Pusheen, feminism stuff, and punny t-shirts. My favorite thing to buy here is their socks. They have a good sized corner FILLED with socks with funny sayings or animals you dont usually see on socks. Great place to buy socks for Christmas.

Great selection of gifts for people of all walks of life.

Lots of pretty good novelty store it is like Spencers, Hot Topic,& Box Lunch type of products, they also nice quality items nothing just looks cheap actually all these items in this room is priced rather high or about average to Hot Topic like $23 for a t-shirt, but they do have somethings that are worth less then what they are worth such as a over watch D,va wallet for $45 that is why to high even for something from lounge or the matching mini back pack which sells for like $65 or $75, cute but to much. Customer Service is pretty good they will try to help you to best of their ability. Store is clean and organized, nice display set up (merchandising) you see the items make a theme not just like theres to much going on, so that is good; I shop this store for gifts, and especially with christmas I am sure you could find something for everyone, so go check them out 4 some cute gift ideas for that special one in your life, I would recommend this store. The stuff they carry hardly goes on sale though that is a down fall, but sometimes you might find some socks on sale, or a t-shirt but that is about the only sale prices I would see, but still worth a look.

Manager was rude, bad attitude an was training a new employee.. They only accept cash and have a small sign the size of a index card under the register. Won’t be coming back.
