I was looking for a wedding gift and two girls were there. They both were really helpful and friendly. They recommended a snow globe and they engraved it super fast for me. I spend 160$ for my personalization. The watch I bought it was last one and i asked for boxThe girls she told me that she would find box for me but when my order was ready i saw she was about putting my watch inside the glass boxI ask her that I donβt like the box . She was so rude ; she told me i told you is last one and i have to find box I said but you didnβt told me the box would be totally different and I spent 160She said I canβt give you another box ; I said this is gift I want they know where I bought itIs important for meShe finally found one box and put my watch inside and with bad attitudeI would never ever back at this store anymoreThatβs not a customer service.I donβt know her name but she was horrible π‘
The product is great but the workers and location are ridiculous. I called for a better half of 2 hours and kept getting a fax machine noise and when someone finally answered they put me on hold and hung up. Why even have a phone if you dont set up well enough for your employees to be able to answer a call?
Purchased online and picked up in store. Service was quick and easy. Items came out perfectly. Sales associate Lydia was nice, down to earth and very helpful as I looked at other items as well.

The basis of my rating:1. Angela wasnβt necessarily rude... but she also wasnβt inviting. Minimal customer service. Not even a smile.2. Products are overpriced. Engraving is overpriced. They just donβt stand up to the quality that you imagine or see on a photo. If the quality were better then itβd be worth the $$$.3. A 2 hour wait just to get a name on a pen seemed excessive.Overall, I felt like I wasted my money and time.
I took a Michael Kors watch to get engraved in May 2019 and they scratched it and ruined my husbands birthday gift! They payed me the amount I had payed for my watch but It took weeks to get a check and now that same watch I bought had an increase in price! November 2019 and I still havenβt been able to buy his watch ! I couldnβt get another one for same price, and this people were just careless about it all! I wasted my time, money, and gas money on driving an hr to this location! MY ADVICE IS DO NOT GET A WATCH ENGRAVE IF ITS NOT DONE WITH LASER!!

I walked into Things Remembered @Memorial City Mall on a Saturday afternoon having an idea for a 50th anniversary gift, but I felt bit overwhelmed. Martha and her sales associate gave me many options with so much ease. There was a plate with a serving knife I wanted, but didnβt have it in stock at the store. She called several stores to find one and have it ship to the store, just in time to have engraved. And they had a sale, Buy one get another item 75% off. How could I reuse? She also helped me make a decision on the engraved design. Martha and her staff went far and beyond to make me a very satisfied customer. I will be recommending this store to my friends and family. And will return to purchase future gifts.
100% satisfied with the customer service from this store after a really bad experience at the Baybrook mall location. Extremely thankful for Marthaβs exceptional customer service! She went above and beyond to help resolve the issue I had with a recent purchase. I could have not have asked for better service from this employee. I love the franchise and have always enjoyed things remembered but this stores customer service is horrendous.Older white lady acted like me and my three kids were wasting her time. She tried to talk to me while i was on the phone to which i gesture politely am on the phone she proceeds to walk right past me just inches from me clearly to spite me or to say get out of my way and then still has an attitude when i finished my phone call.Maybe i expected too much as a AA man.Surprisingly all I was asking is if they can resize a bracelet my wife purchased the previous day. So yeah there you go !

I came in on behalf of my sister-in-law to pick a gift for one of her co-worker. It was an easy process went it and pick it up without a hassle during the week.
Although the line was long, the customer service was great. The associate figured out exactly what I needed and helped to purchase exactly what I wanted.
Lots of really personal stuff to give a personalized gift, but they are expensive, they sometimes have go to sales but then you have to pay for the expensive engraving, they are pretty fast at getting your order to you fast but its just expensive. But good customer service and there is usually someone on the floor to help with any questions you might have.
Good place,just needs more than one employee as one employee is not enough on season like Christmas

Horrible customer service! I The young lady working there tonight (employee ID 7482 from the copy of my receipt) was so incredibly rude and tort! She was extremely dismissive and arrogant when I asked about purchasing a keepsake wedding box. I have purchased many items from other locations and truly enjoy shopping at this retail chain, but I will NEVER go back to the one at Memorial City Mall. It is extremely disappointing and insulting that this type of customer service/store exist in a shopping complex like MCM. I much rather go to Things Remembered in Willowbrook Mall, where they are super friendly and attentive. Lastly, corporate really needs to pay attention to what the heck is going on in this store. Management and employees need to be replaced all together.

I drove up there to get a necklace for my daughter for Christmas.I walked in and there were boxes everywhere. It looked like they were unloading a shipment or something. The AC level had the store uncomfortably cold - I assume the employees had lowered it because they were unpacking boxes.There were maybe three other customers looking around. Three employees were present and not one said anything to me when I came in.I found the necklaces, but I needed it to have two charms. I assumed Id be able to buy an additional charm to add to the necklace. So I went up to the clerk to ask about it. I was obviously interrupting her. She rudely walked me over to the necklaces and said this is what we have. I told her about needing a second charm and she said curtly, we dont do that and went back to unpacking boxes.Seriously? I drove 40 minutes to get there and she couldnt even fein an attempt to find me a solution to the issue? Was there a way to order them separately online? Could I buy a secondary charm somewhere else and bring it to have them engrave it along with the one Id be buying from them? Were there any clearance or sale necklaces I could buy at a discount to just take the charm from and add it to the full price necklace I wanted to buy? These are all questions I would have asked had she not simply walked away as if I was inconveniencing her. But, I had no interest to spend my money with them anymore considering the treatment.So, I went to the James Avery in the mall and spent $200 with them instead.
The manager needs to be fired. Do NOT use this location. Ive never been more uncomfortable in my life.

If i have a chance to give 0 star i can do it! Terrible customer service, no smile face and sincere people on behind the table, there is no excuse also they proud of their rude behaviors. Firstly, they didnβt want to refund and asked too much questions like why do you want to give it back etc. and finally they decided do it, after too long speaking with manager on the telephone, they didnβt give back money and said you have to buy sth here, then I wanted a gift card, they didnβt then its ok, i have to buy so i chose sth, finally their system didnβt give back exact money for refunded item,it didnβt calculate the tax price it was paid they had to paid whole money but they didnβt so i had to pay to much extra money with new added tax prices too, also i lost almost 50 mins to refund an item. Waste of money and time! Donβt recommend! Be careful! Save your money and time!
Very rude customer service. I ordered something online the exact way I wanted it and they did the way they wanted it. I will never order from them again. It didnt turn out anything the way I wanted.

I completely agree to the people who have reviewed before me and given 1 star to this place. Horrible customer service and YES THE MANAGER HAS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM. Even the other sales guy has a lot of attitude. She wont even answer some basic questions and reacts in a very rude manner if you have some queries about the product you are buying. For example, I asked her about how she was planning to print the custom text for the gift I am planning for a loved one and her response was I will print it at an extreme corner just to piss you off, dont you think we are good at what we do. Now come on, its not supposed to work like this. I will never ever go to this place again. I hope I had read all these reviews first before going there.

Very rude and arrogant. I was treated like they didnt want me there even though I had money to spend. The impression I was left with is that I wasnt dressed as well as the clerk (I was in my work clothes) so I was simply beneath them.Yes, I work hard for my money. I dont have to spend it there if it isnt good enough for them.

Been there many times before ....my experience tonight was horrible .....first he said we dont print picture so I went and get it print it, when I came back try to order he said the machine is broken and my order would not be ready on time. I try to come him done (as custmor)rude .and then I ask him at least mybe he can help with cutting picture he said they are not allowed!!!!horrible
I dont even know where to begin, this place for starters the manager has an attitude problem didnt wanted to assist me kept answering the phone rolling her eyes and if I am not mistaken she was the store manager short blonde hair. I placed an order of 3 items I kept asking questions since it was a gift for someone else I wanted to make sure every detail was going to be perfect. Well that wasnt the case here, Placed the order 5 days later I received a text that the items were ready for pick up, the humidor I ordered I specifically asked to be engraved a certain way, What I saw was horrible. it looked like a kindergartner had wrote it coming out of the line. They were expecting me to drive all the way to Sugar Land to First Colony Mall to get another humidor, the young lady that was at that store at the time of pick up tried to fix the problem was able to get another plaque from a different box and engrave it again. Only this time each letter that I had SPECIFICALLY asked to be capitalized wasnt. she was the only there OVERALL bad experience I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM very disappointed on how things were handled. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I wish I wouldve read the reviews prior to coming in there.
Donβt expect to have your engravings to be completed or correct. Also donβt expect to get your jewelry to look as pictured.
