I saw an ad in the mail for a 1 oz American Gold Eagle coin that they were selling at-cost. At first I thought it was too good to be true, but I actually got exactly what I paid for. They were very nice to talk to on the phone and they didnt try to push anything on me. The coin arrived quickly and it was exactly what I ordered.

1Oz $50 GOLD American Eagles with introductory price of $1700 for only new customer with Key code Offer expired on 08/31/2020.. advertisement was very impressive .. however i got disappoint after call them to know that as the Gold price is daily increase so they are not offering this introductory price anymore.. I am not sure why did they advertise 1 full page paper offer if they are not offering.. i lost my trust as new customer..

If you order by debit/credit card, be sure your shipping address is the same as your account/billing address.I have a permanent address in one town but work in another and when I ordered, I didnt verify that the billing and ship to addresses were the same so the order wasnt processed. They have to be the same because its one way to mitigate online fraud.Anyway, Nationwide made every effort to reach out to me and clarify everything so everything worked out in the end. I definitely appreciate their extra effort because, in this environment, they could have easily set back, do nothing, and sell to someone else but they didnt;. They worked to complete the sale with me.I definitely recommend looking into doing business with them.

It is not 24K gold, It is 22K. I thought $50 eagle coin would be 24K.

I have purchased gold from nationwide twice in December 2019...you cant beat the service or the quality! The price was great and the sales personnel were very good. I will certainly continue to do business with them.

My 94 yr old grandmother purchased gold coins from this company in 2014 under the understanding that she would be receiving krugerrands. She however received multiple American gold eagle coins said to be valued at $25,000. 2x sets of 4 priced at $9900-$10,990 and 2x $5 coins at $500 each and 23x gold bullion valued at $130 (which are actually worth $150 now). After inheriting these items I quickly found that this company scammed my grandmother out of roughly $15,000. This company has a D+ rating with the BBB and with a very basic internet search you can find multiple allegations of fraudulent dealings and the reputation as a scam corporation. Do not let your elderly loved ones waste their hard earned retirement funds buying from this company.

They tried selling me coins for an extra 5 bucks a coin after the price went down. Very disappointing after I had a great experience with them in the past. I dont like being lied to. Currently will not buy from them but I may purchase from them in the future.

Although they limit your purchase of the 1/10 oz $5 Gold American Eagles to only 10, They will allow you to purchase more of them providing you also purchase one or more of the items they promote to you while on the phone with them to either place an order or verify and order and pay for it.They are soft sales people who want to sell you more, but arent pushy about it, but they will make a good, yet nice attempt to get you to purchase more.I worked with both KC and Jonathan Rodgers who were very nice and helpful as well as understanding.I will give them my repeat business! Coins delivered 15 minutes ago. Ordered ten 1/10 oz. gold eagles 26JUL18, received merchandise exactly as advertised 05JUL18, free shipping and no additional charge for credit card. Coins received are mixed dates; I compared them to 1/10 oz. eagles I know are good, and the coins from Nationwide are genuine - no complaints there. Corey did try to sell me additional high grade collector gold coins which I politely declined.Only minor complaint - did not receive order confirmation or invoice number via e-mail or phone call; had to call them to get the order number, and call them again several days later for the FedEx tracking number.Would be a solid five-star rating except for the communication issue. Other than that, very satisfied. Every one I spoke to was polite, professional, and friendly.

Ordered and paid on the 8th. Very friendly staff and easy transaction. Received coins on the 25th. Pretty slow by any standard. I order stuff on Amazon directly from China and get it faster. A good coin and bullion dealer has 3 metrics - price, completion of order, and speed of getting product into custys hand. 2 out of three for this transaction get 5 stars. Speed gets a 2, dropping overall rating to a 4. If its going to take 17 days, just give the client a heads up beforehand, or maybe a mid-wait courtesy call to tell them to hang in there. I would and will use again.

My coins arrived on April 26, 2016 and were as advertised, an excellent price and great service.

A Disabled Combat Marine Veteran, friend of mine ordered some coins from this company, these coins were lost in the us mail. Nationwide Coin has REFUSED to reimburse my friend or resend the coins he ordered. They are keeping his money and will probably make an insurance claim and keep that money. Nationwide Coin has even ignored complaints I made on my friends behalf with the BBB. I warn all veterans to stay far away from this company they have no respect for veterans at all.****** On July 5,2019 Mr. Donald Fogo Director stated in writing to the Houston BBB that a refund would be issued to Mr. Ekola in 10 business days, well 10 business ended 3 days ago and NO REFUND. I was initially skeptical about the entire deal however the person i dealt with, Dallas Paskell, was nothing but professional and courteous throughout the order placement and follow up process. He also took the time to advise and suggest additional orders but was not at all pushy. I would definitely deal with Dallas again. My parents bought about $280K of coins from them about 4 years back. Im now going through the purchases and matching their worth to NGC and PCGS price estimates plus prices for these coins on other sites. Im estimating they lost over $100K. You should probably avoid them unless you are very savvy with coin deals and are immune to sales pressure.

Takes 3 weeks for coins to arrive, and requires multiple follow-up phone calls to get a tracking number for shipping. Most other places ship within a few days of payment clearing, not this place.
