Did a full bag fitting with Mike Riches, and cant say enough good things about my experience. It took me a bit to shake off some nerves and find my swing, but Mike was really patient and helpful from the start. I dont know much at all about golf equipment, so I had to rely on Mike to point me in the right direction, and he did just that. It was cool to watch the metrics get honed in/optimized as he got me closer to the ideal shaft/club combinations. No rush, no sales pitch, no pressure to buy, just real time, data driven results from the Trackman. Spin rates with my current driver were way too high. All of my shafts were basically too light and flexible. It was clear I was fighting against my equipment to find consistency in my game rather than my equipment helping create consistency. But as we progressed through testing, my misses became more manageable and metrics like spin rate, distance, smash factor, etc. got better and better. I highly recommend a fitting at Club Champion, and Mike Riches as the fitter.

I’m 43. I’ve been a golfer for 30 years and have never gotten fitted. I figured it was time. I had a full bag fitting with Nick Chandler. This guy made my experience everything I thought it would be. From his knowledge of the game to knowledge of the equipment, even his personal opinion about my swing and what I should be looking for, everything was perfect. I was nervous at first but quickly settled in because he was so easy to talk with. I 100% recommend getting fitted at Club Champion, especially with Nick. Thanks bro!

Club Champion Houston was a great experience. Nick Chandler my fitter was extremely informed on current drivers, irons, and shafts. He made the experience enjoyable. Within a matter of a couple minutes I could tell a difference in the clubs he gave me to test compared to my current set. Would definitely recommend going and getting fitted by Nick.

Michael helped me finish filling my golf bag! Had already fitted and ordered some clubs at the San Diego store, but he helped me today with my most used club - a 3 wood and I added a gap wedge to complete my set. Can’t wait for it to arrive. His knowledge and honesty as well as the comfort and ease of the fitting makes it the perfect place to try club options. Endless heads and shafts but thankful for his knowing what to try and making the process easy!

Met for an iron fitting appointment with Michael, he thuroughly explained the fitting process and information involved throughout our time swinging. He fit me with several different shafts before narrowing down to our best performer then mixed in various iron heads for the total package. Very satisfied with the end results and improvements when compared to the clubs I am currently hitting.

Great experience with Chris fitting me for new irons. I gained another club length with better consistency. There are no doubts that I have the best iron head plus shaft combination for my game.

I think the fitting was done properly, so they get a 2nd star for that. However, I am mostly unhappy with the whole thing. Im a 12 to 14 handicap, so maybe the experience will be better for someone with a very low handicap and a very consistent golf swing, but I feel shafted (pun intended.) I got fit for a shaft, then for a driver. I decided to go ahead and buy the club through them, which is a HUGE mistake. You will overpay by hundreds if you do that. I paid $500 for a driver...and that same driver is $500 at any retail store (unless you can find it cheaper on sale somewhere). However, with the retail store, you get a driver AND a shaft. Here, you pay $500 and only get the driver head. Then you pay another $400-500 for the fancy shaft (interesting how the shaft that works best for you isnt a reasonably priced shaft, huh?). Again, you can probably search online and find that same shaft for way less. So I spent over $1000 for a club and when I get on the course, can I tell ANY difference in the results between the new club and what I had been using? Nope. I overpaid for my new club by HUNDREDS of dollars and came away with virtually NO improvement. Take my advice, dont get sold on the idea of buying better results on the course. Take your money and get lessons. The club fitting isnt going to change your game, but lessons might. I could have bought a LOT of lessons for $1000+.

Got my clubs fitted. Chris did an awesome job. Got me the right shafts and Heads, what a difference it has made in my game .

I spent about $1700.00 on new Accra shafts and 3 wood/driver heads and fitting and never received a call when they were finished. Also, no one suggested that I get into a bay to confirm that my purchase was correct and the data was consistent with the fitting. There was absolutely no concern if I was pleased with my purchased and no attention to detail. Very much feel like just another number to them. Kind of like you are on some sort of club fitting assembly line and they just want to sell you and get you out so they can get on to the next customer. Not the customized intimate process I was expecting.When I called to see if they had arrived the person on the phone (Chris) told me that they had been there for 4 days. When I inquired as to why no one gave me a phone call he answered We do everything through email - I was perplexed with this answer to say the least. When I pushed further and asked why they did not call me his answer was Calling you would have been a non-starter - What does that mean? - I had a game on Tuesday and was anxious to put these clubs into play and they were very curt with there response and honestly could not have cared less.I asked Mike (the store manager) why did I not get a call on Monday when these arrived? - He answered the same as Chris on the phone and said We do everything by email I realized from his curt response and demeanor that they had no interested if I was satisfied with my purchase or even if the clubs came back correctly.I don’t necessarily have a complaint with the fitting (my fitter was Miles) I don’t think it was that impressive of a process because after taking the clubs to the range I realize that Miles told me that the M3needed to be set to the lowest trajectory and with the settings at the bottom of the driver and needed to be 7.5 degrees. I am not sure if this was done as my driver says 9.5 degrees and settings are not set to lowest trajectory. Absolutely no concern or attention to detail on with whether or not the clubs came out the way they should have from the staff here.Also, Mike the manager put the 3 woods grip on but not correctly as the butt end it about 1 inch loose.f - see attached photo (I have been regripping my own clubs since I was 11 and know that very little attention to detail was spent here.) Also, no one suggested that I get into a bay toconfirm that my purchase was correct and the data was consistent with the fitting. There was absolutely no concern if I was pleased with my purchased.There are plenty of other fitters in town and if you are going to spend a premium price like I did to get fit correctly I would not recommend going to this place.

After playing one of the worst games of my life in a Tournament, I decided it was time to get fitted. Went online after hearing about Club Champion through Sirius XM, made an appointment and I couldnt be happier. Basically I played 2 rounds of golf in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours so if you do plan to do this make sure you get plenty of rest and your stomach isnt empty. Miles Hood fitted me and is a cool dude with much knowledge. I hit some balls with my current irons which are about 10 years old (Callaway Diablo Forged) and he gave me some other options to try. My favorite were the Callaway Apex Smoke irons which I purchased this day. I gained about 8 to 10 yards per club and my favorite part is that they do not pressure you into buying anything. You can get fitted and walk right out no problem but after seeing the differences, you may think twice. July 5th, 2019 was my fitting day and although I havent received the new irons yet, I get updates via email which is pretty cool. I was also fitted for a 3 wood which I did not purchase.....yet, but let me tell you that I gained 30 yards with this club. It was the Callaway Epic Flash 3 wood which was pretty amazing. Anyone considering a club fitting should just do it as it is totally worth it. I had a full bag fitting and we did putting last thank God because I was getting pretty tired. Miles adjusted the loft on my putter after reviewing my putting info and talking with me so yeah I am very pleased. I am one happy single digit handicapper. Thanks again Miles It was a great experience. Ive already recommended him to some of my buddies as well.
