Loved this place! They had hot sauces from everywhere! They even had an adult section for the truly dangerous hot sauces, like ones made from Carolina Reapers!

Friendly staff very knowledgeable about there products

With supply chains what they are, they dont always have the exact brand I had in mind. Thats no fault of theirs. They always have a great selection including local products, from mild to very hot with many flavor profiles.

My girlfriend and I had a great time sampling some tasty (and hot!) sauces and chatting with James. Super friendly. Great spot. Went home with several bottles that we can’t wait share with friends.Would HIGHLY recommend stopping in to check this place out.

Hello everyone !!!This place is amazing it is the emphasis of a specialty items and that in itself says a lot.My son turned me on too some YouTube videos of a show called The Hot ones so please look it up to have a better understanding of having fun in a challenge.This place is incredible the owner was courteous professional and he has a great passion in what he does. The fact of him being short of inventory its based on two things customers coming through the door buying it up and his vendors not being able to supply them fast enough during the pandemic. Most Texans understand this like trying to find bullets for the guns during these times.We bought some sauces one that was tolerable fruity yet with a stronger kick the normal made by Tabasco called the Scorpion sauce and another thats a mind blower. Overall this place its very clean the owner was very attentive and willing to inform you of anything you should know by asking questionsA great place to visit more than once looking forward for Houston to getting back to normal and seeing his store filled up to provide us a fun challenge.

My brother needed some heat/flavoring to add to foods because of an illness so I found this just looking for best hot sauce shops in Houston. Let me just say, it holds up to its standards for one of the best. They have a wide variety of different rubs, sauces, extracts, and candies beyond belief. I wanted to get stans blood which most definitely looked like blood in a veil but, Ill get it next time because well be coming here again. We met the owner and he is extremely helpful, friendly, and knew a lot about the heat index. Hes another reason for us coming back, thanks man👌🏻

This place is so cool! The staff was very knowledgeable (and cute) and they had an amazing selection. Great rewards program and will go back. Parking was limited but the store was easy to see from the street. Theres also a super awesome mural outside.

An awesome place but they could do so much more. Not quite the extent of the variety I would like. There is a sample station but its just with spoons, its hard to taste hot sauces by themselves, they should offer crackers or something.Addition to response: Thanks for the response. Ordered several items online and when I received the shipment, one of the products was missing and the packing slip indicated that I was refunded for the item. I never received a refund and multiple attempts at reaching out to them both via email and Twitter have received basically no response.I really didnt want to leave a negative review, but their disinterest at helping me with my issue made me feel like I had to share this experience.

Debated leaving this here since i love having this shop so close to me, and honestly with covid and the recent weather incident. But i thought about it and regardless of any issues a place of business has to provide a certain level of service to its customer base, especially when the owner makes a plea across facebook for sales in the above mentioned challenging times.I placed an online order for pick up, many items were out of stock etc, but i found four items. Put them in the cart and checked out. Email confirmation and everything. The confirmation said i would hear from someone, i waited several days and nothing so i emailed a note. Got a call yesterday saying my order was ready. I go by there today and the order not only wasnt ready but they only had two of the four items. Really? The pick sheet (pkg slip) only showed three items. i asked the clerk if they are going to credit the other two items and he said he would make a note. So now i have to check my bank statement to make sure i am charged accordingly. So much for doing a small business a favor. I didnt need anything i purchased, I love sauce and thought ok, ill grab a few things and help out. Nope...Edit - to owners responsewow, i get youre frustrated but your response was uncalled for. I have been a customer for over 5 years, i have 30+ bottles of sauce at any given time in my house. I would say 90 percent purchased at your shop. It is not out of line for a customer to review a business, regardless of the times. I was very honest and simply stated what happened. I noticed another review where someone had the same or near issue i did. Dont worry about giving me anything out of anger, charge the whole amount, as it will be my last order. I have gone out of my way to help small businesses, all i ask in return is the same level of customer service for my efforts.

Ordered on 2/22/20 and never received a shipping confirmation. From their website there is only an email address for contacting them. Sent two separate emails and have never heard back. Found their number online and and called on 3/02/20. Come to find out they were out of stock and it would be a few days before they got any in stock. This was supposed to be a gift. Update your website, answer your emails or notice that you were out would be nice.

This place has a huge selection of sauces, spices, rubs, marinades, and more. This is the only place to check out if you want to expand you palate beyond the basic Tabasco and Franks hot sauces you see at the grocery store. There is an area in the back to try out different sauces. The best part about the store, however, is the staff. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and can make great suggestions. Theyll ask a few questions and pin point a flavor youll love.

I was looking for the hottest chili sauce I can find. Adam was wonderful and he helped me pick out the best of the best! You can smell the chillies as soon as you enter the store. Great place!

They will tell you everything you need to know and are super helpful. True aficionados about all thing hot and spicy! They are very dedicated to offering great products and great service. Very nice place for Chile heads, like myself. The employees were very kind and helpful. Only complaint is that they were out of a lot of the extra hot sauces and extracts. If you are looking for something specific, call and ask about it first. Will definitely be coming back!

IBurn is a must visit for anyone that enjoys hot sauce or other spicy products. Weve been shopping here for around 3 years, we have never walked out emptied handed. The staff is great and if they do not have the specific thing we are looking for they always recommend something that is just as good.

Found this neat little place by searching on Google. Visiting from out of town and decided to stop here and get some hot sauce for my Husband. The man that was working there was very knowledgable and recommended a few things. Hope my Husband likes them! If you love hot stuff and Id definitely recommend going. Great shop! As someone who doesnt eat excpetionally spicy food, I came in with my Brother In Law expecting to just accompany him. But their selection is wide and I found several things for myself and a few presents! Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable and the store is excellently layed out and much larger than I expected. It even has a hot sauce my sister tried in Belize and has been looking for since! I say all this as someone who never leaves reviews on anything. Check this place out of you or someone you love likes hot stuff!

That is not true. Ive been shopping at this place for a long time and use to recommend it to everyone I know. There is a hot sauce that they have I like. The last few times Ive went in they were sold out. Everyone that works there is very nice except for the lady who works behind the counter who always reminds me shes the owners wife. She told me since they were always out would I like a whole case. I told her yes and ask her how much it would cost. She said $27. She said she would call me when it was in. I told her thank you. A gentleman called me about a week later and asked me if I would still like the case. I told him yes. He then told me that it would be $52. I told him the lady had told me 27$. He put me on hold and then came back and told me it would be $48. I asked him how much they sold each bottle for off the shelf. He said a $1.75. I then asked him how much would I be paying per bottle at $48. He said $3.20. I told him this was not the price that the lady had quoted me. And that why would I pay more per bottle then what they sell them for off the shelf. He said that I had to pay for shipping. But if they sell each bottle at the store for a $1.75 off the shelf, that must include shipping or they would be losing money for each bottle they sell, plus you usually get things cheaper when you buy in bulk not more expensive. He could not explain this to me just that the price had changed from the quote she gave me and it now included shipping. This makes no sense. I bought a lot of stuff from this store over the last few years. And never had any issues untill my dealings with the woman who works behind the counter who always reminds me shes the owners wife. That is why they get one star. And I tell everyone about my experience there. Honesty is the best policy.🙉🙈🙊I see you have changed your reply again. I do not only write one star reviews. Tried their hot sauce at the Houston Hot Sauce Festival, but found great Bloody Mary Mixes at the store. Ghost Mary is crazy hot, but Original Bloody Mary (Habaneros) was the hit of brunch.
