Craig Baker Marble fabricated my marble slabs for my kitchen countertops and they look amazing! The process from selecting my slabs from their slab yard to installation went so smoothly. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my countertops and island. Highly recommend!

Incredible Customer ServiceWe had water damage from a busted pipe. Bruce Baker gave us a free estimate. Gave a realistic expectation of the time frame. They came out earlier than slotted time. They communicated throughout the entire process, were when they said they would be. The team of craftsman were courteous to our entire family. They were respectful of our belongings and can’t say enough good things about the entire crew! Polite, prompt, they understood customer service! I highly recommended Craig Baker Marble Company .

In the freeze of February 6, 2021, a pipe in our attic burst flooding our entire home. Everything had to be moved to a storage facility, plumbing repaired, walls had to be torn out, and all our floors ripped up. Everything was a mess. It was very traumatic.Craig Baker Marble Co, was recommended to us by a friend so we called, made an appointment, and hired them to repair our home. It was the best decision we could have made!Baker Marble repaired and painted walls in the whole house, totally rebuilt the master bath including tiling the shower and floors, and new countertops. These were only the major repairs. They also took care of all the minor issues caused by the freeze.Their work ethic was super. They came when scheduled without delays, started work at 8:00am, and worked a full day.I cannot say enough about Baker Marble, its employees, and their work ethic and professionalism. We worked closely with Ashley, and she was a life safer. Thank you Ashley for all your help in getting us through this ordeal.We are very pleased with the final results! Craig Baker Marble Company fabricated and installed 3 slabs of granite on a kitchen update. They did a great job and was my only choice for a later major remodel of the kitchen and 3 bathrooms involving 7 slabs of new granite plus recutting an existing counter top in my study. Again a superb job of fabricating some complex tops plus perfect install.

I love my new shower! They are very professional and addressed all my questions. I will be using them again for my guest bathroom. They took care of everything all I did was pick out my marble.

I started building custom homes in the Katy area in with Gordon Boyle and Masterpiece Homes 1978. Focused in the Nottingham Country and Kelliwood subdivisions in their early beginnings, it was a welcoming event for many of us builders when Craig Baker opened his business on Baker Road, right here in our backyard. The early 1980s were a challenging time in home building, but working through tough times created a bond with many of us builders and our suppliers, as was with Craig, Bruce, and their entire staff. Ashley was friendly and helpful. Customer service ends with her. The countertop looked nice, but it was measured incorrectly and the cabinets would have protruded beyond the countertop. When I spoke with the Vice President, Bruce, he was defensive and complacent. His resolution was to pull the countertop forward away from the wall 1/4” making it flush with the cabinets. The result would have been no overhang for a drip line. He was more interested in informing me how many years he has been in the business and criticizing my cabinet maker than taking responsibility for the error and correcting it. This is not someone you want to do business with. I consulted 3 professionals in the business. They all said the measurement was incorrect. Bruce was more interested in quoting industry standards than correcting the error. In the end, his solution was to pull the countertop forward or refund my money. He refused to make it right. This man does not have the first clue as to what customer service is all about. I chose the refund instead of an inferior product due to lack of effort/care on his part. This is not someone you want to do business with.

I would put a zero star if i could. This guys only deal with people with big money jobs . Dont have time for. Small noble people. If u need a small job done. Or favor . Dont bother with this guys .

We contacted Craig Baker Marble in May 2019 to price bathroom countertops and we had to continually contact them, they never returned calls or texts. When we were finally able to schedule install, they were hours late coming to our home to measure, and we had to hound them to get them to honor the appointment because my husband had taken a day off. We were told by the employee that the sink traps would line up, and my husband asked that question several times. When we went to their facility on Baker Road in early May, Brenda Baker assured us also, the sink traps would line up and we would have no problem re-installing our plumbing. We paid and the sinks were installed on May 17th, 2019. We asked installers why sinks werent white and why the sink traps didnt line up, the only response was to talk to Brenda. We called, emailed and left multiple messages with the receptionist...no response. My husband finally reached Bruce Baker on May 20th, and he told us that it was our fault, he was taking no responsibility and if we wanted replacements, we would have to pay full price, in addition, have to pay Craig Baker Marble over $800 to re-install our plumbing. Not a nice man. We have filed a complaint with the BBB. Beware of this business. It is a shame because we had used Craig Baker Marble to install our shower after Harvey flooding and we had no issues. Do yourself a favor, contract another vendor.

He is awesome! love my counter tops, backslash and everything his team did! And cleaned up all the mess and they were very professional and cleaned up everything and did an awesome job!

I had no problems with them. They remade a cultured marble tub skirt for me, which I broke during its removal. I took them the skirt and they matched the colors up pretty well. They allowed me to go to the production area to inspect my new tub skirt, fresh out of the mold. Had a 4 day turnaround. They seem to be well coordinated and eager to help their customers when in the production facility, I was pleasantly surprised. They even trimmed the skirt with a circular saw (special blade) since I knew it needed some trimming up. The office people seem friendly enough, kept me apprised of my order, emailed me an invoice after the sale, all went fine. They did make it clear that they werent responsible for bad color matching, bad measurements, pattern dislikes etc. Its all custom, I understand the policy, It no different at most places that do custom production runs of various materials

Baker Marble has been providing counter tops for me and my business for over 20 years! I highly recommend them!

I dealt directly with the owner. He was all excited to have my business until I told him that I was going to install the custom sink myself and that I only needed him to make it. His attitude quickly changed and become very rude. I should have walked away at that point. He didnt want to take the measurements I had taken the time to write up. He only cared about the width and length of the counter top and deliberately made the drain location in a spot where he knew I would have to modify my plumbing. I do not recommend this place if you plan to do your own install. If you dont mind the up sell on him doing the install (upcharge), you may be OK.The fact that he denies doing business with me tells you even more about his dishonesty.
