Im building my house from bottom up and wasnt sure on ANY choices when it cameo flooring, granite,bathrooms,laundry room etc. But when I got there I met a very knowledgeable lady named Wendy. Thank goodness!!!! She walked me thru every step with ALL rooms. What I thought would be very difficult and overwhelming was the complete opposite! She made it seem so easy I couldnt be happier with my choices and it was because of her and her knowledge of all products,and of course her time and patience. Im so lucky that I got her to help me !!!!!!!

From start to finish I was treated so well and had such a great experience! Tish is so talented and has impeccable taste. And Clarence and the boys made all our orders go through and kept me informed. They all went out of their way to be helpful. Not to mention Daltile has beautiful choices!

Huge selection of tile and slabs of stone, Both natural and man made. Great selection. Just walk their warehouse to find the exact one that works best for you.Staff were pleasant and helpful.Parking is easy and available out front. Store hours are convenient.

The showroom was beautiful. The people we incredibly helpful. They offered more than one sample for me to take home, because I did not know what I was looking for.

The folks who work here are so unfriendly. They treat folks like they should feel lucky to be shopping there—Not like they are grateful you are there. The tile selection is great (thus, 2 stars), but I would rather find a comparable tile at a place where folks treat you well than go back to this place. On the other hand, Arizona Tile is the complete opposite. So friendly and helpful. If you have a choice, choose another tile provider.

We just finish this master bathroom renovation with daltile materials, I was impress with each marble tiles and mosaics. Everything fit perfectly, we use it on top of schluter Ditra heat floor, and waterproofing system with 68 inches lineal drain.Flooring express and full remodeling llp. Aproves their Tile quality.

My contractor sent me to their design center to get some tile ideas and tile combination ideas. We just were glared at and were not offered a hello, welcome, can we help you, someone will be with you soon, you need to make an appointment or any sort of acknowledgement from ANY of the ladies working there. We were completely ignored. This is a shame as we are redoing all of the flooring in 2 homes. I told my contractor about this and recommend he NOT send anyone else to this location. Went a few miles down Hempstead to another tile and stone center and were greeted immediately when we walked in and immediately offered assistance. I will make sure all of my friends and family know how awful our experience was.

I came in to pick tile for my wife and Is master bathroom and knew nothing about tile, or what it was I was looking for. Tish Harmon greeted us and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. She did a superb job. It was a pleasure to work with her. Thank you, Tish!!!

Customer service is really hit or miss. Sometimes you just get ignored, other times someone will help you out with a healthy dose of arrogance. Wish there were more options, if given a choice I would never.come her again...but.most of.my contractors use them unfortunately

Sorry business!! Prepaid purchased product that they brought from different location, but did not tell our company it was non-refundable and would not accept it back even after it was discovered the wrong product was ordered. There are no notes on receipt of refund policy only on a return receipt if you ever do get them to take something back. They do not take ANYTHING BACK no preorders, no floor prep, nothing even though they say in stock we do. They follow up with its up to the manager. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

The slab yard was well organized and easy to navigate. Their pricing is EXTREMELY competitive, and there was not a shortage of people available to help with selections/pricing. Make an appointment if you dont have a contractor to walk you around. Everyone is willing to help, but keep in mind that they are busy and being proactive enough to call ahead and discuss what service you need will only help!

I was there today to choose tile for my bathroom. I loved the styles and store. Clean and organized store. Associates were nice and friendly and helpful. They even gave me 9 sample 12x24” tiles😊

Rocky Torres needs to work on his customer service techniques, more words for example. His attitude reflected as if I was bothering him by needing help. He answered his cell phone and called someone on the phone for an internal issue all while Im standing there.(It was a rainy day)A few kind words ofDo you mind if I take care of this matterI understand when business has to be done. But I also know that the person standing in front of you should be who matters most.Maybe he doesnt understand that Houston has a lot of tile companies.Anyway Customer Service thats what will improve market share in Houston

One of the worse places you can pick up flooring from. Everytime I come here it takes an hour or more to get anything. Even a single bag of grout. It always seems to be something causing them to mess up. I would recommend going to other daltile location besides this one

Amazing showroom and designers, great wide variety of selections

Horrible experience! Our granite contractor sent us to this location to view a specific type of granite. We drove from Austin to Houston on a Saturday to view the granite and were told they had no one to move granite slabs for us to view. And, they told us that our son could not go into the granite warehouse and that we should “tag team” viewing the granite. We walked out without looking at anything at this place.The people that were leaving when we drove up told us that the employees were very unhelpful. It appears that the bad reviews are warranted. I suggest that you go to a better/friendlier granite yard.

Kim & Ellen are TOP Notch at picking out tile colors. I had an issue with the pickup center. But, the order center and showroom center are great.

Picked out my slab last week. Robert was extremely helpful. I was in and out in no time. I couldve spent hours looking around though...

The granite guys are INCREDIBLY rude. They will go out of their way to not acknowledge you (hey guys I actually have an appt to come here and spend 10s of thousands of dollars- hello? Can anyone help me?). My builder sent me here and I wish that he had not. During first trip I actually could not get ANYONE to help me in the granite area at all. Very disappointing experience. Perhaps they only work well with contractors?

All of the staff were very helpful and informative. They answered all of my questions. I dont understand the negative reviews but you cant please all the people all the time. They were a pleasure to deal with.

The team at Dal tile Hempstead is great. They usually have what your looking for.

Heavily overpriced, I got stuck with 500 bucks worth of flooring that I cant use or return, it only costs 275 at three other places. these people need to go out of business
