Unfortunately this is a place that I would not recommend to anyone. I bought a few pieces of granite from them, I paid for 108x26 until bring it home and work on it to realize it short 96x26. I called them and they said next time they’ll give me credit back but the next time I came back the computer showed nothing about it so at the end they didn’t credit me back for their mistakes. I ended up paid for another piece. Today I come to purchase a few items along with 1 piece of granite. Told them I don’t have a truck but my husband will pick it up after work. My husband drove an hour to get there to find out that the piece of that granite they don’t have it where my husband supposed to pick up but at their warehouse. They should have told me before hand that they don’t have it there and to pick up at the warehouse. By that time if my husband get to the warehouse it would be close. He drove an hour to get there for nothing. If you want quality product, punctuality and good customer service ...well this is not the place.

I ordered kitchen and bath counters from Reborn Granite. Price was good but they made me pay in advance which always makes me nervous. Installation went okay. End product was acceptable. When the 1099 filing date came due I realized that I did not have their tax information or a certificate of insurance from them. I called thinking this to be routine and was directed to Elaine who I was told was the owners wife. Elaine told me that there was no record that I had ever made a purchase there. Then she said that I would have to prove it to her with an invoice number which I then provided. Then she told me that they did not provide insurance certificates to their customers. I protested that if they went into several hundred houses a year, that certainly they had insurance and could provide a certificate. She said no and hung up on me. I called back and could not get her on the phone. I had to turn in her companys 1099 to the IRS with no tax#. Granite slabs are heavy and injury is possible if they are brought on your property. When dealing with this company and any other that does this kind of work, be certain to get their proof of insurance and W9 before they start. Dont make my mistake. Unappreciated.

These guys will take their time to help you find exactly what youre looking for. Even if they have to order a custom size. Fantastic prices & great customer service. Ive used Reborn Granite on three separate projects and been happy with them every time..

I visited the place and they are not helpful at all. Was planning to buy whole set kitchen cabinet and asked for help and they just gave me a piece of paper. Not recommended

Unfortunately this is a place that I would not recommend to anyone. Long store short, I recieved damaged cabinets and after having that fixed we had another issue with the drawer face not being aligned. So after that was resolved, to top it all off the people installing granit were 1 hr late. If you want quality product, punctuality and good customer service ...well this is not the place.

Slow to load, but only because they are very busy. Thats a good sign, of a great place.
