Very helpful and you can’t beat the prices! The only issue we’ve ever encountered has been with will call. Doesn’t seem to matter when we call the order in, it’s never picked and ready. However, that said, we still never usually have to wait long for them to pull the order.

Dont try to order in person. Theyll tell you theyre going to check the stock, but dont actually do it. I went in asked for the part and was told it was out of stock. I called to put it on backorder and they said they actually do have it, so they dont even bother checking in person.

Super friendly guys and they appear to have the most massive stock of hardware imaginable. I gave 5 Stars because 10 isnt an option. Fantastic place.

If you cant find it at The Nut Place you dont need it. Hahah. Lots hard to find fasteners with good prices. You can buy one bolt or a pallet.

The people that work at The Nut Place are great! The owner is rude and not afraid to be directly rude to your face. Its unbelievable you have someone that was intelligent enough to start and run a very successful business but be so rude to the customers. I suppose this is why he is usually kept in the back away from customers and any interaction. When he does come out of his cave I would get out as soon as possible, he will ruin your entire outlook on the company.

DO NOT do business with company. GM will hang up the phone when you try to ask him why his staff sits on paperwork for days. Told us to take business somewhere else. The Nut Place is literally NUTS!!

Overall the company is pretty good with what you might need. However, my experience has been a bit shakey, just avoid working with Roger which is the company manager. Guy is so rude and disrespectful. Such a disgrace to this company.
