Made appointment to install the shades in my house, no show no call. And people at the office doesnt know whats going on when I called them. Finally someone from their company called and told me theyll be 5 hours late or Ill have to schedule for another day. I hate time wasters, if the waiting time for custom blinds wasnt so long I would have just cancel it all together.

I had requested Chris from SES for a walk through when I was planning to build my Media room. When he arrived for the walk through he was very professional and provided some valuable inputs during my brief interaction with him. He promised me that he will give me a couple of quotes in a day or two. Till today i have made repeated calls to the company main line and everytime have been promised that ill get the quote ASAP, but still havent recieved any quote from anyone. I have started wondering that i havent even given any contract and still so much unproffesionalism, what will happen if i give them a contract. I dont know how good they are but my experience with them has been horrific. Stay Away.
