In my business I have dealt with many vendors over the years but since I started using Ronnie and R Kay Ice group, I have been with them consistently for 2-3 years now. I would have to call around and hope I could get an answer or a return phone call from the other guys. When the other guys did answer their service was terrible and the wait times for my delivery were always longer than promised. With R Kay Ice, someone almost always answers the phone and in the fee times they can’t, they call you back super quick. Their prices are competitive and anytime I order, they arrive quickly. I have not used anyone else since I found these guys. Highly recommend them for your business or any event where Ice is needed.

They were a little late in delivery so I called ~ RJ apologized profusely as they had a substitute driver that day and the order must have been mixed up. He brought our ice immediately AND for free as he said we are never late.
