Very accommodating ! Technician worked very hard to install my new service . approx 5 1/2 hours . Original installation was going to be next week. Due to approaching Mortgage closing deadline, installation was moved up to today ! Awsome ! What a Blessing.

We switched over to Blue Rhino and we have had just as many problems with them . I have been requesting a third cage since August of 2018 and still have not got one. I have to call every time to get my two cages filled . I requested to be on a two week rotation and they cant even handle that.

I have always used Ferrellgas. They are professional and deliver in a timely manner. Very pleased.

Advice to all customers: 1) Ensure you have a cost plus agreement 2) Do not make bill payments on Autopay 2) Review all invoices against agreement.BEWARE!

First, I was quoted less on the phone from their national office or whatever. I didnt say anything when I got to the Houston location, just happy to get my tanks up to date and be done with it... they are always at lunch. I waited to go bc the phone operator said they were gone 2-3, so I got there at 345 and the secretary told me the guy I needed was at lunch... I left my tanks and picked them up when they were recertified and filled... the tank has an enormous leak, you can hear it loud and clear. Ferrell gas didnt inspect or reclaim my tanks, they just slapped a new date on it and charged me for nothing. I called and left a voicemail, no reply as of yet and its been a full 5 days. Pretty annoyed as the entire ordeal was unorganized and stressful since I need my tanks to cook in my home and it was my first time having to do this and I feel taken advantage of.

Second trip to this place to try to get a tank certified and no one here yet they claim that they can certify propane tanks not a happy customer not a future customer I wouldnt come here if I were you
