You wont find better customer service. The rotating door of new chemicals used in R&D frequently changes the requirements for personnel gas detection, and Ive never seen a company spend so much time meeting our needs with know-how, service, and availability. When they didnt have immediate products on the shelf, they went way out of their way to find a solution. I lost count how many headaches they made go away.
