Working with Sprinkler Warehouse (SW) to redesign and build one of the irrigation zones in our 3/4-acre yard has proven to be a pleasure. The folks at SW have helped me greatly. I have run into several problems and lots of questions, but I got immediate responses from SW overnight and lots of good advice. Working online with SW is like walking into your local hardware store where you know the people that work there -- and they know you. The SW online site is excellent - easy to navigate and understand. I strongly recommend SW to anyone wanting to build or upgrade their irrigation system.
Great company! Placed an order for a couple backflow assemblies and some repair kits, one of the assemblies I had an issue with the internals. I emailed customer service about this issue and they called me back within 24hrs and within about 2hrs of that initial conversation they were sending me replacement modules to replace the modules I used from my own inventory.Absolutely incredible customer service and a fast turn around! Will be using this company often!

I bought quite a few items for my DIY in ground sprinkler system from Sprinkler Warehouse and I am extremely happy. Since it was my first time doing this, I made many mistakes with my purchases. Customer service reps not only resolved my issues, they advised me on a great solution. This saved me time and money and my design is quite robust now.
Highly recommend! Great prices safe free parking although high traffic area with construction. Probably better to have shipped to you if you can wait. However customer service at the pickup window on Saturday 3/20/21 was lousy! The window was vacanted for at least 4 minutes and I had to go to the order window to get help and that person was very good at resolving the issue!
I ordered a couple of fittings required to finish a fairly large job. The fittings were only $3.70. I added $6.99 in shipping to insure the fittings arrived in 1-3 days. I ordered these on 4/17. On 4/23 they still had not left the warehouse. The are in stock. When I called Sprinkler Warehouse said they need 5 business days to prepare the order to ship. I was actually getting ready to do another job and a very large purchase. I will take my business elsewhere. So disappointed.

Great resource and very helpful. They attempted to help me fix the 20+ year old back flow to prevent purchasing the entire unit. Appreciate the effort but in the end I needed a new one. They were helpful and ensured I had everything to DIY. Great showroom if you are looking for parts and/or additions to your sprinkler system. Id suggest stopping in! Their website is deceptive and misleading. The products I ordered are small and could easily fit inside a small bubble envelope. Not difficult to place a few small items in an envelope and mail it.

We tried all the big box stores and Amazon and everything was on backorder or delayed delivery. Ill begin with Wow! I visited this store yesterday and I was highly impressed with the overall experience. They have the chick-fil-A approach to the sprinkler business when it comes to a great customer experience. I did not know this store even existed. I was looking in Amazon for a specific part (sprinkler module) to fix my sprinkler system and I found it. Before ordering anything in Amazon I always look into the supplier of the part (ie. who they are, customer feedback, etc). In this particular case, when I looked into the supplier (Sprinkler Warehouse) I learned that they were located right here in my home town of Houston! I took the trip to go check them out. The front desk folks are awesome. Specifically I worked with Otelo (sorry, I am sure I have misspelled his name). Otelo had the patience to deal with my questions as I became more educated on what I was buying, options, etc. Otelo even did some research on the web right there on site to ensure I was getting the right material. The prices are also reasonable based on the shopping around I previously conducted before showing up at the store. I purchased my part, installed it, and my sprinkler system is back up and running! While I was there, I witnessed the same type of attention of patience with other customers. Bottom line, this is a very customer oriented place...helping you get what you need and even how to do the work yourself if you want to versus paying someone else to do it. I also received some ideas from Otelo on how to further protect my sprinkler system and various parts when the next freeze hits (which hopefully is never). I am now an advocate of this place and motivated to conduct my own fixing of my sprinkler system . One happy customer here!

Ive ordered quite a few products from Sprinkler Warehouse, and everything has been excellent. Most products have arrived even quicker than promised. Website is easy to understand for non-pros, and customer service is also excellent. When a product looked to be available online but was missing from my shipment and I ordered a replacement, they refunded me the cost and shipping of the replacement, as a way to repay me for my trouble and their mistake. Great company.

After 13 years, my irrigation system is no longer working with the changes in my landscaping. I was not finding what I needed at my local home improvement stores, so I came across Sprinkler Warehouse online, and started looking through their inventory and reading their school articles, and found parts I didnt even know existed! I ended up placing an order on Sunday, and received my order on Tuesday. I inventoried my parts (it was a fairly large order), and found that instead of 10 of one part (8Q nozzle) and 1 of another part (10Q nozzle), I got 0 of the 8Q nozzles and 11 of of the 10Q nozzles. You could tell it was a simple mistake, because I had 1 10Q nozzle in one bag, and 10 10Q nozzles in another bag. So I chatted with them online, they immediately told me they would send me the 10 missing parts and give me a tracking number as soon as it was shipped, and to keep the extra 10Q nozzles. Everybody makes mistakes, but the good guys fix them like these guys did. Their prices are competitive, they ship quickly, they have a huge selection, and Im impressed with their service. I hope what I bought is all Ill need for a while, but when I do need something in the future, I know where to go!
Yes. Great inventory. Yes easy to navigate site. The nos are all customer service related. I filled out my order online and it qualified for free shipping. However before I placed my order, I called Customer Service to find out what speed the order would be delivered. I was told to days. I was also told on the website and buy the customer service representative that the order would ship the same day that I placed it. I’ll place the order and a day later it was still not shipped. I got on chat with another customer service person, and told her what happened and ask that they upgrade the shipping at their cost since they did not ship as promised. She told me I could cancel the order and replace They order and upgrade the shipping at my own cost. This is costing me several days of work, so I will pay more and buy locally, rather than deal with an organization that lies to customers about shipping. They do not ship the same day. And if they make a mistake they do not take credit for that mistake and try to fix it to the satisfaction of the customer. Terrible customer service.
Ordering from sprinkler warehouse is a good experience. They communicate very well.... especially when items are not in stock.The shipping is prompt. The prices make it worthwhile to shop out of my area .It would be helpful to be able to buy drip items ( ie netafim type fittings for 1/2 inch drip tubing). Yep... buying in bulk would be a reason I would expand my Sp.. Wrhse. buying. Purchasing single piece items is presently pricey .
I ordered a whole system from them. I received a hunter flow meter that had clearly been opened and was missing one of the adapters needed to install it. I also ordered 3 1” action machine valve unions and received 2 inch and 1 useless 3/4 inch union. They are sending the missing pieces, but this will delay my install 2 days because they refused to overnight the missing parts. They really pride themselves on getting the order out the same day, but what good does that do me if I get the wrong parts really fast.
The support team went above and beyond in resolving a shipping issue. I received a few of the wrong items and Sprinkler Warehouse immediately shipped out the correct items and didnt ask for the wrong items to be returned. Mistakes do happen, but the way they are resolved speaks volumes about a company.

Terrible experience. Ordered on April 15 called after a couple weeks as I never received shipping confirmation. They explained it was going out that day. 2 weeks later same scenario, told the same thing it was going out that day. Week and a half later no shipping confirmation or order showing up.Called and cancelled order. FYI, EACH CALL RESULTED IN BEING ON HOLD FOR 25-30 MINUTES.

Horrible experience. Ordered a part online that says In Stock. It is not in stock, they were going to drop ship from the factory. How do I know this? Because after waiting for tracking for 5 days I email customer service with a less than helpful response so I call to see the status of the order. I placed my order on 5/13. After getting no help and no tracking or shipment confirmation as of 5/21 I call and battle with a less than helpful customer service rep for 1:30 mins she spills the beans that Sprinkler Warehouse did not send my order to the factory until 5/19. Again this is an In Stock item on their website. The lady decides that a good idea would be to have me sit on hold for 20 minutes at a time while she EMAILS the factory instead of call on the other line. When I ask to speak with a manager the lady says that the manager is not available. The customer service lady also suggests that I call the factory myself and try to deal with them directly. When I ask for at least a confirmation or expected ship date I get told 3-5 days and they do not have a actual date. Then when I break down the timeline of the order being placed on 5/13 and it is 5/21 (longer than 3-5 days) still without a part in hand or tracking number they go silent. All around horrible experience. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend this company to anyone. At the end of the day the website is advertising false information to customers and the customer service is less than a zero.

Many issues starting with the fact my order was supposed to be mailed within 24 hours (paid extra for VIP priority) wasn’t sent until 3 days later. Had one of the clocks I ordered go out within 30 days. I had to pay postage for it to be returned. Called back 2 weeks after mailing and still “hadn’t received it”. Called back that same day with the tracking number, magically appeared and would ship a replacement as soon as I paid shipping. What!? Sold me a defective part and I have to pay for it to get there and back. Was within their 30 day policy but no notes were taken on their side so wouldn’t honor it. Customer service was nice but they don’t follow their own policies.

Customer service is what this company lacks. When buying, the service was ok. No, they do not ship same day as they advertise. But they did ship like 3 days later, close i guess. But now that Im finding out they sold me defective units, they wont even respond to voice messages left or e-mails. Customer service takes a long time to get threw, greater than 15mins on hold. I got hung-up on once after the agent answered. Shipping is not as fast nor same day as they promise. I made the mistake of purchase faster shipping and uses USPS. You could find better pricing else where if you look locally or other sites. I chose to use them based on they have everything you need in one place and their knowledge and how-to videos.
One of the automatic valves I recently ordered arrived missing a bleeder screw that is critical for operation. My two emails have not been answered, and their phone and chat feature is not available without a 30 minute wait time. Maybe this review will get someone to address my simple request.

I ordered a part to pickup at the store. I didnt receive notification that my order was ready for pickup. They need to send a notification when it is ready for a store pickup. I had to email them to find out.
I ordered with overnight shipping on Thursday evening since I needed the part by Saturday. They called on Friday morning to inform me that the FedEx overnight shipping did not include weekends it would not arrive until Monday. Most vendors would not have notified me. I called and they were able to change my shipping to FedEx ground and get it delivered by Saturday. They are refunding me the shipping cost difference. Very happy with their service.
I stopped by and rented a valve locator tool which worked great and I found the valves for all of my zones in about 30 minutes. I brought back a few photos of the valves when returning the tool and the staff were able to identify the valve brands and models. Instead of selling me replacement parts they found it was less expensive for me to buy whole new valves on sale. The sale prices were excellent, when I checked Amazon the same models were nearly double the price. Overall a really good experience.
I order alot from them. They have good prices but there shipping is slow. I dont like the fact if you order something from them and one of your items is on back order they hold up the whole order. The worst part is they dont contact you to let you know. The last order I placed is held up. I call before placing the order to make sure they my items in stock i even a extra money to make sure my order ships out sooner. I have been emailing and calling for three day with no response. Renting equipment to locate my sprinkler valves seemed like a great idea, however when I placed the order I was immediately charged almost $600. Later I was told the item was all rented out and it would ship when available. I finally asked if it would come in the next week and they thought it would. Unfortunately it never came and no word on shipping so 8 days after I placed the order I cancelled it because I can’t wait. Three days have now past and I still don’t have my money back. Customer support is hard to reach and just says they don’t know and I have to wait.

Customer service and communication is the worst I have encountered. We ordered a controller but did not receive it. Called and reported this to them, did not receive a definitive answer, wait a day or two, it will show up, FedEx has this issue sometimes. Called back after a few days and was told they would issue a trace, did not hear back for over a week. Called back and they report that they received information it was indeed delivered, they did not want to do anything. It was not delivered to us, we have surveillance cameras on the front of our house and front door. There was no FedEx delivery truck which stopped at or next to our house the afternoon they report delivery was made, and no one was seen dropping a package off near our front door. Any email to them has been ignored, not one response. They do not follow up, have to call and then they blow you off, do nothing. Asked to see the proof from FedEx, have not received anything, and at this point it is not likely.Terrible experience, see many others complaining about customer service, I now have 1st had experience.They took our money but we have not received anything.Buyers be ware, if you have issues you will get no help from them

I wanted 92 minutes before my patience ran out and I hung up. These people obviously don’t care about customer care and have totally no respect for their time. Ive used SW for a few years now. Even though Im in the Houston area, its worth my time to pay a few bucks to have them ship products to me. Ive bought everything from fittings to sprinkler heads to repair kits, nozzles, flex pipe, etc. Orders have been complete and sent quickly, usually arriving in a day or so. Prices even with shipping are competitive with local box stores and the selection always provides what I need.

Prices are GREAT you cant beatem and the local store wouldnt match them! Only use them if you are willing to unknowingly wait for your product and not be helped by customer service.I bought online on June 9th and I paid for 2 day shipping and priority packaging to ensure my ordered was packaged first. Got a confirmation (no order number) right away, they charged my card.Two days later no products, no order update, no tracking, nothing. I began to call, was #10 in line and after 25 minutes on hold I hung up. Decided to send and email, no response.I then called again, #16 in line... waited an hour this time they picked up but their connection was horrible and was put back on hold another 20 minutes before I hung up. Sent another email. The next day again, #12 in line, sent another email. And another...On June 17th I got a response that one of the products was back ordered and no known date due to COVID. I offered a smart change as they sold the product as 2 pieces individually. No response. Two more emails. No response.On June 22nd I got an email from FedEx that my order was shipping. Wasnt sure what was coming to me as I never received a response, revised order number, credit, nothing.Two days later I got a package, FedEx bag, didnt look like the box on the website, but it did have all the products I ordered.I had to wait 2 weeks for my order, burned 2 weekends that I could have had it done and now its just getting hotter. BTW, they didnt refund me my priority packaging that was $4.

I have used this company for years. But I am done. After goofing up an order I have now spent 3 weeks trying to get it fixed (Just send me what I ordered). I have spent hours in chat hold only to get ghosted by Lorrie when she could not close the ticket in 3 mins. They have not responded e-mails, they have removed all phone numbers from their website so you cant call either.

I had a good experience. Easy shopping and ordering. Fairly broad selection of products. I wish there was a little more breadth of product selection. Overall good experience and packages came when they said they would. I have not taken complete inventory of products yet, just got the shipments.
I LOVE ordering from Sprinkler Warehouse. They have everything I need and more. The videos are excellent. And I have never been disappointed in their products. Highly recommend this company!!
Good selection and pricing. Very slow service.I made the mistake of stopping by the store to purchase a small $3 part. It took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Should have ordered online and had it shipped.
Be aware this company will not ship as directed on your invoice! I sent email inquiring about where my product was, since the tracking number showed the tracking # was not found on the FedEx site. No response from Sprinkler Warehouse - received notice from USPS about my order, I paid for FED EX. Called them for a refund on shipping, now I will be checking to see if I get the refund and if the product is correct. First and last order with them!!
I am very satisfied with the Turbo 3 sprinklers I ordered. Angle setting is easy and they are easy to adjust. Their tops are also much more stable and permanently placed than Nelsons.Shipping was prompt and so was delivery.
EXCELLENT customer service. I ordered several Hunter flow control drip irrigation valves, not realizing they didnt come with the little handle to operate the flow control. It was going to cost nearly $10 to order handles that cost about $2. When I let them know about this, they cancelled my order for the two handles and sent them to me at no charge.Ill be a repeat customer!
TERRIBLE. ORDERED STUFF FROM THEM AND RECIEVED A TRACKING NUMBER FROM THEM. NEVER RECIEVED ALTHOUGH TRACKING SAID I DID. THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY. WAS GOING TO ORDER A BUNCH MORE STUFF FROM THEM, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

UPDATE: After ordering Sunday, I email again on Wednesday asking for either a tracking number or a cancellation of order. Few minutes later I got my tracking order. At least my order is on its way and Im happy. Except Amanda in customer service gets my email, and goes ahead and cancels my order without looking into the problem. Package that was about to leave, got cancelled for no reason since I already had the tracking number by then. Due to their incredibly lousy customer service, Im didnt get my order. Thanks Amanda!!!Great prices. False advertising about shipping same day.I ordered Sunday night since they ship same day M-F. Emailed Sprinkler Warehouse Tuesday since I still hadnt received a tracking number. Got a response that since I ordered after 5pm, it would go out the next day!! Guess they dont bother to check when you actually ordered when answering emails!! Now its Wednesday and I still have no tracking number. Needed this ASAP and selected this vendor since they stated same day shipping. Wish I had just bought with my Amazon prime account even though it was a little more expensive.
