When you visit and meet Kenneth @ Fairbanks - you feel like you have stepped back into the 60s and 70s like they show in the movies. Guy with motor oil on his clothes and greased hands and as he talks about equipment and technology, you realize that he probably knows more than most engineers at the equipment manufacturers.This is exactly the kind of place I would want to take my machinery. While he is serving you, he would never pick up the phone to talk to another potential customer who may be calling. You always have his full attention. Those customers get a call back later. No email, website and does not even accept credit cards (the 3% fees are too high...)Very old school, extremely fair pricing - almost too low if you ask me and the satisfaction of knowing that the unit is fixed great. No short cuts at Kens shop.Thank you for the service to the community - wish you also fixed cars and bikes too and not just mowers.

2000 model riding lawnmower. Victoria tx did not have part. Drove 1hr 45 min. to Houston tx to get part. Gentlemen was nice and knowledgeable on cub cadet mowers. I bought part and was on my way. Will use him again.

Ive done business with Fairbanks Tractor Supply for the past 10 or so years. Every time I have problem he is able to get me the parts I need. He is very friendly and happy to help. Great customer service. One time I didnt have the money on me, at the time it was cash or check only and may still be the same, and he let me take the part trusting that I would mail the money to him, which I promptly did. It wasnt a very cheap part either. That alone was the kind of service that hooked me. I will not go anywhere else for parts for my cub cadet! Great guy, the kind who believes in your word and a handshake.

This is a one-man shop. Kenneth is a great help and genuinely cares about his customers would definitely recommend.
