BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.I called five times in the past three weeks and requested to talk to the store manager regarding the defective pen they sold me for $1800, but I have not received any response yet.
Recently at the Galleria Mall location in Houston TX. WOW, outstanding customer service and professionalism from the staff especially Pamela, Sales Associate.I had 3 Montblac writing instruments. She kindly assisted me I the cleaning process and did my refills.Educated me on a particular Edgar Allen Poe rare edition of the instrument I own.They have me back as a customer because I purchased all my Montblac writing instruments, eyewear and fragrance from your Atlanta Ga location
Absolutely dreadful experience over the phone with Pam. I called to discuss a purchase and she cut me off, asked me to hold, kept me on hold for 5 minutes and the hung up. No thanks.

VERY poor customer service and in general unprofessional including their attire which is rather sloppy for a place of this caliber. I personally would have expected more from a higher end boutique such as Montblanc.In addition to above, theres also hardly any stock beyond the displays, so if you had come in looking to try a particular item, dont be in shock if they dont have it and/or the employee assisting you dissappears for 30 minutes looking for it.Visting this boutique left an EXTREMELY bad impression to the point where it almost put me off of the brand entirely. As an avid pen lover, particularly of Montblanc fountain pens, i would definitely NOT be visiting again anytime soon.

Got the opportunity to test amazing pens, the staff were amazing.
Terrible customer service by one of the reps at the store. Today, I drove all the way from Cypress to buy some inks for my pen I previously bought in the store only to be recived by seller with a terrible attitude. I asked to test a in and she told me that she cant let me tested when in the past, I had tested inks. Other reprentative had to intervine for me to test the ink. Then, I asked to try the reds and her answer was rude telling they are there on the wall. I had to leave the store. Her attitude was killing my mood. I love the my montblan pens but the selection of sellers should improve so they understant that should be polite with the clients.

I had such a fabulous experience and a awesome tour from the sales person named Chris on yesterday at the Mont Blanc galleria store location. Chris showed me several beautiful ink pens with such history associated with their design it was mind-blowing and it made me feel very inspired I think its because I am an up-and-coming entrepreneur and I had been thinking about changing a lot in my wardrobe and my lifestyle. The ink pens are still on my mind the Marilyn Monroe the President Kennedy The Beatles just to name a few that I can remember but the Marilyn Monroe stayed with me the most I would love to have that pen and Im thinking Im going to treat myself to that ink pen itll be a start Im not going to tell you how much it is because you would say thats crazy to pay that much money for an ink pen but on the contrary its not, when you work hard its okay to treat yourself to something that you really like. Thank you Chris so much for making my visit with Montblanc such a memorable experience I will definitely be back to get my Pen.
Extraordinary staff! I purchased a beautiful pen from a reputable luxury Consignment store and needed to buy a refill for it. Turns out it was a very high quality replica but a replica nonetheless. I was so embarrassed and angry that I had been bamboozled by this supposed authenticity guarantee I was given. Instead of laughing at me or being condescending the amazingly compassionate store manager showed me how to tell the difference between the two and took about 30 minutes out of his day to help someone who was just making a $10 purchase. Plus he gave me several look books and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns about future purchases and authenticity. Well about an hour later after having lunch downstairs I went back and purchased a pen & pencil set and a fountain pen. Just goes to show you that you never know who is going to be a return loyal customer and who is ready to buy now. Never think that great service and attention is waisted on someone just because they didnt buy right that second. I have been back twice now and purchased a watch and cufflinks. Gifts I could have easily ordered online but wanted to make sure he got the commission for the sale each time I come back.

I bought a Summit 2 smart watch from this location. I was not happy with the watch so I returned to the store 4 days after the purchase to return the watch. That is when I was told that they donβt do returns. I explained the manager that I wasnβt told about this policy during the purchase and she told me that they are not instructed to inform the customer about this policy. I told her that they only carry one smart watch and there is no other model of smart watch to exchange it with but she wasnβt interested in listening to that. I called Mont Blanc customer service number and talked to an associate who was very surprised about the managerβs comments on how they donβt have to inform the customer about the policy. I filed a claim and am still waiting for someone to call me. I just cannot understand how the way they handled this is going to help them. They just lost my business for the rest of my life.
As a long term loyal customer to this brand and store, it was really disappointing to get the kind of response I got today from the manager.Brought my pen to get serviced as the screw on top had come apart and asked to send it to get repaired. I was informed that they no longer service this pen and itβs pretty much garbage. She did offer that if you turn the pen in and they will give a small discount on a new pen. Not sure why since the pen is useless and they will not repair it.Really I was just looking for some solution to fix this pen as I have had it for over 10 years and I collect them.Her response and attitude was very disappointing and bad reflection on the brand.
It is a shame that Montblanc keeps hiring employees with such poor customer service skills. If it wasnt because of the brand power, they would be left without sales. I called the 800 number for a Sartorial Jet Bag to see how to go about repairing the strap, was on hold for about 30 minutes and at last was instructed to leave a message, I proceeded to call the Houston Galleria store and a lady answered the phone and as soon as I told her it was about a repair, she hanged up the phone; called again and did not answer. Unbelievable for a luxury item brand!

I am a fan of Montblancs writing pens and swiss made watches. If you are looking for a well crafted product then in the watch department, then I suggest that you take a look at their products.

Good shopping experience and great customer service
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gave my Meisturstruck for repairs in September. I was told itll take 2 weeks. Instead it took 2 and half months. There was no effort to make up for this incompetence or the loss of my time. The staff is simply acting like spoilt brats, with a pompous and constipated demeanor, and a stiff upper lip. Pathetic glittering shiny place.
