This is a great store to get all your accessory needs. However, they are closing. They are currently doing 20% off and I am sure will do more as the store comes to an end. I will miss not being able to get cute items at great prices.

Just came here and they are closed... The hours on the doors show 1900 (7pm), and the map shows 2000 (8pm). So seeing how theres the doors are locked, I can figure that the door hours are correct. We live 40 minutes away and drove here only to find out it was for no reason.

I have never seen so many handbags and backpacks in one place in my life! not to mention hats! And at such great prices too! We will be coming back...

Worker was very rude.Ive been to this store several times.My friends and I came on the store while shopping and preparing to purchase items the cashier told other coworker we were loud.we were not when I asked her what did she say she repeated it. needless to say we left everything on store

I love this store but I hate to say they are not kid friendly:(. I have a toddler and they constantly have been watching what he is doing. Most off the employees are from a different country which I dont have a problem with but i wonder dont they have kids ? Why they constantly give you the looks and walk like a 🚔behind you ? Is this is how they have been treated in their country and this is normal to them? Just dont understand their costumer service

Sam Moon is the place to buy all kinds of accessories. Make sure you allow yourself enough time to look at everything. This time I bought 2 wallets, and a charm bracelet.

I was disappointed. The last time I was there was in 2017. The variety and quantity of purses gave me sensory overload back then. As a matter of fact, I had my coworker (who kept nagging me to go) laughing when I told her that afterwards I had to go home and take a nap.☺☺But today, it seemed like maybe 30% of the merchandise was purses & the rest were poor quality clothes, shoes, and jewelry.

Visited today from Beaumont to purchase merchandise for my store and was treated Shabbir by TWO of the staff. I asked about the process for purchasing wholesale and this older lady was RUDE and abrupt and walked off while I was talking to her. Another kinder woman whose name begins with an M and the one that checked me out, Emily,, were more friendly.. Another older lady snapped at me when I asked for assistance with the purses. Sad to be treated in this manner where money is essential for their business. Ill stick to Harwin.

Best place in Houston to find inexpensive costume jewelry. They also sell clothes, purses, and luggage. I make it a point to shop here often to change up my jewelry game without breaking the bank.

I feel like their prices have raised a bit in the last few years but the quality of the products have not. Still love the store because of the selection but $42 for wanna be Vans? & $33 for a tiny cross body? No way.

There are no baby change stations in the men’s restroom. I got bad looks when I had to change my 11 month son in the women’s restroom table which is very noticeable from the wide open door they have. I wasn’t going to change him on the floor. You can also clearly see where something used to be. Add a changing table and then I will change this post.

I love the size of the store. Its so organized, neat & clean. Such a large selection of handbags, accessories and shoes. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago after so many people recommended the store to me. The prices are amazing. I went back 3 times in 3 days and bought a handbag, wallet and accessories. I cant wait to go back.

Pretty good collection of ear rings and almost all type of ladies accessories. Had a good time with friends shopping here..Planning to come back soon to spoil myself again!!!

A friend told me about Sam Moon after hearing Charming Charlie was closing. They have a wide selection of accessories. However, nobody will compare to CC.

My hair can be a mess sometimes and I needed a..... Wanted a bow. Ive been to almost everywhere else and couldnt find Amy thats perfect. Too small, too big, doesnt catch all the hair I want to be free, no one had the right one. Came here and found perfect bows in different colors. And they were so cheap, I got three. :) So glad this place exists, it saved me a lot of time using the rest of my day to look for one.

Lots of selection - if you want jewelry or bags. There used to be more gifts and other items but the choice seems to have shrunk. I also have an ethical problem with tons of clearly mass-produced goods which arent meant to last - probably made in sweatshops and then we throw them away and buy new ones because theyre so cheap, which just strengthens our disposable culture. So I dont buy much here.

My daughter and I fell in love with Sam Moon after visiting their store in San Antonio. However, after our visit today in Houston, we will not be going back. Not even 2 minutes into our shopping, we were followed around by 3 of their employees. They were placed at both ends of the aisles I was in and followed us to the next. Im handicap/wheelchair bound and they never offered to help, but would stare you down and check over and over on what you had in your hand. It was so noticeable and after only 5 minutes, I placed the only 2 items I had picked up, back on their shelf and left the store. I hate that my young daughters had to experience that. Ive never felt so embarrassed or humiliated anywhere else, in my life! Im extremely disappointed in their staff and will not be returning! I would not give 1 star if given the choice!

As aDallas native, I was excited to see Sam Moon in Houston. Yes, its cheap stuff, but the prices are great. I always get my purses at SM & they last years. Love all the jewelry, shoes, & misc stuff too. Such a fun place to shop, but beware if youre easily overwhelmed by choices because they have lots!

Oddly I have never stepped foot inside a Sam Moon until a few days ago. Im pretty impressed. Ive always heard such wonderful shopping experiences so I decides to take a look around and boy was I surprised. I will most definitely be shopping at Sam Moon from now on. Beside I have way too many designer bags. The variety of styles is through the roof and the prices are incredible.

I had a great experience. Lots of helpful staff around on an early Saturday morning. I had read the reviews about the staff following you around, but that did not happen to me, perhaps I am older and look less likely to steal? Having worked retail myself, I know there are times when you have to look like a helpful salesperson, but you are actually trying to prevent shrinkage. Anyway the variety of every fashion element possible is mind-boggling. No matter the style you are looking for, Sam Moon has it. It is all from china so beware that you may be poisoning yourself with contaminants...I noticed some earrings had lead-free on them so made me wonder, but the prices cannot be beat. The store is very clean and organized. Staff was all over the store straightening and putting out fresh merchandise.
