Ordered 5 wall pack light led lights for my building. 1 came out of the salesmans truck w/ no box and the other 4 were shipped to my shop. Installed the 4 that were shipped and they work Great. The one that came from the back of the truck was heavier and a different design than the ones installed. The salesman contacted Billy at store to explain the situation about lights. Took pictures and sent them to him NEVER heard back from him. I sent employee to store to change light and they refused to resolve the problem with the light not fitting a metal building. The light is different they said it was my problem. They wont refund the price of light and they wont change it for the right one. LED Lights Customer service sucks!!!!!. I have a light i paid $200.00 for and cant return or exchange. Buyer beware of the place of business. Find a reputable place to purchase your LED lights from!!
