I walked in at 10:11 and was walking back out at 10:20! Customer service is always great! I was greeted and immediately taken into the dressing room. The lady that serviced me was very informative on the items that I bought. Very reasonable price and they do not disappoint, when it comes to size…everyone is welcomed!

Although I am not sure I was sized correctly or that the sizes at Top Drawer translate to bra sizes at department stores where more affordable brands can be purchased, the customer service was great. It felt personal and tremendous!

This place is AMAZING. I’ve always had a hard time finding bras in my size that fit comfortably. Enter Top Drawer Lingerie. I’m sure Kathy saw the bewildered look on my face when I walked in. She greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. Probably by look of the “twins” dangling about in my granny-bra, assistance would be a nice term. Think more “corp of engineers” project. She happily took me to the back for a proper fitting. I was amazed that after one, quick look, she said my size. She was spot on! I felt a wave of relief- “this gal is a pro!” I was hoping for at least one or two in my size… nope. She proceeded to bring me numerous bras to try. Beautiful, sexy, comfortable. Each one was amazing! I ended up with 5 that I had to have. I even wore one out of the store (like a giddy, little kid who just got new shoes!). Now, these aren’t the inexpensive, basic bras you order off of Amazon. They cost $$$. But I’m more than willing to pay a bit more for a quality bra that fits and feels amazing, and will last more than a few months. So, long story short: great store! Excellent customer service. First time shopping at Top Drawer Lingerie. I needed help finding a bra for a blouse I had bought the day before. Heather was incredibly helpful. Bra fitting can be an unpleasant experience but Heather was so sweet... I never felt uncomfortable. Left feeling so happy I was able to find a bra to wear with my blouse as well as a new everyday bra. I know where I will be buying all my bras in the future!

I had been searching for a strappless bra to wear under a white tank top and was having the hardest time finding something. I walked into top drawer lingerie with my tank top for reference and walked out with the perfect bra not even 5 minutes later. This was the fastest and most efficient shopping experience Ive ever had. Im still shocked and definitely wont be going anywhere else for bras. Id give 10 stars if I could.

This store is for women over 50. Rude staff and extremely pushy. If you tell them your style and what you’re looking for they will come out with the exact opposite and give you attitude. Very sad because I just had surgery and wanted to buy new items for my body that were good quality.

From day one the perfect fit and my shoulders never hurt again. Before top drawer i had to rely on huge size on back to get the cups to fit. After getting fitted Property i could wear tops and i was smooth on top, a turtle neck even with no bulges. The best part was my shoulders didnt hurt and i had a waist. I took my daughter and my granddaughter along with myself to be bra fitting on 06/07/21 we had a great experience the sales lady was very attentive to our needs whenever she had to leave our dressing room to assist her other customer she made us aware she helped with picking out the perfect bras for our need as well as helping me with finding a pair of matching panties for one of the bras I purchased. I apologize that I don’t remember her name but I will definitely remember her if I see her again. Although they are very pricey the experience was well worth the cost and just being able to share the experience with my daughter and granddaughter made it all worth it. I will shop there again but not until my birthday I can’t afford it on a regular.

Hidden gem in Houston! This store changed my life. I was wearing the wrong size bra and their bra fitting specialist fitted me to my true size and fit. Really changed the way I wear bras for the better! Will not shop for bras anywhere else.

Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. The fitting process was easy and fast. I called before going to the location since I live in Katy. Covid measures were followed. Nice enjoyable environment. A couple of parking spaces at the door was available.

I came in shopping for thigh highs. The lady that helped me told me they didn’t have stripes on the tops. After I opened them and realized they did I tried to return them. They refused even though they were never worn and in perfect condition. They were extremely rude. Do not shop here!

Love, love, love this place. I’m a naturally unique fit, 36 O, and ever since my favorite lingerie shop in Dallas closed I’ve been in the hunt for a place that could get me fitted in the right bra for me. Marisol was great! She was patient, professional and didn’t waste anytime while assisting me. The only down side is that they don’t customize bras, hence the 4/5 stars. Aside from that Im content with my purchases and will definitely be returning soon.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! I am an odd bra size (34G) and I struggle to find supportive bras that fit. At top drawer, the selection is impeccable even for odd sizes like mine! Frida was super helpful, brought me a range of styles and sizes, thoroughly explained different styles and how the fit is variable with brand/style, and I finally settled on two that fit very well, one in a US 32J and the other US 32K. I mention that because I want other people who are looking thats those sizes are available at this store lol. I had thought I was about a 34I and I’m soooo happy I was fitted properly. Never had this experience and I’m very pleased to have finally been able to have it.

These ladies are so professional and know how to make you feel comfortable and beautiful.This week I went to a different shop because I was experiencing a bra emergency after my underwire snapped while at work. So I popped into a local shop, Huge mistake! I ended up with a terrible bra and paying way too much, in my desperation.Went today to Top Drawer and got two great fitting bras and Im so happy.

Top drawer has been a true blessing! As a well endowed woman, I struggled to find a beautiful bra that was the right size for me! I actually went last year and they sized me up within 10 mins!! The bra fit me perfectly and it was sexy!!! The bra lasted over a year and probably would have lasted longer if I followed the instructions but. I recently went back about 2 weeks ago and I brought my mother ...my mom has never had a nice bra before so to the smile on her face when she tried one on was more than I can express!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!!! We will continue to get our undergarments here!

She literally just looked at me and pronounced what size I was - a 40HH so thats not some easy guess - and went to get a selection for me. I thought there was no way she could be right - but she was! I was initially very tentative, but had a great experience.Danielle was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, offering her genuine opinions without being pushy. She was so efficient; I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes with exactly what I wanted without ever feeling rushed. I tried on three different bras and she gave me after-care tips as I paid, telling me not to hesitate to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. The icing on top of the cake was I got 20% off because it was my birthday month :)I will definitely be adding more Top Drawer items to my collection. Yes, the prices are a bit steep, but you get what you pay for and the fit and quality are undeniably worth it.
