Prices are generally pretty good. Cleanliness of store is nominally adequate. Level of apathy of employees is slightly higher than at comparable retail establishments in the Southeast part of texas, and the level of courteousness they are lacking is the same amount, as their level of apathy is above the mean

They have a nice variety. I noticed some beverages were slightly more expensive than their competitors but nothing drastic. The lady taking care of me was very friendly and professional. I did find beverages there that I could not at their competitors so that was a nice surprise!

Service got the biggest attitude. And they get mad if you try to turn any of the liquor bottles to read em, how am I supposed to see the percentage if the bottle is facing the other way?

Most of the staff is very friendly. However, the prices could be a few dollars lower. If you go to Spec’s or Total Wine and Spirts their prices on alcohol are cheaper than Ralstons.

I’ve been going to this liquor for years now let me start by saying I’ve always had great experiences until one day I went the store with my cousin to make a purchase like always, as we were looking for what we wanted to purchase we were HARRASSED for our id’s before even getting to the counter to make the purchase, we had no problem show the workers out i’d Because we are all over 21, as we are checking out the worker is giving us a nasty attitude for simply asking her why is she rolling her neck at use when all we came to do was make a purchase, we ask for the manager Barbra and let her know the issue that we are experiencing with her worker, she just tell us that the work do not have an attitude and she was just giving us a hard yes, not understanding what a hard yes is when your rolling your neck at me and giving attitude when we are giving you all the respect even after we were harassed and discriminates against, I got the the store on 8/29/18 after this event happened and I walked in did not get the same treatment as the last time I came to the store it went smooth I purchased a bottle of Amsterdam and left, 2 days later I go to the store with a friend to make a purchase when I get to the register to make the payment the same worker that has an attitude is the same worker who checked me out 2 days ago asked “ are you the girl who I had a attitude with “ I replied yes her and Barbara than went to say that I’m banned from the store for her worker harassing my family and giving us attitude ! I really do not appreciate this type of discrimination and I was denied the phone number to the owner of the store and asked to leave ! I like this area that I live in and I don’t want problems I feel that this need to be handle before I move forward with speaking with my lawyer because this is unacceptable!!!!!!

The 2 night ladies that worked there were very helpful, me and my wife have never made mixed drinks were kinda new to this, so they recommended us what to get what to mix it with how to mix it and everything very detail service was awesome there our sunrise paradise tasted excellent! We will most definitely return here and reccomend people here!

I come here often, always busy on a Friday. I like coming to this location. Prices seem cheaper than other liquor stores Ive been too. Only thing sucks about this place is the parking. Not enough and on a busy street to exit from.
