Poor magnemnt poor customer service like wth you think you are.... Needs attention asap

The customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve gone several times to support business in the neighborhood. The ladies in there act like their job is to shovel sh**. At least pretend like you like your job, I will not be back.

They are rude and talk to customers any kind of way and also drinking on the job

Located in Houston is greater Third Ward its a great place to pick up very discounted Liquors and beers. The staff can be sometimes short but still helpful and quick. If youre not from that part of town I suggest that you mind your business and not try to make new friends with the people that hang out there. Its not that type of place. But if you are from the third you already know how they be about that life out there so be careful and dont go alone if your not from the area.

The ladies in this store are very rude. They act like they do not want to be there. Several people have commented on the lack of customer service. Some people pass them up to go to the Southmore Ralston, because they are slow and disrespectful.

Every Ralston’s is GHETTO, RATCHET, LOUD, DISGUSTING, etc!! This one in particular needs to be TORN DOWN period!! How do you have a place of establish where security works and your customers still feel UNSAFE🤔 This place does NO GOOD for this community, nothing but drug dealers, robbers and people looking for drama stand around here all day smh #SHUTITDOWN

Ive been going to this place for over 30 years the group that you have in their names very horrible the older lady shes just so rude and disrespectful I wanted to walk out and not even spend my money note that I spent over $100 in the store today and she was just so rude and I dont feel like I have to spend my money that I can go somewhere else.
