I visited this location and I noticed that there was no Hennesy, 1942 and its been 2 wks. What? Is this store closing?

This was my first time seeing a man working at this store he said he was a manager the customer service was good

Extremely poor service 😔.I went into the store, there was 1 customer and 2 cashiers. 1 cashier was on the phone not busy. Other cashier finished the first customer, then left her register to help the other cashier make a call on her personal phone. OMG‼️ They both left me standing in line, long enough for me to WALK OUT. This is not my 1st BAD experience at this location... Its always the Tall lady with the Nasty Attitude. The customer service was better when they were out with COVID-19. The Temps were better and nicer. I will not be shopping here anymore. I rather shop a SPECS. Cant support a business that doesnt respect their customers.... 🤷🏾‍♂️😔

Terrible service! The cashiers are terribly rude and act as if you a bothering them when asking a question. Its best to take your money to a space and place where customers are valued and customer service matters.

Guy working register wasnt helpful at all ..asked did he have certain drink I was looking pointed over there back after looking direction he didnt have item ..Another drink located in front of register, asked him how much he replied price over there Maam in rude tone . One of the employees act like youre wasting their time if you ask for a particular bottle of liquor. They are always on the phone with personal conversations.

Very close to my apartment, so I thought Id try it. Quite a nice place, tucked away in a mostly residential area on Southmore between 288 and Scott. The inside is rather bare bones, but the selection is good and the prices are reasonable. Ill be coming back the next time I need some alcohol.

Good staff,the guy with glasses in the Warehouse provides good customer service ask for him,his name is Jaime....... the guy on the other desk with gold teeth is a very nice swell guy. .. he helps everybody.......they are such a great team ....

Bad customer service! Ive been here 3 times and one worker yelled at me for taking to long to pay, while she was have a side conversation with someone else. I slid my card and was waiting for my receipt. She then turns to me and yells hurry up and pay. I ask slide or chip? Then she says chip and goes back to her conversation. Customer service means everything! Remember that!!

Love going here because the prices are under the big chain liquor stores like Specs and the lovely ladies working inside are so friendly and inviting. They always say hello and ask how you are doing!!! My place to go when Im on that part of town!!!

The clerks at this location are really nice and talk to all the customers that come in and out of the store. There are two negative things I would say about this location is the constant traffic of transients and homeless people that hang out at this location in addition to the people driving fast trying to get into the store just to get some liquor.

Veronica at store 28 is literally a prostitute/escort to all the men who come in this location. Skib color doesnt matter as well if you are married. She doesnt care. She steals and carries a strong body odor. This was the most uncomfortable job i have ever had. Men coming in the store being verbally and physically disrespectful she is definitely not management material....her co worker DaRonda shouldve been the manager seeing that she does all the management work and carries herself with pride and respect. If the company knew whats best veronica would be out of the store since she giving the company a bad image.

They had what we were looking for and at the cheapest price wed seen thus far. The ladies in there are always nice.
