Excellent experience as an individual buying from a large supplier. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Took a few minutes to get my parts after order. Process was painless. Wish I could walk around in the back and look at their selection but its not that type of place. Im sure if I asked for something specific they would have accommodated. I will be back for more Baltic Birch in the future. I absolutely hate buying plywood from a big box retailer and only do it when Im in a bind.

I used to buy plywood from the big box stores but after looking at the amazing selection and price of plywood, I now buy all of my plywood at Dakota Premium Hardwoods!

I waited an hour for three pieces of quarter round. I admit its a busy store and you work on a first order first serve. But honestly, how is this efficiency really affecting the customer service ?. I sat and had to watch three flat beds get loaded before I could get my three pieces of wood. Wood is excellent.and I am aleays willing to pay. But dont waste my time as well. Three stars for quality of product only . other missing two are service.

I was left hanging twice and no lumber was ever brought outside. 1st time waited till 4:30 and they said they were closed. They just had me waiting for an hr for nothing. Secend time waited for 2 hrs and nothing.

Very helpful all the way around great sales associates warehouse people where fantastic helpful kind curtious I think all these guys where boy scouts. Delivery was fast and delivered by a Marine veterian this guy was awesome like the rest of these guys.Thanks guys see u soon . Tom Reeves
