Good ice cold treat on a hot summer day. Wait was entirely too long. But it was something unique to Houston, and Im all for it. Had to catch a flight or we wouldve tried the Hot Cheetos with cheese.

Not like other La Morelands this location has the best food to eat any day of the week, but only between the hours of 8am to 2pm. The day time head cook has skills. The other great thing is that meat department knows how to marinade its meat that makes it the softest, very tasteful, and the meat cooks to its normal color, not like alot of other marinades that makes all your meat red.The only complaint is their meat prices are a little high, wish the owner of this location was more price competitive.

Service in the meat section was quick, and they know what they are doing. Lines at checkout can get long depending on what time and day it is (it gets extremely busy on Sundays).

This plaxe is like a hole in the wall mexican spot. To purchase your meat is lretty good but the tacos are off the chanclas. It might not be the best place to have the family come and eat there but tacos to go....your at the right spot to come get some good fully loaded tacos!!! Pleas like and share.

The meat department is great. The front cashier older Mexican short lady has a bad attitude, poor customer service skills, talking to her husband on phone, and coughs without covering herself not hygienic.

I am torn in rating. Because Ive always loved this place. From produce to meats. Or grabbing something made. I have been a customer for years and always recommended this place. But theres been some issues.When paying with a credit or debit card. Check your bank acct as you walk out. I have been overcharged $100 in one occasion when my total was just $20. And just last night the cashier charged my card twice. She claims I had entered my PIN incorrect. When I confronted her that my acct has two transactions pending and demanded a refund she refused. She claims theres no proof that she swiped my card twice. Seriously!!! I pulled my acct on my phone, proof was there.

My meat man, boyfriend, works here six days a week. Too cute! Get em ladies! Hes on point with the meat.

They literally have everything you could need and the absolute best marinated meat for bbqs, my family was down from Dallas and agreed, they even bought extra to take home!

I visited this location on August 7, 2017. I stopped for lunch at the Taqueria. And ordered some tacos.. Moment when I got my tacos I quickly noted some tiny roaches on my fajita tacos. I got up to took it straight to the cook. He said they not roaches it little bugs. Same sh** and he got upset when I told him and just threw my food away and offered new tacos all mad.. what kind of place does this and reporting this with the health department have video of tacos.... Never again coming to this location ever again Beware...Cucarachas en Los tacos. Tengan cuidado
