Owner was very professional, warehouse personnel could DEFINITELY use manners class in dealing with drivers, any truck drivers delivering for Steelcase should be prepared to dispose of all packing supplies from shipper, this customer refused to return to their supplier.Not professional at all and William Rediford is an less than pleasant individual!!!

Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing and drivers are given the brunt of it. Beware take a different load.I will never take another load coming to this place.Should be a zero star rating
