I went to get my car serviced here and since the very first time I stepped foot into the Service department it was nothing less exceptional service. Everyone was so nice and kind. They immediately greeted me when I walked through the door. They explained the step by step process of what was going on and checked upon me regularly. I even witness them handle a difficult customer and remained calm the ENTIRE time. Truly, the best customer care I’ve ever seen.

This team is the best! Customer service is number one! From oil changes to inspections everything is done quickly and thoroughly! Lisa is always there to great you with a big smile and a kind and genuine spirit. For me that goes a long way! I use to go to the Rosenberg location (Don in service is awesome) but ever since I had to get a replacement key at Katy Ive been going here. In addition to the key, Ive had my breaks done and just this week got my timing belts replaced. Lisa is a gem. That service was an all day event and I had no option but to wait at the dealer. But Lisa constantly check in on me and even set me up with a shuttle to go grab lunch (my driver Joe or Joel..sorry.. was a delightful person to converse with). All the great customer service, delightful rotation of other customers and peace and quiet to get work done made the 9a to 430p I spent there feel like I was at home! I just wish they had detailing service so I can stop searching elsewhere.

This is the only place I come to when it’s time for an oil change and they are always so kind and quick! Never a bad experience when I walk through those doors. I’m always greeted with smiling faces and Lisa at the front counter always remembers who I am with or without a mask! Lisa makes me feel like apart of the hub family always so welcoming and making sure I’m having a good day! My experience was not so good. The lady at the desk over talked me and was not very helpful. I spoke with her prior to driving an hour about our vehicle concerns. She did not inform me that they did not have a body shop at this dealership location. Upon arrival, she did not ask me in detail what was needed. They took the car to the back and brought it back out to only tell me what I already knew. We came to get something else looked at and she informs me of something that I already knew. Charged me $150 and said that they were not going to do or look at anything else unless we corrected the other stuff. Also did not give a recommendation. It was a wasted trip and service appointment.

This place is absolutely terrible. We had JJ as our sales guy and not only did he try to make my husband feel stupid by saying he was the expert because my husband was trying to tell him we were pre-approved. The sticker price was 31,000 he came back and they marked it up to 36,000 for a transfer fee. We were forewarned they were going to try and mark up the price and that was highly illegal but thought we would give them a try turns out it was true. This place is not the place to go.

Wow.. what an experience! I’ve been to many dealerships and they never make you feel like you can’t buy a 30k car! Kept asking me about my credit score! Oh also don’t go on the price tag because the price is listed low and then they add 5k in the name of Market Adjustment! And when i asked the manager what is this for? He said that’s something you won’t pay so why worry about it? Seriously? You’re putting it on the quote and then expect me to not question it?Taking me to test drive different trim when i specifically said i wanted the premium trim! When i asked he said “Oh the premium trim is way expensive! When the difference was only $2000.He did bring out the right trim and i was able to test drive it! Loved the car and was ready to sign the deal until….Manager walked out of the office and said he can’t tell me the price until they run my credit! That makes complete sense so i agreed to fiIl out an online application. As soon as i started filling out, the sales person pulls out a paper application asking me to pen down my Personal info. That was third strike on being shady! I walked out!You guys lost a potential client! I won’t name the sales person because that’s his bread and butter and i don’t mean any harm. I will never return to this dealership!

Came in to see if I could get my SSID number for my PHEV vehicle and when I walked in the gentleman at the desk was eating. I waited until he wrapped up his meal and was finally helped. He had no idea what I was talking about with the SSID and had to call someone else for help. We waited about 30 mins and was told they could hook it up to the scan tool for $75. My car is still under warranty but since the car wasnt purchased there, he didnt seem to care.I went to Rosenberg Mitsubishi and had no issues with them helping me get my SSID number.Save your time and energy and just go to a different Mitsubishi dealership.

Im more disappointed with the vehicle. After looking up the warning light in the manual. It just says pull over and get service. And it turned out the problem was the starter battery. So $455 for a $60 battery. If the vehicles battery light had come on, I could have changed it myself. This is why people dont trust dealerships!

This review is for the sales department. My Kimbrough was my sales man. He was very kind and courteous. Listened to what I wanted and put me in a car to test drive, the car was great sticker price was $28,000 . We get into the office and I explain I am pre approved through my credit union and have check in hand. When the Price came back the dealership had tacked on an extra $5000 for adjusted market value. I told him I had a check for $30,000 in my hand and that was all ready to buy. He went and talked to the sales manager who came over and said he would not remove the extra $5,000. When I told the manager I had check in hand his response was condescending when he said If you had told me you had a check for $30,000 I would have told you not to even bother coming in because there is no way you can get a 22 outlander for that amount I told the manager no way was I paying over msrp especially considering the ES is the base model! I took my check and went to another Mitsubishi dealership that same day! with in 2 hours of leaving HUB Mitsubishi I was driving off a lot in my 2022 outlander es and apart from the TT&L I paid the sticker price, a bit above 28,000 - NO OVERAGE! Hub lost a customer in me my family and friends.

Ziya was a lifesaver! I came into the dealership with a goal of lowering my monthly payments. Not only did we lower my monthly payments to about half, but Ziya was able to get me into a NEW 2022 vehicle with comparable safety features I had with my Palisade. Finally had the time to sit and give true account of the unpleasant experience at Hub Katy. Walked into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. After weeks of research and test driving, my heart was fixed on 2022 outlander. I received funding through my bank and all I needed was a final price to give to my bank. I spoke to I.C Nwadei and we test drove the car. I Fell in love. Went bank to his office to grab final numbers to submit to my bank. He pulls out a credit application. I told him I do not want to finance through Hub/Mitsubishi. And he told me he couldn’t give me the final price of any car unless they had my social. I told him I was very uncomfortable giving my social or running my credit again especially since I have been approved from my bank already. He then notified that his boss told him that I was only pre approved and it doesn’t matter if the run credit because it will only bring my credit down a COUPLE POINTS. .. I stated AGAIN that I was uncomfortable and my score going down unnecessarily was very important to me. He then stated that it’s seems like someone TOLD ME to what to do and say or what to not do and say at the dealership and I didn’t know the process of purchasing a car. As a female customer No one has to “tell me” how to act, or what to do when making a purchase at the dealership. I asked for final numbers once more and he told me they are not allowed to discuss final prices, then asked to speak to my bank officer directly. He last words were seems like your not ready to buy, come back when you are. Very conceding and bullying atmosphere. A car dealer not giving a price but wants your personal information is very sketchy. While walking out the door he came out saying the outlander is about 43,000$ Without sun roof. False. I walked out and drove 40 minutes to another dealership and told them I already know what I want I just have to draft a purchase agreement. I had it sent over to my bank within 15 minutes my bank handled everything sent over the money draft within 2 hours and I am now the owner or a 2022 outlander without sun roof. The total price for same trim Sel and specs was a 3 grand difference....been over a week and I’m very glad the process is over and I can enjoy my vehicle, but buyer BEWARE.

Bad customer service at parts and replacement area they need to teach customer service to this people. Customer service as bad as the brand itself. Then the following day instead of telling me that they were going to fix their customer service and my car they cancelled my repair appointment. For everyone out there avoid this place. And for mitsubishi please teach your condenscending employees that there is a different way of treating people specially when customers are immigrants or have an accent. Teach your employees at parts and replacements social skills.

My rating is actually 0. They advertise to just lie to get you in. I was there at least 30 minutes, no one spoke to me. It was hardly any costumers, plz do not waste your time or gas .Almost no one has a regular income bc of Covid but some people are drawing unemployment. They claim they will work w this. When you get their they start pushing Co- signers. They claim to work with you irregardless of credit issues too, don’t believe it. The banks the use are garbage tooThey offered me only 500 dollars on a good 2009 Toyota.

I went there to test drive a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage that I saw on their website. We were welcomed warmly when we walked in. I was able to read over the CarFax and checked the car thoroughly before the test drive. Kimbrough was the sales rep that helped us. Hes adorably friendly, very professional, and guided the through the whole process. I highly recommend him if you guys ever go there to look at a vehicle. It took awhile for us to get to finance to sign documents. The wait is the only reason why I cant give them 4 or 5 stars. When we did finally get to finance tho, their finance guy was on point, friendly, and did apologized for the wait due to the number of people trying to close the sale. Hes a really nice guy. I did buy the car that I went there for and Im very happy with my purchase. Thanks Kimbrough!

Terrible customer service. My mom has been trying to get a light fixed and the guy told us that we should go to an AUTOZONE to get it diagnosed. I told him the car has warranty and he still said there’s nothing we can do here. Why would you tell your customers to go elsewhere???? He seemed super dismissive of us and unprofessional.

I came for service but decided to trade out and buy my 3rd Mitsubishi at this location for the 1st time. Juan Ariza is a sueprb salesman and the staff was corteous especially Lisa in service. There is a add on charge but thats almost anywhere you go nowadays...and I did see the value in it for the shiny new ride and deal we made.
