I have to say the team they have right now is amazing and very helpful, between helping me pick out a helmet and finding my right size to just being all around friendly. Kaleb, Christian, and the beautiful lady I forgot to catch her name. Every single one of them went out of their way to help me get taken care of I definitely recommend coming here if you need help and I will definitely be back soon

Customer service was awesome! No hassle and they took care of what I needed in a prompt matter. The store itself is amazing because they have just about everything! Very reasonable prices for gear and repairs. Clean atmosphere with good vibes. They have definitely become my number 1 cycle shop.

The employees were extremely helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They didnt wind up having my size of helmet (2XL) but almost nobody carries stock in helmets that big so I cant exactly blame them and didnt really expect that. Very pleased and will go back in the future for supplies and gear.

Friendly staff, but not pushy. Shop was clean and had a good selection. I’m a big guy and had no problem finding jackets, pants in my size. They only had 2 riding boots in my size (13) when I visited. Prices were fair, maybe a bit better than I expected on some items

Customer service was great, way better than I expected. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help my wife and I make the right choice for our purchase. The manager also came out and walked us through some options, they were both very helpful and knew there products. Would highly recommend this store!

Great service. Went in to find a riding jacket and the girl was very helpful and made great recommendations to stay within by budget. I was pleased to see that the price was lower than what was on the price tag.

Good service. Just an observation. The lady that installed my Cardo Packtalk Gold, has little or no experience regarding installations. The headphones are too big for the helmet (Shark) and I need to fix it ASAP. The problem: I had to travel the very next day, I did not try it on and could not take ot with me. Trusted the “expert”Big mistake.

Chino (at cycle gear in Katy) was amazing and patient. Very knowledgeable on helmet fittings and the features. It took me about 2 hours of trying on a variety of helmets, but we finally found one that I loved. He even called another store (the one in Greenspoint) to hold my size so that I could pick it up later that day.The team at the north Houston location were good as well. Helped me get my Cardo unit reinstalled on the new helmet.

This store has very helpful customer service, in fact, excellent. Available and helpful without being pushy. Willing to answer questions and offer advice. I went to the store to buy protective clothing (boots and jacket), which I hope never to need, but I consider it essential to have. My biggest criticism is that I had hoped for a larger selection. I was especially hoping to find a waxed cotton jacket with traditional styling, but there is nothing like that in the store.

New tires mounted and balanced. Fast service and very good work. Staff was great.

Im back on two wheels, after a small hiatus, not ready to ride. I need a helmet. I get fitted by Christian and I get to findin sumtin. After a few brands on and off my head. Found one, Ill take it home feel for hot spots. While at the register, I asked a few questions to a staff member, he was kind enough to put the info on a piece of paper. Now I have the protection I need a for my new ride. Will be back 4Sho..

I understand hour but for people who come in from out of town y’all need to stay open later I came in to buy a rain suit and the guy had just closed and instead of helping me out soaking Wet he decided to talk to two chicks inside the store and ignored me the hole time will never be coming back to this location again

This is the best cycle gear store by far. Mainly because of Scott the store manager.He helped me through the process of getting a warranty on my speaker, he was so helpful and professional.

Great place, I went there looking for a mesh jacket and they recomend me the Reax Alta, I did but it. Also got a good deal on a bluetooth for my helmet.

These guys let me in at 5:15 on a Sunday when my bluetooth helmet batteries died so I could buy a replacement. They didnt near to, saved my grip I left on on Monday.

This place is great, sales associate helped me find the right jacket and size within 10 minutes and then I spent 30 minutes chatting with them about bikes! Love the atmosphere!!
