UPDATE: 10/27I received a call from Brandon the Monday after I placed the order. He just wanted to make sure I knew the parts I ordered and an extended build time (which I did know). He said he had some parts that were similar to what I had on order, on hand (same name brand just some appearance differences) that he could ship the same day. Also had some Jackhammers on hand. This was NOT an up-sale. They were the same price, would just save me 2 months of waiting. We talked about the differences and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I went with the parts they had on hand and they were shipped out that day, I received them today (less than 48 hours later). I have zero complaints. These guys were professional, upfront, and helpful. Great customer service and fast shipping. I got a high quality part for a good price. In my opinion, their star rating is far below the service they provide, at least in my case. I have them saved as a preferred shop to order from. Love my SVT Jackhammers!!I just ordered a set of SVT Boneshaker exhaust. I received an email immediately saying my order was received. I have to say after reading some of these reviews, I am a little skittish. I gave 4 stars for now, I will update this post with my experience. If its good I will up my rating...if bad I will lower it. So far, no complaints. As of now I am neutral and giving them the benefit of doubt.

So I placed my order a while ago…and with the crazy world we live in it took a long long time to receive. (Almost two months) Between shortages, lack of employees I do understand. After reading some of the reviews I was worried I wouldn’t get my item. But I did. Every time I emailed the company regarding my order they replied in a timely matter. When I finally received my helmet it was everything that I hoped for. Wish I could have received it sooner but it was no fault of Titan Customs. Would order from here again.

Helmets finally arrived, I had about a 3-4 week wait which titan customs made me aware of when I ordered these were also back ordered in my home town so I knew what to expect, Titans customer service was excellent they gave me updates within minutes of contacting them about updating eta’s I will say to future customers read the good comments before the bad I did my research on these helmets and they had the best price around the matte black version of these were sold out everywhere and if your just patient and don’t mind a bit of a wait for parts give this company a shot!

SCAM COMPANY - Dont make my mistake. BBB & Yelp ratings both show 1 out of 5 stars with numerous examples just like mine...I ordered a helmet to go with a new motorcycle on August 6th because they claimed it would ship in 2-3 days. I was excited to get out and ride my new bike.The next day I get an email saying it will ship in 1-2 weeks... so I call and cancel the order. On the phone, the man claims they canceled the order and there was nothing more for me to do.THREE (3) months later the helmet shows up on my doorstep!!! I call to let them know about their mistake and ask for RMA, and they say Im responsible for return shipping!They claim I never called and that I didnt reply to their cancellation confirmation email (never received or went to spam*). Their order confirmation emails came through fine, not sure why the essential confirm cancellation email mysteriously never arrived.*Cant look for their email to see if they sent it because Gmail deletes spam after 30 days.WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

I am very pleased with the good cheer attitude, great follow up and genuine concern exhibited by Laurie at Titan Customs. My award winning bike got damaged and I ordered an eagle claw kickstand. After a long wait ( not their fault - just manufacturer) it finally shipped. And got lost by the good ole post office. Laurie went out of her way to track it down and keep me informed. Finally found! I had never heard of Titan Customs before and was apprehensive about purchasing the V&H Tuner since it was a better price at Titan than anywhere else I had ever ordered from previously for my Harley. I ended up reaching out to them via their website just to make sure the offer was legit, and was pleasantly surprised to not only get an answer back right away, but also by an actual person who assured me the price/offer was legit. Plus, Chris was extremely helpful in giving me additional information about the product. Once I received my order (very quickly I might add), with his previous guidance and little bit of reading, I was able to easily install and set up the tuner perfectly. I couldnt be happier with my purchase as well as the excellent customer service I received. Ordered custom wheels and tires. Chris was very helpful with getting everything lined up. I was told 6-8 week build time, and received my front wheel within 6 weeks and rear wheel within 7 weeks, could not be happier. Pricing on all items I have ordered from Titan has been better than any place else.

I ordered a D&D exhaust and was informed D&D had a lead time of 10-12 weeks. Titan Customs reached out via email and telephone to let me know about the delay. They gave me the option to wait the lead time, cancel the order, or use the amount towards a different product. I ended up cancelling the order but was very impressed by Titan Customs customer service. I will say that I did reach out to D&D and they confirmed the lead time of 10-12 weeks and the exhaust would have been more expensive if I ordered direct through D&D. I would not hesitate to order from Titan Customs in the future. Laurie and Chris were both very friendly and responsive and that is great customer service by any measure.

Could not be happier with product and got her not as fast as would like but got here before I needed it. Thanks to customer service for great communication. We all need to become more patient (including myself) with shipping. Not everything can ship overnight.

I purchased a set of Legend Revo shocks for mt 2014 tri glide. I placed my order and expected my shocks in 14 days. I was was impressed when they arrived 5 days early. The price was the best I found and the shocks are exactly what I wanted. I will be back when I get ready to change the front shocks to Legends. Thank you Titan, you got a new customer for sure!

Couldnt recomend titan customs highly enough. Ordered an exhaust from them but decided to switch to a different one i preffered the look and sound of. Laurie was incredibly helpfull switching the order for me, answered all my questions and made sure it would fit my make and model of bike. Was all sorted over email within an hour. Ordered a seat June 25,2021. Titan custom never told me it was on back order. I finally received my seat BUT it was the wrong seat.I called Titan to Inform them. And was emailed a shipping lable. Called them a week and half later to confirm they received it. At which time Justin Inform me that my correct seat wouldnt be shipped out until the end of August.I asked for a refund and Justin had the nerve to tell me that I would be charged for the shipping back the wrong seat I received.I would never purchase anything from this company again and neither should you.Nothing fake about this review order #9976

I spoke with a woman yesterday who was very helpful and informative in reference to the shipping of the helmet I ordered for my boyfriend. I did notice they had a promo code for black Friday, I wish I could have taken advantage of but Titan customs did have the lowest price for the helmet as well to so it was a win win. You can not put a price on safety though. I am excited to give my boyfriend his gift and I will write an update once received, thank you.*update I received the helemt and its so nice shipping was rather fast and I couldnt have asked for a better price thank you so much!

I recently ordered a helmet from Titan Customs. They had the lowest price I could find, so I went ahead and placed my order. They reached out to me Monday morning and apologized that the size I had ordered was not in stock. They notified me that I could wait an additional week for it to arrive, or I could cancel my order. I opted to cancel my order, and within 5 minutes, the money was put back into my bank account.The helmet was an impulse buy, so not being able to get the helmet is not that big of a deal.The important part to this transaction was the quick replies to emails, and the courtesy of the call from the support staff. They made me feel valued as a customer, and offered me multiple solutions.Please dont allow negative reviews of this company to cloud your judgement when shopping with them. Although I ultimately canceled my order, the experience is above my expectations, and they have earned my business.Very professional. Very affordable. 5 Star experience.

Ordered a saddlemen seat. After going back and checking the reviews I was nervous. But after reaching out to Laurie the customer service manager she reassured me that as long as the item was in stock it would ship relatively quickly. Well I received the seat within 2 days of ordering it. I love the seat and I loved the customer service provided. Not to mention the seat was much cheaper than anywhere else I had seen it. I ordered a helmet for my wife online. It said in stock when I placed the ordered. Few mins later I got my confirmation email. On the email mail it told me my helmet would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I need her helmet for a labor day ride we planned. My wife is disabled so it was a specific helmet for her. I emailed the company to try to cancel my ordered because I found a local dealer with that helmet. The first 2 emails with customer service they said they would help me. Now its been over 2 weeks with them not responding to me at all. Still no refund or anything. Ive called and left messages and emails to fix this. The weekend has already passed so I bought her the other helmet so she could ride.

So I guess this is the only way to get this companies attention. Placed an order with them on May 19, I ordered Floorboards and Footpegs. I received my Floorboards on May 28 and was notified that my Footpegs would ship in 4-7 days. Here it is July 24th, I have yet to get this company on the phone left several messages. No response. I’d like to receive the rest of my order or a response on what’s taking so long, spent 784 dollars. Really shouldn’t treat their customers like this.

Ill be honest I had se issues with a helmet that I ordered. I had ordered one with a black visor and when I received my helmet and opened it I realized that it did not have the black visor I tried to get in touch with Titan customs but unfortunately it took a couple of days but it was100 percent NOT their fault. In their defense spring time is extremely hectic so things happen. But once I finally got in touch with someone Chris reached back out to me and corrected everything!! Overall I cant hold anything against them and will be definitely ordering from them in the future knowing now they have fantastic people like Chris working for them! Ordered a seat on May 15th 2021 titan did not state that the seat was on backorder when I placed the order.should have told that when ordering placed order told the seat would ship in two to four days here it is July the 11th canceled order . Kept getting told it will be here Thursday. The price was right . Should not have to wait for two months for a seat. Good luck in the future

I ordered rims years ago. The owner Chris, Straight up lied to me. Saying the rims came in blemished and had to be returned to be fixed from the factory. I confirmed with Chris that he got them straight from the manufacture, So I called them to ask about it and they said it wasnt true. Never received a refund and had been to long to dispute. Thought about making a trip to Texas to talk to him face to face, but its just not worth it. If you look around, there is a lot of people all over the world that had the same exact problem with this crooked shop and its owner, Chris Dading.

UPDATE:. They FINALLY refunded us May 13, 2021 after months of calling. Will change my star status to reflect the fact we received our money back but still leaving some off due to the length in time it took and lack of communication.My husband placed an order in August of 2020. They had to cancel the order because they were out of stock....they told us weeks after the order had been placed AFTER WE had to call and check on the order (we gave them 4+ weeks because of shipping and Covid). It is now mid-May of 2021 and we still have not received our 1400 refund. We were trying to be patient because we know Covid-19 is making thing difficult for everyone and we try to support small businesses as much as we can, but we are now more than 90 days past the PayPal protection. Every time we call Titan, they either do not answer or say “we’ll call you back” and never do. I feel bad for the girl answering the phone because she has no control over the fact that the other guy won’t call us back. She was kind and genuinely seemed to care/think we will get called back, I will say that. But the fact they won’t call my husband back about $1400 we never received is disheartening.

After several calls and multiple emails I have received two responses only both saying the product is on order and thats it this is unsatisfactory. Customers beware lack of communication and lack of receiving the item that you purchase. I would give zero Stars if I could I would like some communication or a refund of my money. Buyers beware!

I ordered a Saddelman seat back in March. I was told that it was backordered and I was okay with waiting. The delivery date came and went. I messaged requesting an update and was provided a May 20th delivery date. May 25th, I requested an order update or a refund since this has been an ongoing since March and this is the message I received in response:Well you have not received an update because today is May 25th, so I am not sure what update you are expecting before May 29th?But that is okay, we have many many people waiting on this seat so we can give it the next person in line on the 29th. Allow 5-7 bank days to get the money back in your account.The refund will be issued tomorrow since the person who does refunds left 30 minutes ago. I have yet to receive my refund and have opened a dispute with my card carrier. I went ahead and contacted Saddelman and inquired about the delay from this supplier and they informed me that I can purchase directly from them and they will honor the price. Titan just isnt worth it.

Ordered exhaust that was “in stock”, then told 2-3 weeks. Called ask for a refund and person I spoke with seemed ill that I wanted my money back. Over a week still no refund. Chargeback has been filed. I will remove this review once I receive my refund.

Read other reviews as well. Mine is not the first of this kind. I placed an order for a helmet and they charged my card for the order. Their site states that most orders are shipped the next day. After a week my order never shipped and I sent/left three messages asking for an order update. I never received a reply. I cancelled the order and disputed the charge with my card company. Titan Customs shouldn’t process payment for items they either don’t have or don’t intend to immediately ship.

Merchant includes items for sale on its website that it does not have in inventory, but will still charge would-be customers who order them! They then reach out and ask if there is another item that you would like. When you say no, they tell you it will take 5-7 business days for them to return your payment.Titan also continues to keep the out-of-stock items listed on their website, continuing to take payments from would-be customers for products that they do not have in inventory.Image 1 and 2: emails of my exchange with the companyImage 3: Product that is still advertised on their website (where they continue to take payments from would-be customers) despite them knowing they do not have it in inventory.Response to owners comment: I support my arguments with evidence (see the images I included in the original post); you do not, and that is why people will believe me. They sell u items claming they are instock . Then when u never recive the item they lie and claim they are out of stock across the country but a quick serch shows this not to be true. Then when u ask for refund they are disrespectful and simply will not give u refund . Had to fiel dispute with credit card co and they still tried to keep the money even though i have all tbe emails. Totally fell for the great prices posted onsite. Tried purchasing a Thor Youth Sector Helmet in early February for my 8 yo. Has yet to arrive now in late March. Gave them the benefit of a doubt missing the first expected arrival date 2/17 since the bad storms hit shortly before then. But after they came back online they kept promising there was only a short backorder. Then another couple weeks later it was still on back order and now the backorder is a month out (maybe April?). Btw, this item is still listed on their site as in stock and available. Needless to say, Ive cancelled the order and waiting on a refund...and how to break the news to a disappointed 9 yo (yup, Birthday in between).

So, I ordered a fairing from Titan Customs on 8/14/2020. The product description said it was one part. I got an emailed receipt with no order or shipping status. After a few calls and emails someone told me the windshield for the fairing is in back order until 9/24/2020. Yeah, over a month later. Its now 9/28 and I still have no order status or shipping info. Only received half the stuff I ordered...I recently ordered 2 10” kicker comp rt subs for my truck and when I ordered I received the order confirmation but nothing else, the tracking number was only given to me yesterday and I received the package today only to find out they had only sent me one subwoofer. I tried to email them about a week ago and have gotten no response, I tried calling them today but can’t get ahold of anyone real. My husband ordered a thunderheader on June 26th... told it was on back order for 4 weeks. Needless to say it is October and the product never came in. Requested a refund on September 23rd as the product is available elsewhere. The order was cancelled but still no refund. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone unless you call over and over and the poor girl has to deal with someone who won’t get on the phone to tell you what’s going on. Getting extremely frustrated. I would NOT recommend spending your money with this company!!!!

This Company is a scam! I ordered a Thunderheader exhaust part number 1022 on the first of May. My order status was never updated and I was only responded to from customer service after I threatened a refund due to lack of communication. I was told that thunderheader was very back ordered and it would take some time to get it out to me. After more waiting and ZERO responses to my emails from Titan Customs, I decided to call Thunderheader and see how back ordered they were. To my surprise the part I ordered was totally in stock at Thunderheaders warehouse. The representative at Thunderheader even told me they had gotten multiple claims that Titan Customs has been doing this to many other people. Titan Customs are liars and scammers and do not deserve anyones money. This is the worst consumer experience ever, they stole almost $900 of MY money.

I ordered a few parts from them.. I was very impressed at first with questions and quick responses back. Got most of my order except the big ticket item and have been getting the run around since.. No answers then an e-mail stating its on back order.. This was a Thunderheader exhaust that was ordered. And after calling Thunderheader directly I was informed that Titan no longer is a dealer of any Thunderheaders. Not recently but over a year. Should not have taken my money and sold me a product that you are no longer able to sell.. Requested a refund so lets see how that goes. Im very disappointed at this point in time with this company.. We understand these are pressing times during Covid-19. However, when we don’t update clients or customers 2 weeks after a order was placed, it leads to questions. I reached out via voicemail, website message system. After no response I sent a email to sales and shipping requesting some sort of update. Can I give a Zero. Ordered a set of lower fairing lights. Received a phone call a day after confirming my address. Was told they would ship out later that day or the next. Jump forward 10 days and no shipment notification nor received. Sent two emails and phone calls asking for status updates. Finally at day 17 sent email saying I would dispute charge if I didn’t receive a reply. Received a reply next day saying item was backordered, the person who called me to tell me it would ship must have made a mistake, and that the part was expected week of April 22nd. I emailed back on April 25th asking for a status update. No response. I canceled the order via email 2 days later. Here it is May 5th 2020 and I have yet to receive a response. Needless to say it being disputed. Do not use this company!

Placed a order after some time I never got a shipping tracking number. Was told what I bought was back order. Asked for refund. 2 weeks later still no money back. If you dont have a product in stock then you shouldnt be taking money or trying to sell it. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else these guys are a rip off. I have emailed and call countless times with no response

Chris has customized 2 Harleys for me and both exceeded my expectations. I have been around bikes, and the bike life for many many years. I have dealt with custom sport bikes and custom harleys throughout the years and have come in contact with good customizers with bad attitudes and bad customizers with good attitudes. I could never seem to find a customizer with a good attitude who also was fantastic at modifying bikes until I found Chris. I wont say Im his most picky and demanding client but I have got to be in the top 5, okay make that the top 2 lol. Despite my obsession with that PERFECT look Chris never misses a beat he always strives to make sure im satisfied and if there is something I dont like he will change it out without question. His work is second to none his modifications and wiring are all extremely neat and labeled. I have had the displeasure of looking at some other peoples bikes and have saw first hand the shotty work that had been done by a so called customizer Wires hanging, uneven exhausts, LED lights exposed etc. Seeing bikes like that really makes you appreciate the pride Chris takes in all of his bike builds. He is the ONLY person I will let modify my bike, I trust his work 100%. One final thing.. Once your bike is complete, know that you can always call upon Chris to tweak, adjust or even ask something technical that doesnt even have to do with anything he did to your bike amd he will help you out. If he doesnt know he WILL find out and get back to you. I think its safe to say, once he finishes your bike you are forever a friend and lifelong client. 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG!!!

Ordered a wheel on friday. Monday got a email thanking for my order which should arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. Multiple emails and a few calls later (the big man there even hung up on my wife). I never received what I paid for. Needless to say my bank got my $$$ back 13 weeks after I had placed my order.

Husband and I order numerous parts from Titan Customs weve never had any issues with our parts arriving on time and even though sometimes we may order the wrong part the people at Titan always correct our mistakes overall Titan custims is very knowledgeable very friendly and very prompt with their deliveries

SCAMMERS.....This company simple stolen 4K from me, I bought a 300mm kit for my night rod special and they never send me, I contact them many many times and this guy Chris gave me only excuses, never refunded me... NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

In December of 2015 I ordered a set of wheels from (Chris Dading)Titan customs got all the excuses from Chris about where and when I would receive my wheels did the hundreds of phone calls and emails back and forth,in 2018 my wife and I took Titan customs to court and got a judgment against this FAKE company,(well before I knew)a buddy of mine had places an order with Titan customs and its been over a year and he has not received his refund or order,My advice to you all is not to order from this FAKE company.its been 5 years and I havent received anything from Titan customs, I really hope someone can close this company down before they continue to steal from people......

Ordered my handlebars 3 months ago after they said was going to be 3 weeks and still havent received anything emailed them no response called letting messages no call returned they made a ups tag just so they can make it look like it was send I called ups and titan never scheduled pick up or havent taken my bars at this point Ill just take legal action sense they want to go that way .
