Was not pleased kept giving me different days my bike would be done and when the days come it was never finished. When I finally get it back right off the back I start having problems. I ended up spending more money fixing stuff that was messed up then the initial cam change and dyno I brought it to them for.

I needed a part real bed it was late this gentleman answer the phone talk to me considered would I need it and stand a late for me to come. Put in the work fix my bike The part I needed he had used gave it to me and Charge me a nice reasonable price For the labor by being after hours. I will be using him from this day on and I recommend him highly. Good guy keep up the good work bro.

The Redline crew are true professionals. They fixed a throttle problem, that was a safety issue, while the 4 wheeler while still on the trailer. I felt he undercharged me, so I tried to give more money and he would not accept. Highly recommended!!

Was told by a coworker about this shop. He told me in advance that it might take longer than taking it to a dealership but the prices are fair and the owner will be honest with you. I need new tires and an oil change since I use my bike only to commute to work and it sits in garage for long periods of time. I wanted to buy some tires I read on a forum not knowing much but he was honest and steered me to more reasonable brand. I coulda spent more but I appreciated him explaining the difference in the tire brands. I would recommend this place.

After talking y Mr Brown for a few weeks, I was impressed of his knowledge of motorcycles because e seems to be way younger than myself, I explained to him my problems with my 97 Valkarie he assured me he could be of help. All the reviews I have read are great, so I brought it up to him today. Looking forward to the finished results.

Would like to give these guys another star, they were able to take care of my 2016 harley road glide that has been having intermittent electrical problems from shop to shop. And for a great price. So I went ahead and ordered a VH exhaust and they installed and tuned it for me also. Hard working guys there and seem to have alot of work so they were quite busy but got me done. Thanks again I was able to make the Galveston rally without problems!!!!! See you when its time for maintenance

Ive been here a couple times and Ive never been disappointed. The first time, they did my fork seals, brakes, rear tire, and headlight. My bike was ready when promised and I paid exactly what he quoted me before the work was started. The second time, I called Jamalle to see if theyre open because it was right after the hurricane. He answered and I told him my bike wouldnt crank and I was having problems with the throttle sticking. I was able to get it jump started and took it directly to him. He confirmed that my battery was dead and ordered one for me. Then he went above and beyond by giving me a ride home. Lagniappe!!

Want to know why theres negative reviews, because these people wanted something for NOTHING or like to throw untrue accusations out there...Dont see them.giving their labor away at their job! Or they are the competition trying to be a douche nozzle saying anything they can to make this place look bad. Want to see whats what, heres how. Call another shop and ask.them.to race their bike against this place in the 1/8 on a pro tree... They wont!

Horrible experience with them. Ower is a nice guy but nice isnt what I wanted. Called shop for a 5 months once a week was told on several occasions, to come next week to get it, finally just came to pick up, and bike was in worse condition then what I left it in, was told to bring it back, once s part came in. Totally disgusted with their business ethics, and condition of my bike, considering going to small claims, very bad business !!

I was referred to Jamal by my brother for work I wanted done on my Victory. I spoke with Jamal several times over the phone before coming to his shop and he was courteous and patient. When I finally arrived to drop my bike off, we spoke about what I wanted to get done and the timeframe it would take to service my bike. Jamal was upfront about his do it right the first time approach being the reason he does not rush his work. We ran into a hiccup when I ordered the wrong part for my bike. Jamal ordered what I needed at a fraction of what I spent on the wrong item. Each time I called for an update on my bike, Redline made it a point to give me clear update. I was especially pleased by the speaker installation and the care/consideration that was put into where he cut my saddlebags and why. I look forward to working with Redline Powersports for future upgrades to my motorcycle. If you are looking for a small business owner that takes pride in his work, Jamal is the person to see. His skill level keeps him in high demand and he remains committed to providing quality service at a reasonable price.

Extremely bad business, bad service all around,When you take your bike there expect to be lied to about when he will look at it and your bike will never get looked at. Except to be told things like your bike was worse than I thought well how would you that if you still havent looked at it. Thats one excuse. Shop hours are at there discretion yeah that means you will not be able to check on your bike during business hours. Just one of the most unprofessional businesses out here. I will never recommend this business to anyone!!!!!!

I have a built motor zx14 took it to the shop down here in bmt but they messed me over out of 9k took it to redline to figure out why it kept running hot he had it dialed in and ready to ride in a few days. Now its the only shop that i will let work on any of my bikes

Went to check this place out before I brought my motorcycle in just to get a feel, and to my surprise jamalle is very knowledgable. Wanted to ask a few questions to see what his know how was on my streetglide and he filled in the blanks everytime. Not very often you get someone who works on metrics and American muscle at one shop. Needed to replace a few parts on it i purchased parts from redline and they repaired it for a great price will recommend to my club we are here from now on! He does have quite a bit of work there as well great place to go of you wanna see every kind of brand there is in one spot. See you guys again soon.

I gave them multiple chances to be an honorable business. Alas the owner is not honorable. He will do what he want to your bike and charhe without letting you know beforehand. The last time i went he worked on my bike personally and somehow disconnected my headlight and refused to take responsibility for it. His brother installed it and I never had problems with it so I know it didnt come loose on its own. Now i know why his brother no longer associates with him. Dont be fooled by the low prices jamalle quotes you he will charge extra when you not looking.
