Least friendly owner Ive ever met . The only helpful person was one of the ladies that took delivery of the bike I was dropping off.I did not feel welcome at all, not sure if it was a skin color thing or what.

My first time being a customer April 2004, I brought the rear leg of a Harley springer for a 45 flathead I was building to have a new 7/8 stem made and installed. Bob also made sure that the rear forks was true and I paid the bill of $325.00 and I mention to Bob that I would like to bring my son to see his shop and was told told sure. So I left, that was the good part. On the following Saturday I brought my 12 year old son so he could meet Bob and check the bike shop, I was told Bob was in the shop in a room working on a engine and my son and I was at the doorway when Bob said how many more can we get in the elevator! I told my son lets go and I have not been back!

If you need anything for older bikes theyve got it or can get it. Theyll give you free advice if youre wrenching on your own bikes. Dont overcharge for service or parts and will take returns without a problem. Real bikers not dealership wannabees & maybe thats the best part.

Good guys-good selection of parts. They always seem to have whatever obsolete 40 year old Harley part i am searching for. No matter how long its been since my last visit I am always greeted like i was just there yesterday. This shop is absolutely nothing like the plastic feeling commercialism of your local HD dealership, and that is why i always come back-

Got a solid recommendation from a friend so I called them up to try and schedule service. The guy I was told to ask for wasnt in. The guy who answered was fairly rude and basically hung up on me after he told me they couldnt help, despite me being pleasant during the whole conversation.I wouldnt let them touch my bike if they cant even manage to grunt out a few sentences on the phone without being jerks.

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly folks.Keep in mind they are bikers ha ha.

Horrible experience brought several bike to bob gave him 2000 up front to fix my bike he only asked for 500 bike kept blowing up after only running for 30 minutes it took them 1 year and 6 months to get my bike back to me the last time and its knocking again they also took parts off my bike and didnt think I would notice them off had to ask for my big bore kit back that they took off and kept and installed stock jugs back on
