I am so happy AAA Box moved to East End downtown area. The staff was extremely helpful in making sure I was purchasing the correct products. Great energy. Will be back.

I bought 200 boxes from here in October 2020 and I found 30 boxes unglued. Today when I asked if I could get credit I was told that I waited too long on letting them know and also the company was bought out. I didnt go through 200 boxes in a few days and I think its ridiculous to have to inspect every box, shouldnt that be your job? Do you ask your big customers who order by the thousands to inspect every box? Do you have a quality control process to ensure your product is done right? Needless to say, I will not be buying from here anymore.

Came here looking for small jewelry boxes 3.5X3.5X1 and they did have them but I found them to be pricey with only two choices. I wasnt greeted at all or acknowledged, but maybe there was just one person working. Not going back.

I have come here many times for 7 years or more to buy packing materials or just materials to mail or contain items. The same two people (Ken and his mom?) have been here for ages and are very helpful and welcoming. I recommend this box store. Im glad their new location isnt too far for me to still come and patronize the business.
