Nic is a stand-up businessman who follows through and delivers what he promises.After searching extensively online, I was sure his prices on rubber tire mulch were the lowest around, by far. I placed my order and we agreed on a delivery date. The delivery truck broke down on its way to picking up my order, so Nic located another driver at the last minute to make sure the mulch arrived on our agreed day and time.This new driver cost significantly more, but Nic bore the extra cost himself with no complaints or hassles when it would have been easy for him to say sorry, theres been a delay and youll have to wait. A+++ customer service, would do business with him again any time, and I recommend him wholeheartedly to others. Great mulch, too!
