Sharp has breeched their own contract with poor service, additional financecharges for late fees although I used autodraft for payment, and no return calls from Houston branch accounting division or the manager. My attorney is now involved, because despite all this the representative Mike Daniels told me I can never get out of the contract.Unethical and illegal business practices. Stay away do not allow yourself to get trapped.
We too were customers of ABM before Sharp took over. It has been a nightmare since then. We have no problems with our service technician, however, the billing and customer service department are horrible. We have spoken with several people about billing issues and instead of trying to hear and understand our concerns, they are busy trying to talk over us. We have been charged for copies that we did not run, because the auto reporter on the machine was not working. We did not know it, no one called us, yet to get a copy count, we were told that they estimated a count. The number of copies that we were charged were way above what we normally run. They refuse to hear us or give us a credit. I am done with Sharp and would never recommend them to anyone!! Not even my enemy!!!! If I didnt have to click on a star for the rating to send this review, I would give them a 0!

Our company had used ABM for many years and were satisfied with their service. Once Sharp took over the company it has not been the same. We have a service contract with them but have not been able to get in touch with anyone for 3 days. We have left voicemails and sent an email to dispatch. The email was read because I received the read receipt. We ended up having to call out another company and paid them to do a service that would have been done for free under our service contract with Sharp. We finally got a call back from Sharp today (4 days after initially contacting them) and when we told them we had another company come out their excuse was that the phone system was not working properly. We will not be renewing our contract nor will we be using their services again.

We used ABM for years and Sharp about 8 months after the buyout in June of 2018. Before, during and after the transition to Sharp the company was dysfunctional, couldnt repair the copiers they sold and couldnt stick to a service level agreement. When things got tough they just gave up and asked us to move on. Which we gladly did.
