Several calls for shipping quote. Only got voice mail each time. No return calls. Finally filled out online request for quote. ZERO return emails or calls. What a waste of time trying to give this company business. If I could give less than zero I would. Choose anyone but this Navis Pack & Ship.

These folks are very hard to get hold of...main number takes a message, then no return call...finally got hold of someone, discussed arrangements, and told them I would call when ready to deliver items to them to ship....called/emailed when ready, no answer for a week, called again, arranged a dropoff time, which was important since I had to drive 1.5 hours to get to them...went at appointed time, no one there, office door open (which exposed all paperwork and all materials in messy backroom to anyone who happened to walk in....called cell phone of owner, no answer, after 40 minutes left and contacted an alternative shipped, only 3 miles away...made all arrangements, dropped off items, did inventory and inspection and paperwork...headed home...will never even try to deal with Navis again.

Amazing customer service. I called with short notice of my furniture emergency and they were exceptionally responsive, careful, and nice -- not a combination you see often in the pack/ship/deliver business.

The owner of the business did not supervise the packaging of the fragile items well enough. Theyd been packaged badly and incurred damage while in transit. The owner then was trying to stall processing the claim or issuing a refund. He promised in writing to send a check for a refund on January 2, 2019. He then backed away from his promise telling me that he has other bills to pay. His rudeness and dishonesty had been fully backed up by the Corporate officer. Obviously, it is futile to expect good packaging or honesty from the owner or the Company.

They cant pickup at a scheduled time, instead require 4 hour time window. Worse then the cable guy. Unbelievable disservice.
