10/10 recommend no one else is out here doing it like Embassy! You can tell how passionate the owners are about their skate graphics and team riders. Small businesses like Embassy don’t get the credit they deserve!!

Scammed! I ordered a deck and 2 t-shirts. I waited 2 weeks then tried to contact Embassy skateboards for a tracking number. My email response was a permanent error and their phone number was disconnected. I contacted Embassy skateboard shop and spoke to Lee Leal, who said he was the owner and was busy, but would send me the tracking information that day. I didn’t hear from him so I called the next day. He was very put off by the call and said he would get me the information. I never heard anything from Lee Leal. Then I looked at reviews and found that they do this all the time. I contact PayPal to get my money back. Don’t waste your time with these Texas liars. A response 2 years later from someone I’ve never talked to, and the response doesn’t make any sense.

Embassy delivered to me, no problem. I got what I ordered and I got it fast. Also, I see these guys everywhere. Contests, jams, concerts and events. Not sure if there was a glitch in the system but I didnt have any problems. at all.

Getting scammed by this company was a serious shock. I collect vintage Zorlac gear, and have been meaning to get an embassy for a few years. A few weeks after I bought the deck tracking still hadnt been posted- I called, Emailed and contacted their social media. Repeatedly got led along / ignored until a month in when he mentioned on the phone that the deck I ordered wasnt even in stock (its listed on their website to this day). I never received the product I ordered- $60 is a lot for a poor skater. All the while there is multiple posts on their instagram of embassy giving the same deck I ordered to professional skaters/ friends of the company.This was a good reminder that it doesnt matter what you did 20 years ago- It matters what you do today. Having to go through paypal to even get my money back as they wont just refund me. Im not the first customer theyve scammed.

They SUCK! Never even sent my deck.Then they lied and said they would send me one because on my troubles. Never did that either. Stay as far away from these guys as possible. You have to go through Pay Pal to get you money back for items they never send!!!
