Came in itching to buy a side by side. Being theres a pandemic, its a sellers market. We tried to find used and everyone one wanted almost what they paid, but w/ over 200 miles and 2 years old. We also didnt want to pay for other peoples problems. After looking at several other recreational dealers, we finally came to the right dealer. We were almost ready to leave, and they pulled it in from outside. Were very happy we came at the time.
Very helpful. They answered all questions. Was very helpful after my purchase and helped me with issues I had. Its a busy place but they made time to talk to me.
Its seems like their bicycle service is backed up for months because they can only afford one guy to work on them all.. (job security vs. consumer)
If I could give zero stars I would! Stay away! My wife called them this morning about a RZR we saw on Howell Power Sports web page. The RZR was exactly what we were looking for, so I asked her to complete a loan application with them over the phone. As it turns out Jim, the owner, answered the phone. He was rude, belittling, and condescending! This man needs a new CAREER! Hang it up Jim! You suck! We purchased today from another dealership. I guess the buck stops here, huh Jim?
I bought an Argo 6x6 Frontier from here in January. Mike was very willing to take the time with me and answer all my questions. It was Mikes willingness to take his time that helped me make the decision to buy my Argo from here. I would recommend this place. They do sell a lot of product over the internet so most of their customers are not local. Luckily, I am local. I am assuming their service is good too but so far i have not needed service yet. Seems like people either really like these guys or really dont like these guys. I think good communication is key and I got that from these guys. Im a fan.
Would not recommend this place, went to inquire on an Argo and ask about both new or used, the sales person clearly did not want to explain the manufacture discount on the model I was interested in, he was quick to say there are lots of ‘fees’ and frankly not all that interested in helping me, ended up at Kirk’s Supply and Matt was great to deal with and guess what no extra fees ! Loving the Argo
Its the worst customer service I have ever experienced by far. I understand that they dont want to work on my older Kawasaki. What I dont understand is why when I went up there with the part that was broken they wouldnt identify it so I could know what to search for. I asked if they could show the mechanic and they refused to do that. Apparently I have to book an appointment in August so he can look at it (its May). Ive purchased things there a couple of times in the past and they seemed put out.. third strike your out.. Lost a customer for life. Pic is of the part off bottom of carburetor inside bowl. How long does it take to say it this or that or I dont know!!!
Absolutely love Howell Power Sports. I have been a customer for going on 8 years now and have ALWAYS received above and beyond service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Ill keep it professional and just say these guys lack the basic customer service skills required to run a business. I avoid going here at all costs but sometimes the convenience gets the better of me and I am reminded why I dislike this place.
Great selection of recreational vehicles backed by an experienced and knowledgeable service department. I would recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
I drove out from Chicago with an old rowboat trailer to buy a 95 wr3 jetski. I am very happy. They assisted in modding the trailer and gave me pointers and off I went. Put it in the lake and the thing purrs first start, no choke needed. The shop guy is cool, rad racer type, I can tell he had his hand in this thing and it will last me for years. Pleasure doing business with you Jim, hats off man!
Shady place. They do the classic low price on the phone and then added fees when you get there.. also they claimed it was new but it was covered in mud and the disc brake had significant wear. Stay far away they are the used car salesman of power sports. I made two calls and found two cheaper out the door price ones that are the same model within 5 min. Just got home with my new purchase from a different dealer and I’m soooo happy I didn’t buy from this place!!!
Love this place. Great products, people and service. Definitely will come back!
This guy is trying to sell a Chinese 250cc Enduro/dual sport for $2,499 the average cost for the same bike hes selling is $1,156 to $1,500, dont know about you but thats all the information I need to know to stay away from this guy. Ive attached some photos so you can see what Im talking about.
Everytime Ive been here theyve been helpful, knowledgeable, and prices are good. Plus theyve got some stuff you dont see often! AAA+++
Mike was great. Patiently answered all questions, knowledgeable. Will return if necessary.
Drove nearly an hour to look at a bike they said they had.Apparently they sold it the day prior.Big waste of time.
Understand, these guys are not just bad sales people or bad customer service. These people are straight up scammers.
Terrible customer service. Answered the phone with just hello and would not even give me a price or date to change my 4 wheeler tires.
Rude parts department. Dude has a major attitude. Acts like you are a bother to do business with them.
Went to Howell power sports to look at a 2020 Polaris rzr 1000-4 (that as of 12/14/2020 is still for sale) and put a deposit down on the machine then came and looked at it. The machine was rolled on its side and had all sorts of damage to the passenger side. The drain plugs were removed from the floor boards and the salesman told me they don’t come with them. Ha good story. The unit had mud tires on it so that combined with drain plugs removed lead me to believe that the unit was rode hard in deep water/mud. So after the inspection I told the salesman about everything I had found and he got real angry with me and told me to get out of the shop and he was keep my $500. Please do not waste your time with this place!!!!
Just went in with cash In hand, salespeople barely acknowledged us. No one tried to help, didn’t even move from their desk when we told them what we were looking for. We were ready to buy it with cash on the spot but we left. Horrible people.
Very nice people great service, the place to go. Have lots of things to choose from and are great people.5/5 rating. You looking for a place in Howell go here they have the Kawasaki brand things.Theyre located by McDonalds and Vgs. These people are very honest and are awesome dont doubt that, come here prices arent bad and theyll help you find anything and theyll locate you locally that has what they dont have.Go here if you want nice honest people. They deserve a higher rating than they get they dont bite swing in and check it out. They sell dirt bikes,ATVs and bikes and much more too. Dont doubt what I say I would go to this place if were you dont go anywhere else.
Matts a good guy, great place.
Always pleasant, and appreciative of my business.
We picked up a go kart, they told us an out the door price. Ended up being 400 dollars more. It stopped running less an hour after we got it home. Called down there and was pretty much told we were out of luck. The manufacturer would cover parts but we would cover labor. We have a 2k toy the kids can’t use. Not happy with this place and would not recommend it.Edit: I just got off the phone with Jim, he made sure to tell me that if he lost any future business from us it’s not a big deal because he is the second largest dealer in Michigan. BUYER BEWARE! The worst customer service I have ever seen. I would give them a zero if I could.
Just went into their shop. Walked up to the counter, two workers were staring around talking to what looked like a customer, another worker behind the counter just standing there. I waited 10 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge I was there; NOTHING!! I walked out. They just lost my business for sure!!
Bought a new argo back in August and the service was excellent! Mike was my salesman and he was friendly and on the ball! He really went the extra mile for me. I traveled from the U.P. and he made the transaction go as smooth as possible. I too read alot of the reviews and I jokingly told Mike I was glad he was my salesman after reading all the horror stories about Jim lol! I actually later met Jim and shared the story and we got a good laugh about it. He was the exact opposite of what I encountered in some reviews. I will say its a busy place and sometimes people lose patience or get offended if a salesman doesnt meet you at the door. Id rather have room when I walk into a place rather than have some guy breathing down my neck. Jim just seemed like a regular guy trying to make a living to me. You cant please everyone. Glad I decided to ignore the reviews and form my own opinion. Great guys, great service!!
Rude guys who acted like I shouldnt ask questions.
Was told a price on Saturday came in on monday to pay for it and the owner raised the price by $400. Not a very good sales man for repeat customers or even cultivating a good relationship in the community. However im sure his business is absolutely killing it and if hes not worried about losing customers it doesnt suck to be him. But I wont be checking out his store ever again or referring him.
I live 5.5 hours away from Howell but they had a used polaris ace that was exactly what I was looking for. I was nervous to drive out there after reading a lot of the poor reviews but still went because they had exactly what I wanted. We got out there and the ace was already prepped and ready to go and paperwork was also ready looked over the machine and it was exactly how it was described online and we were treated great from the second we walked in the door. Filled out the paperwork and was able to get back on the road home in no time.
Awful sales experience. Jim’s business model is to run off all of the customers that exceed the ability of one person to handle, because he’s too much of a novice to be able to hire sales people and grow. I had cash in hand And was trying to drive to buy a Sea-Doo 3-D and is such a screw up, he couldn’t even sell me something I was ready to buy. He Would not send pictures or Agree to set an appointment for me to come out and see the machine. These are very basic steps in the sales process. This guy doesn’t want your business, and clearly hates his job. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. There’s a reason there’s over a hundred bad reviews about this place. What a joke.
Photos are very misleading. Absolutely no selection of quads or dirt bikes. Just muscle bikes, a snowmobile, 2 golf carts, and some sold 4 wheelers. Other than that, good selection of riding gear.
I went in to check out some quads. I found Jim really reasonable to deal with and ended up buying 2 quads. I feel that I got a decent deal.Lets see how it goes if I have any problems, but so far Im satisfied.
Horrible place they buy chinese dirt bikes for $1400 online (with free shipping) and sell them for $2500 knowingly scamming people.
Should have read the reviews before making the drive out! Definitely made a mistake buying from them. Mis advertised the engine hp and lied about the condition. Kinda makes sense now that I read the reviews but still. Definitely triple check everything before handing over $$
This guys is not right He needs a Factory job .
I can see now why the rating is so low.. inquired about a golf cart I made a comment asking how much power that thing had because it looked pretty souped up to be a golf cart to me. The owner respond back that he had no idea it’s a golf cart not a race machine..Clearly being a sales person is not his forte or her forte. It was a legit question..
Very poor service from Jim they have lost a costumer for life and who ever else i can warn about this place.
The owner or salesman was very rude. I drove an hour and a half to look at a bike only to find out there was scratches all over it and all the photos where photoshopped. To top it off he tried to tell us there was a deposit in on the bike but if we bought it right then and there he could sell it to us. He said all his inventory was flying out the door even though the photos of this bike had snowmobiles around it and there were no snowmobiles on the floor indicating it’s been in his inventory for a real long time .So I wanted to take it for a quick test ride since I had a long way to drive it home if I bought it and he refused. He was entirely rude the whole time and wasted my time by posting doctored up photos. I wish I had read the reviews before making the drive.
I called to ask about a quad and the person i spoke to was extremely rude. Acted as though i was bothering him and he didnt have time for me. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere as it apparently wasnt good enough for him.
My husband recently decided to try his hand at road biking and the experience that he had was nothing short of 5 stars from start to finish. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to patiently discuss all options and provide suggestions. My husband ended up with a great bike that perfectly suits his needs at an amazing price. Mike even followed up multiple times after to ensure my husband was happy and the bike was performing to his expectations. Great experience, well be back again!
My husband and I stopped in to look and make a purchase. After 15 minutes of wandering and nobody greeting us our 8 year old son climbed up and simply sat in a vehicle. Within seconds this act had their attention. An employee quickly walked over and asked him to “get off and go sit on a kids toy because it was a $30,000 vehicle”. No “hello, how can I help you?” Or “Welcome to Howell Cycle”. He was abrupt, rude, could have handled it much different. This lost them thousands in a sale. I would love to support my local retailer but will be driving elsewhere for friendly and helpful service.
Definitely buy somewhere else! The reviews are true! My experience was ok I did get a great deal however my new atv was missing parts and no owner’s manual. Their response was not sure what to tell you. I reached out later that day to ask questions on how to program display with no response! I figured it out myself.
Please dont go to this store. I went to go look at a couple of used cruisers for sale and it took at least fifteen minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. I had to flag someone down to ask about the cruisers and he just pulled them out and then went back to eating his sandwich. Then, when I was done I asked him to help me put the cruisers back and he just told me to leave them there in the middle of the aisle! No initiative to help out a potential customer and an overall feeling that they dont take pride in their store. Google reviews only confirmed my suspicions.
Great local company. I helped my son to buy his first motorcycle here. Very knowledgeable and friendly people that work here. Answered all of my sons questions and didnt try selling him anything that he didnt need. Couldnt have asked for better service. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. Overall fantastic experience.
Only have used them for service but they were honest and very helpful.
Wouldnt recommend at all, the guy working there didnt acknowledge I was there until i was about to leave I asked a question about a bike and he told me it was sold even though there was still a tag on it and nothing indicating it was sold, then tried to use his salesman tactics or whatever you wanna call it by trying to sell me a used bike which he wouldnt even let me see basically telling me I had to buy it straight up. Ill go to C&C sports they actually helped me
Excellent experience buying my moped! They even upgraded my battery and threw in a charger! Highly recommend this place. 👍🏻
We just bought 2 used Kawasaki KRX’s (4 months old) called to schedule service and was told we would not be a priority and put on the bottom of the list because we didn’t buy from them. Rude, arrogant and basically said we don’t want or need your business. Unbelievable!
Very over priced but they answer the phone fast
Great service! We got a great machine and I believe a great deal. They even delivered to our house for free!
I called and expressed immediate interest in purchasing TWO brand new bikes THAT DAY. I know I shouldnt have been so quick to say that but I was ready to pay msrp for the bikes I wanted. The salesmen wasnt even interested in asking me for my name. He didnt take it seriously that I was going to buy that day. He told me call back when Im ready to make a deposit. Which I had already made clear that I was ready to put my card number down right than. Jokes on him because I immediately called another dealership very reasonably close with better service and put deposits down on TWO bikes. Point is no way will I give you money if you dont even ask me my name. The salesmen sounded like he thought he was too good for me or better at his job than anyone. When in reality he lost my permanent business to my local kawi dealer. They were very offputting if you can even get ahold of anyone. C and c sports is less than 10 miles east of this place. Even if it takes you 10 min. Take the drive.
Today I called Howell Bicycle looking for 180mm rotors to complete my new wheelset build. I was eager to take advantage of the warm temperatures to do a long ride. Andrea took my phone number and called me back a few minutes later to let me know although they didnt have new rotors in stock, their mechanic Matt offered to sell his good used rotors for cash & carry. The rotors are in great shape, fit perfectly and got me on the ride today!! What a great experience! I will be back!
After I marked 1 star I changed my mind I tried for 2 weeks to get some one to help me with a spyder down there after a week we called them and they told my husvmband they sold it and I called today and they said they sold it this morning what a joke and a real piece of work they are i would not recommend them to no one at akk
Took a tire to change over. Price was good and fast service. Awesome
Just called to have new tires installed on my bike that were not purchased there, and they told me they were just too busy to do it. Apparently they dont like making money here. I was willing to wait too. Not going here ever again I guess.
Great people who run the place always warm and smiling. Never pushing stuff on you which I love. Get all your fluids you would need for a motor vehicle. Just do not show up expecting them to have parts in stock. They have some serious fancy bicycles too
I brought an older bike in for service and was pleased with the final outcome. Many dealerships wont/cant deal with bikes over 10 years old.The mechanic did deal with all the issues the bike had. He also explained what he did to solve each issue. The price was very fair for the work done and my bike is running great again.
Buyer beware. Deceptive advertising practices. Saw used motorcycle advertised at one price, called to confirm price and availability. Drove one hour to buy bike. Brought funds to buy used motorcycle, tax and plate. No Deal. Howell Power sports added a hidden 10 % in dealer fees on a used bike. What? The salesman just said Nope, not budging. Thats the price dont care what the add says. Of course there was no mention of the 10% fees in the ad or on the phone. Buy somewhere else, I know I will!
Great people. Great service. Love to window shop while I wait.
Very rude. Everyone I talked to was arrogant and wasn’t willing to help me whatsoever will never spend money there again. Over the phone or in person nobody was helpful. Salesman acted like I was a joke for looking for a dirt bike for my son during these times
I just bought a new argo there and couldnt be happier, they had a ton of models to choose from but more importantly they had the new aurora. The salesman really knew the details on them and was able to give me more information in 5 minutes then I got got from all other dealers I have talked to over the last 2 years. It was a very easy and fun experience. I look forward to buying from them again
I just moved out to Howell and needed something to plow snow. After meeting Mike at Howell Power Sports he walked me thru different models and really helped educate me on what I needed.Price was right and Jim delivered it along with plenty of tips and information on the machine and the plow.GREAT SERVICE! I highly recommend them. Can`t wait for the snow now!
Wouldn’t go anywhere else! These guys are honest and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. We love to support family owned businesses and these guys are exactly that! Hard working, honest, down to earth. We will be back!!!
Liars and scammers. Go somewhere else!
Great place! Staff and service was fantastic!
Bought an RZR sight unseen. Sent the funds prior to pick up for bank clearance. Jim wouldn’t let us take the machine for almost 2 weeks- when we offered to have him charge our CC’s until the bank told him it was all set. Nope!We paid over $400- in ‘prep and doc fees’ and he assured us the mechanic looked it over. We had melted fuses and a dry rotted belt as soon as we got it home and it wasn’t even cleaned. I wish I would have read all these negative reviews before doing business there. Spend your money elsewhere people - unless you like being lied to and treated like a complete criminal through the whole process.
Buying from them was perfectly alright, but I cant recommend them for repair. I spent $300 in repair costs that basically got me nowhere with the issues Id been having, only to have my dad take it back home up north and find the $15 part that needed to be replaced in less than an hour. My father has never worked on a moped before in his life, if he can figure it out but their mechanics cant, I just dont know what to say.
Very rude, no one knew the prices of anything and products were not labeled. Not worth visiting since they have a very small selection anyway.
Bought the “demo unit” came with plow, winch cab . Price was unbeatable. Customer service was great delivered unit to my house . Great experience. Came back several times to buy parts, the lady behind the parts counter is alway really nice . I highly recommend this dealer.
Just wanted to say thank you to Jim for helping my family. My wife bought a brand new motorcycle for my birthday.Jim took the time to answer all her question and we got agreat deal!
Called bout a air filter rude as hell told me they dont have it then didnt even give a option 2 order them before hanging up..will never recomend this place 2 no one go 2 college bike shop not here.
It took them months to fix a bicycle and then charge this $200 for fixing my used bicycle
BUYER BEWARE!! I was referred here by Costco to buy a youth ATV. The owner Jim would not break down his pricing for me and stated that my total out the door cost would be $2200. The msrp was $1999 plus destination charge. I asked if he was including the Costco discount and $200 rebate, and he said yes. I asked if I could see a breakdown of costs and discounts and he said “I just did—I gave you the price”. He told me wherever I went, the price would be the same. Later that night, I called Costco and shared this experience. They referred me to another dealer. My out the door cost with them was under $1900 and they shared every expense with me, and how my discount was factored in. I do not trust this business. This place lost my current and future business. Don’t let them take advantage of you.
Very good people to deal with, they had good pricing and customer service. They have been servicing my Honda atv for several years now and I have always received excellent service. There are some new faces around the dealership that are real assets! They have brought in a lot of new apparel at very cheap prices. Always friendly and have the best prices around!
Do not go here. Owner Jim and I negotiated on a trade in for a quad I bought. He came up on the amount he would give me for my trade in to get me to make a purchase, then just added the extra amount to the cost of my purchase without telling me. I should have noticed before days later when looking over the paperwork, but I wasnt expecting to be scammed at the time.
Shame on us, Sham on him. He got us. We bought a 2016 ATV with plow here for $7500. A year later we called to ask if he could help us and buy it back since we need to sell it. He said yeah no problem bring it up. We loaded the thing up, brought it there (which is not close) and he says, he cant give us what we want, or even close to it. My ATV has less then 50 miles on it! He wanted to give me more then $4000 less then what I paid him just over a year ago. Looking up my ATV they are selling for in the $6000 still I betting mine would be more since there is so little miles. I wish I would have read the reviews before we bought.
The worst shopping experience I have ever had!!!I went to Howell Cycle on Saturday to buy a new bike for myself. I roamed the store and no one asked me if I need help, so I finally asked someone if I could get help. I was told that the sales person was busy, but i could look at bikes and then they will give me a good deal. 10-15 minutes later sales person had a second and tried to help. Showed me few bikes and when I asked if I can test drive them, he said: sure, but didnt take it outside for me, nor held the door open. On top of that, they had a motorcycle right in front of the door, so it was challenging to get bike in and out, so when I was coming back with the bike, door slammed into it and scratched it (at least that is what the sales guy said). His demeanor was rude, blaming and overall hostile. When I told him that I do not want that bike, he told me to get out and also said: Thanks for wasting my time a..hole. I would not recommend anyone go there for anything. At first I was going to contact the owner, but based on some testimonials I figured it will be useless, it is the culture of the company.
Very unprofessional. Jerks on the phone, & that did not change when I visited the store. I asked for the gentleman to provide me an out the door price. They told me that they would when I decided to buy it. There was a large disparity between the price on the bike of $7200, & their rough $8200 out the door price. Just Shady. I will not return to their store. I was willing to pay no more than $8000, but I had to agree to buy it before they would give me the out the door costs. Even refused to provide the VIN number of the vehicle they were selling.
I am picking up my bike today, during my initial visit they were friendly, helpful and informative. I was able to put the bike in their layaway program as I had not planned on buying a bike that day. I came back with my family to make a payment and received the same courteous service as did my wife as she is considering a bike as well. I have shopped at a lot of bike stores and this one was the best in my opinion. Everyone seemed down to earth. No there are not 10 sales people and some of them actually assemble and adjust the bikes too so I cant guarantee immediate service every time you walk in but I see a value in the person that sells me the bike also being the one that assembled it. They also have the best price I have seen anywhere on Cannondale bikes.
Went in to look at z125 pro there for 20 min was walked passed never talked to or asked anything. Went outside still no one asked to help us ( my husband and I ) finally leftWent back to Honda dealer .., so technically- a star
Good people, I was warry when I saw the other reviews but they are good people, especially the parts lady. Not the cheapest price (compared to online) but they get stuff fast and its reasonably priced. Overall good experience.
Terrible customer service. Owner refused to exchange boots purchased there as a gift. Accused me of not even purchasing them there and stated they had been closed for two weeks so he said it was impossible to have purchased them recently. The person who bought the gift has the receipt and when we exchange them we will never go back as this is the second rude experience we have encountered here. Maybe with the receipt I can just return it all and purchase elsewhere. UPDATE: went back in with receipt and was now told all sales are final Owner created a policy on the spot that is not printed on his receipt. I was well within my limits per his return policy. He threatened to call the police on me and told me he did not want me or any one I know in his store. Very deceitful and dishonest man. I do not recommend doing business with this place!!!
Customer service is in the mud.
Called and talked to Jim about a Kawasaki teryx4 he had listed forsale. Told him I was about an hour away. Got there and the thing was all beat up and busted up underneath. I asked him why he never told me before i drove all the way there. He said we post alot of pictures online. Well not those pictures. Explains why their rating is so low. Beware!
I stopped in Yesterday to look at ATV. The salesman was the most arrogant a hole Ive ever met trying to sell beat up stuff that other dealers would even put on the floor. Actually had the nerve to tell me I was lucky to be able to buy it at the price I had it listed at. Thats funny I bought a brand new one today for $400 more then he wanted for a 2012. I know no one at chryslerwill buy anything from this a******.
Dont waste ur time going here. Employees are rude and act like you are bothering them to be there. Items are overpriced and some are damaged and they still want you to pay full price. They ignore you and get annoyed when you ask about their products. They also lie to you. You ask one guy a question and his answer is completely different than the other person. Worst business in Livingston County! Got a better item on eBay for almost $300 less.
Never have what I need. Prices are really high. People are rude
Called about a motorcycle I was interested in purchasing that they had listed for sale. Stated I was looking to trade in a bike towards the new bike. Salesman said he would not be able to sell my 2009 because its too old and would only offer me $1,000 or less when its blue book value is $4,500.Then asked about just buying the bike without the trade in and told me the bike just sold that day but months later its still listed for sale on their site and cycle trader. Felt like he didnt want my business and just wanted me to go away.Went to another dealer in the area that offered me $3,700 for my trade in towards the same bike.Based on others reviews it seems they need a change in how they do business.Lost any future sales from me.
Took my bike in to have some work done. They were fast and good priced. They salvaged some parts when they could have squeezed more money out of me by making me buy new parts. I will be a returning customer.
Absolutely worthless company. No one comes to help you and when they do notice youre their they say something in passing and act like they could care less if you buy from them. I drove an hour out of my way for them to laugh and joke that I could finance the bike assuming because I was young I didnt have money. I walked in with a helmet and 8k cash ready to buy one of their bikes and they lost out on the deal. Save yourself the time and dont buy from a company that belittles others!
Lady buyer here. Ive been looking for a preowned ninja 300 and I saw they had a beautifully priced 2015 se. Theyre a good 45 minutes away with no traffic and close an hour after I get off work so I called to get an otd pricing on the bike. It was priced, and I asked the woman to email me a breakdown of the pricing. She refused and got a little irritated (I havent had this issue at any dealership yet, theyve priced 3 or 4 bikes for me no problem). I asked about the condition since the pictures dont show any damage and she told me there was no cosmetic damage to the bike at all (this isnt a deciding factor for me, theyre generally starter bikes and have typically seen some ground time). Whatever, decided it had enough potential to drive out there in bad traffic. Once I go there, the real nightmare started. The salesman, Jim, was ridiculously pushy, very shifty, and all around I didnt dig his vibe. The bike had quite a few gouges on the fairings, handlebars, and even the gas tank. Jim was very persistent that this bike was priced well below what it would be anywhere else, just give him a name of a shop and he can tell you who owns it and what theyd sell it for and blah blah blah. The price was definitely attractive, but every time I asked a question he avoided answering me and instead deflected something about how warranties at other shops dont actually cover anything, or how this bike had so few miles on it and multiple people are looking at it. Refused to start it when I asked him. IF THE BIKE IS SO ATTRACTIVELY PRICED AND SUCH A GREAT DEAL, WHY ARE YOU TRYING SO HARD TO SELL IT??? IT SHOULD SELL ITSELF. Ultimately decided to pass, because I didnt trust the man at all.
Everything negative written about the staff is true. I believe I talked (very briefly) to the infamous Jim. While asking about a used motorcycle, he visibly and audibly seemed disgusted to have to interact with a human. I was on the market for a motorcycle and had the money, for the record. How could anyone suffer in there long enough to make a vehicle purchase?
Where do I start!? First off don’t trust the photos you see on the web site, secondly don’t trust the salesman cause I was told the quad had a winch and it didn’t. And last of all of the check engine light is on and they say it’s ok it’s not!!! I just wish I was informed of all this BS before I drove 3 hrs to get there! Hands down worst dealership I’ve ever delt with!
Bought Yamaha 2014 450 quad. I was told everything had been maintenced and gone though, got home and checked the oil and filter both looked to have never been changed in its life. This guy is a joke!
Bought a 2015 can am renegade. As soon as it was off the lot started throwing error codes. Now 5 months in have had around $5000 in problems. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
We had an excellent buying and service experience! Highly recommend!
The customer service was awful. Felt like I was wasting the guys time. Had the money in my pocket but took my business elsewhere.
