The coffee and food are usually pretty good, but waiting 15-20 minutes with only two cars in front of me in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. I waited the same amount of time at another coffee place (that rhymes with Shimmy Bros), and they got through 15 cars in that amount of time. I would not bother at this location if you’re in a time crunch.

This was my first time going to this location in Howell and the staff was so nice and friendly. I was greeted right when I walked in, the cashier answered my questions about the coffee and another employee promptly brought my coffee to me. I left with a smile on my face. They are doing an excellent job during this tough time! Thank you for being open and working today!

My boyfriend went inside this morning to get me a coffee and the girls working ignored him for about 10 minutes, they kept staring at him and giggling, when the girl finally came to take his order, she was flirting with him. he waited 15 minutes for his ice coffee to be made and the girl making the ice coffee decided to write her snapchat on his cup. I found this very disrespectful to begin with and also inappropriate as she is working and that location is always busy.

Had a great coffee, been a while since my last visit.

I went in there for coffee and a bragel. No issue with the coffee but they were still out of egg for the bragel. This egg thing has been going on for well over a month now. I don’t understand it as no other restaurants seem to have an egg shortage. So I ordered the vegan sausage w cheese. The sausage was still cold and half frozen. There was no spread on the bagel so it was just a slice of cheese and a cold piece of sausage on a bagel. So gross. I threw it away. Waste of money.

I just paid $7.55 to take a sip of my coffee and put it right in the trash. I’ve been a long time customer and I can no longer trust this place. It wasn’t worth taking back because I don’t want anything that comes out of this shop anymore. My Mocha Mocha tasted like watered down chocolate mix and spoiled milk.

Considering they were short staffed the line moved very quickly. Always friendly people inside. Plus the bragel is amazing.

I come every weekday and they are usually excellent. I’ve complained maybe 3 times in the 1 1/2 years I’ve been coming here for too much syrup. I received a free coffee from the customer in front of me which was a super nice surprise. I tried the coffee when I arrived at work. Too much syrup. I called and they said they would replace it. About an hour later I received a call from the owner who said they would not cover replacing the coffee becuase she remembers I got it for free. It was not actually free someone paid for it regardless of it being incorrectly made. I was told I was taking advantage and if I’m not happy to seek another coffee place. Which I told her I usually am happy with the service. This actually made me really mad. Not even just about the coffee but how I was told I’m taking advantage when I spent $7.30 every day there and sometimes go back for a second coffee. Very unhappy today.

I ordered a SMALL drink off the menu and it was $7.30! Outrageous! I wish the prices were shown, I would have NEVER paid that much for a small beverage. Never going here again. It was a small dragon berry red bull freeze. I would upload the receipt but I did not receive one. It was absolutely not 24 oz.

Ive never had a problem with this biggby before, but today the girl in the drive thru had a major attitude and didnt put cream in my drink. If I hear her voice over the intercom next time Im driving off

Mocha mocha!!, I live out of state now. So when I visit and am craving coffee Biggby hits the spot.

Though there can be a line from time to time, its still fairly fast and my order is always correct.

I usually come here 2 or 3 times a week as a way to treat myself. The service and quality is almost always excellent. They recently incorporated a new payment system where the employee extends the card reader out to the car window and I have to insert the card myself and select if I want to add a tip for my $7.50 large latte while the employee stands there. It might not bother some people, but it makes getting my favorite drink less enjoyable so I just started going somewhere else for coffee.

Theyre always so pleasant when I come in and Im there daily during the week. I just wish they didnt implement that new card reader where I have to press the buttons because I feel like a jerk if I cant tip on a certain day and have to hit that N button. Plus, I dont know how often they sanitize it between customers so 4 stars until they have a contactless pay option.

Been to this one twice and both times the service was wonderful. Very kind, patient, and helpful. Lattes are a little too sweet for me but I love their smoothies. Definitely a $$ - prices very comparable to Starbucks. Drive thru was fast and efficient. Inside is clean, nice atmosphere, friendly people.

Every visit is a great one! I’m always greeted by friendly staff and taken care of quickly, i never spend much time waiting for my order; no matter how busy they are. My order has never been wrong. It’s a great atmosphere. I love how friendly the staff is and how much they seem to enjoy their job and genuinely appreciate their customers! I always come to this biggby.

The two girls working last night were great ! There’s was a miscommunication, it’s hard to hear with the masks but better safe than sorry! I thought my drink looked off and i went back around the drive through and the girls were very apologetic and quick to fix the mistake. They thought i ordered the raspberry redbull freeze when i said berry blast... the barista remade my drink so that i got my berry blast and omg i was so happy it was fixed because i found my new biggby addiction! Im writing this review mainly about the girls who handled the situation with such care and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were happy to make it up to me. I wished so badly i had cash on me i would’ve given these two girls a huge tip! They made my day :)

Nice clean place to Have Coffee and sandwich to go (normally you can sit in chair but virus has you Standing then eat in car). You would think some genious would put tables outside to sit,eat and talk or read. But what do I know! Place is a stand up first rate place-all pun intended! Clean and nice wait staff and sandwich was perfect. ATT store just about 200 feet up from Biggby Coffee!

This is the best location I have been to. Always friendly customer service. The coffee is fresh. Never have gotten my order wrong and I come about once a week.

I usually come here on my way to work. I have had plenty enjoyable experiences with Biggby but when I went today, the lady at the register told me they do not participate in the $3 lattes on Wednesday??? Since when? I felt rushed when I ordered as well. I understand sometimes it can be busy but I was not even taking a long time to say my order.

I’m honestly just doing three stars because I frequent here for meetings but I came in with my baby and went to change him and there was no changing table. I had no option but to lay a blanket on the floor and do it. That was very sad because I was thinking how many other mothers have had to do this. This is an easy fix. It just hasn’t happened. I hope the owner is willing to take care of that. I was planning to stay for coffee but changed my mind.

Very disgusted, the sign in the drive thru was clearly written $5.99 for a 24 oz.latte. They charged me an additional .50 because she said it was a seasonal item. Not true, its available year round. Im not sure what scam theyre pulling but I will not go back to this place. I hope the owner reads this.

I really like Biggby coffee and have been a fan for many years. This location, however, is starting to disappoint me quite a bit. The lines in the drive through seem to be long each time I visit and time to get my coffee seems too long. Not sure if its staff turnover oflr just not the right amount working. I do visit primarily on popular times, but I have visited on off hours and it still seemed like slower service when compared to other Biggbys. There have been a couple of times my coffee was not correct, as well. Frustrating when you look forward to it as a treat and its wrong. 3 Stars no, but will fall to 2 if this service keeps up.

Unfortunately, I had to come back and edit my original 5-star review. Visited this store and ordered a newer be erage item and disliked it immensely. Texted the store privately on its FB page through Messenger and told them how much I love Biggby, but that about 10 minutes ago i went through drive-thru and ordered 2 beverages, one of which i was totally unsatisfied with. Their response was quick, much to their credit. However, instead of ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service, i was told that their other customers like it, but theyre glad i love Biggby. I am a very loyal Biggby fan, but i wont visit thos location again.
