Jake and Steve were very helpful and did a great job educating us on choosing the right flooring. The installation crew did a great job tearing up our old flooring and then installing our new Hickory Flooring. Everyone was very professional and we highly recommend Lynch Carpet and Flooring to anyone. We will be using them again in the future for any flooring needs. Dont hesitate using Lynch, its hard to find such friendly and personal service.

Had Lynch install wood floors this fall. Disappointed with the outcome. Would nail the floors if I could do it over again. Their installer knows what’s he’s doing, but I question the knowledge of the store/owner, and bad customer service.

I didnt even get to talk to the owner or a sales person. Customer service/ receptionist before asking any questions decided to give me answers not pertaining to my situation. . She started by telling me I need to come in and get samples first and thats the process they take. Whelp, Im buying a house and reflow ring the entire house! You lost a valuable potential and any good reference.
