Super nice employees organized clean fun I would recommend spirit halloween to you

Went in today. They were so rude to my 3 daughters and I. The employee by the dressing was busy flirting with two girls. I walked in the fitting room with my daughters and the employee yells NO! i said what? he said no. Then the employee says gimme the bag whats the point of going into the store to be treated rudely. Next year its amazon for me.free shipping and returns and half the price. Howell mi store

Bought a giant spider for 24.99. Found a 20% off coupon so I went back up an hour later to get 5 bucks back and use the coupon. The girl at the counter spent 5 minutes explaining to me that they cant do a return or give money back because its after the 18th...what? Lol. She also in a round about way told me the manager was too busy to talk to me. So for 25 bucks I found out I never need to shop at Spirit Halloween stores anymore.

Always a nice selection of scary stuff for Halloween, nice place to take kids to see all the spooky displays.

My wife bought a headband for my 7 year old daughter and it broke in the bag still attached to the cardboard packaging...no big deal. My wife then went to exchange the headband and did not have a receipt, no biggie. When she asked about exchanging the headband the manager accused my wife of stealing it. Probably not a big deal, however the manager was pretty rude the previous day, then accused my wife of stealing and then refused to look up the transaction VIA credit card. We were told to get some glue and fix it ourselves. So if youre into halloween crafts, this store is for you.
