The nicest young lady there helped me, She wrote her name down as I had also asked for an application. She is from the Mug & Bops Location in Howell, She works midnights, and was delightful. She made my coffee specifically the way I asked and I actually am still enjoying it. Little Sips Go A Long Way... Horrible staffing issue, there is only ever one person working when i go, and they tell me they have like 5 flavors of ice cream out. At a baskin robbins. If you’re open 24 hours why were the other flavors even put away to begin with???? Just close if its going to be so horrible.

Its my go-to when I am looking for a throwback to my childhood! Solid ice cream, keep it simple people!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. This location just keeps degrading their service each year. Heres a tip to the owner of this business: when someone orders two scoops, GIVE THEM TWO SCOOPS! Handing over a sundae with barely one scoop and then arguing with the customer about it, means something is seriously wrong with your business model. Do everyone a favor and go out of business.

Decided to grab a late night snack around 11pm the other night (3/18/2021). No one else was there when we walked in. My husband and I decided 2 scoops of ice cream each. The girl who waited on us seemed to be impatient and didnt say a word to us, just stood there staring at us waiting for our order. She did not have her mask on properly and was wearing it under her nose. Nothing to make a big deal about except they have signs everywhere stating how the staff and store are taking extra precautions with extra cleanings and mask wearing. When it came time to pay my husband stood in front of the open register and the employee went to the other one to ring us up. Didnt say a word to us and proceeded to give us the total. The register she was on had a sign that said please use other register and she said nothing, grabbed it, looked at it, and moved it to the other register. Other than receiving our ice cream relatively fast, it felt like a disappointing trip to say the least.

Lots of workers but none paying attention to new customers. Relatively dirty and unorganized - obviously a manager issue not the workers, they were pleasant once we got their attention.

I’ve written 2 google reviews in my life, let me lead with, so I don’t seek out opportunity to write a harsh review. Really disgusted by their lack of sanitary measures, especially during the current outbreak of covid-19. I’m not an extremist, but I would be repulsed, regardless of the current outbreak. No hand washing or sanitizing going on as they serve person after person, kid playing with his hair and scooping ice cream, no masks whatsoever, no gloves, legit no extra measures are being taken and not even the bare minimum for health and safety that you’d expect on a typical “normal” day.

This had to be the most bizarre trip to buy and ice cream cake ever experienced. Of the numerous young people behind the counter, none seemed to know the procedure to order in advance a personalized cake?? Do they not train the help or are do they simply hire people incapable of retaining basic instruction?

Waited in line for a half hour in the drive through behind a bunch of angry customers before myself and 3 other vehicles decided to leave before getting our food/drinks... I have come here in the past and have experienced abnormal wait times for even a cup of coffee...

When will I learn?! I am currently waiting for two milkshakes and questioning why I keep coming back to this horrible place of business. If you’re thinking of getting ice cream here, turn around and never look back. I have been here about five times in the past three years and every single time they BOTCH the order!!!! I just cannot understand how they can all be so bad at their jobs. So if you want to spend your money to wait 30 minutes and have the order messed up, this is the place.
