Sorry this store is closing. It has always been a good place to shop for kitchen stuff .With the close-out, I was able to get a 9 in1 Instant Pot, air fryer attachment and glass lid for under $100.

Was all happy walking in. Was very Curious as to what I would find to take home. The cashier did not greet me when I walked in. That was okay... because I was good and confident. I didnt need his validation. I look around for a quick minute. I notice that the cashier goes out of his way to greet all the other customers that walk in. Oh... well... not trying to make an issue.... then my husband walks in and he doesnt greet him either. Puzzled. I look back at him. Seems he only greeted the white customers. Not us. I bought a couple of things because of my grandbabies.... but now I understand why the store is closing. Horrible tension and racial divide. Cant believe that it still exists....while shopping. SMH.

I came to get a specific bowl and there it was. The inventory changes The coupon book I got at the mall center gave me a good discount. The salesperson was helpful. Glad I went.

I ordered two sets of dishes of Corelle.com. I didnt know until I looked at my emailed invoice that they werent really from Corelle but from a third party seller. I ordered them June 25 and emailed them sometime in July asking about shipping details, no response. I log onto PayPal, it says that the dishes were delivered but I never received them. Either they were delivered somewhere else or they were stolen off the porch. I emailed the seller, no response. Im out of $60, out of 2 sets of dishes, and/or refund. If I would have known that it was through a third party, I would have never ordered them in the first place. I can say that Ill never use Corelle.com ever again, such a scam!!

Went here today to look for pieces to my retired pattern. Unfortunately they didnt have the South Beach pattern but I was able to snag some amazing deals. I will be back to make my own set from their in stock pieces!!

Bought some dishes were said to be delivered last Thurs. Called USPS and they said shipping address was wrong on label. Emailed the website and seller and neither has bothered to reply. So, as of now, I am out $60 and no one can tell me if they will refund my money or resend dishes or what.

The store and all the employees were great. I still gave the store only 4 stars due to the fact that there were several items that were unavailable. I would have given it 4.5 stars.....if that was possible.

Went in to get a few replacement pieces. Customer service here was awesome. Ended up getting a few other things while I was there.

They have lids for the round pyrex glass dishes.Need an instant pot or accessory? Got it.$2.99 glass pie pan with any purchase? Yup.Corelle plates? Yup.

The only place I know of that you can get replacement plastic lids for glass storage containers. A nice selection of storage containers and kitchen utensils.

Went to pick up an in-store order that a family member placed. When I arrived at the store I was greeted, but when I mentioned I was there to pick up an order, her attitude quickly changed to one of annoyance. I gave the name on the order and was met with a snide comment about how it was lucky they didn’t put the glasses back since the person they spoke to said they would be in on Saturday to pick them up. Frankly, I think that comment was unnecessary and incredibly rude. The associate has no idea what could have happened to prevent someone from coming in. It’s not their business why or why not someone could not make it in to pick up an order. I replied that “unfortunately, sometimes life happens” and she doubled down that it “just would have been a shame if they had been put back”. I’ve worked retail and customer service my whole life, and I understand that the holidays can be stressful for staff. I’m sure I haven’t always been my best either, that said, it’s not the associates job to make such a comment. Talk smack when the door closes behind me, that’s fine, but at least try to be polite to my face.

All employees were very helpful with locating what I was looking for and helping me figure out the best deal with the coupons that I had.

Terrible customer service Thursday Nov 21. Rude indifferent woman. Yes their internet was down but she made no effort to empathize with the fact we had driven from Southfield to Howell on a rainy night. If it were me I would have taken the initiative and given an even exchange which is all we wanted. Will eat the 8 dollars postage trying to save and mail dishes back and NEVER buy a piece of Corelle again. Shameful “service”.

Nice clean, organized store. Low stock, but it is an outlet store, cant expect more just before the holidays. Staff was friendly and courteous.

I was here for a sale, the cashier was friendly. The only problem was that after the other store employee helped a family checkout and when the family left, she made a rude comment about being happy that the kids were gone. The kids weren’t even misbehaving, and even if they were, it’s still inappropriate and unprofessional to make a loud comment to the rest of the store.

The place was okay. not a fan of fancy dining items. a little high price may be.
