Any issues I have had with my car these guys have fixed and Ive had no issues when it comes to my oil changes. They know what their doing and are very fast and precise with their work.

I didn’t have an appointment, but was able to get in and out quickly. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful in answering my concerns.He (Jacob) took time to check out other problems I thought I was having. Thank you very much.

Brakes seemed a bit anemic so thought needed new ones. They checked my car out and assured me brakes were fine good for many more miles. I was not charged for this work. Other less honest shops would have given me brakes I did not need and or charged for inspection

On the road from Columbus this weekend and had a flat tire Sunday morning. Searched online to find an open shop for possible repair or replacement tire. I found Tire Choice as one of the only open shops in the area on Sunday. The staff was able to get me in right away on Sunday morning. They were able to repair my tire quickly with no problems. The shop was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. 5/5 stars - highly recommended.

Had a screw in tire, on a Sunday! Really great of them to take care of it right before closing - and for even being open on Sunday! Nice guys, really helped me out!Side Note: Wheels need to be re-balanced after patching a tire... I appreciated the fix, but now my car wobbles and Im going to have to take that tire in to get it balanced. Not a big deal personally, but something to be aware of.Lastly, no attention was paid to the torque on the wheels studs when putting it back on the car - and instead of first centering the tire and getting it flat to the hub, it was haphazardly done a lug at a time with the wheel wobbling. Almost brand new car - hoping there wasnt damage to one of the lug studs. Taking it to a Honda dealer for balance and proper torque today.

The do a good job of getting you in and out. So far Ive only needed their tire services. No issue at all with that.

$430 just to change 6 spark plugs I called auto zone to price my plugs where they got it from and they over charged me now corporate is saying they don’t control the prices.. I’ll be contacting the bbb and the news media

Quick and easy car care

Hands down best experience I’ve had at an auto repair shop. Went over to get an estimate on replacing the compressor for my AC and not only took the time to diagnose the issue but gave me a fair estimate. To top it off, their manager Steven stuck with the estimate when it came time to pay and provided outstanding customer service.The fix itself was done by Scott, and after 3 hours of work was able to get me cold air for the summer. Can’t thank them enough!

I absolutely loved my experience with Tire Choice. Darryl the manager was so friendly, and walked me through everything that I should know about the repairs needed for my vehicle. Fast service, and open on Sundays. Its a win win for me!!!!

These guys saved our butts today. Got a near flat while in Huber, went to NTB (they said 2 to 3 hrs). Got to Monro at 4:30 on a Saturday. They got us in in 5 minutes, and back on the road within the hour. Amazing!! Were SO grateful. Thank you, Monro!!

Had tires inspected for leaks. After which heard a constant clanking noise. Returned to be told that I needed new tires. Went to another shop not associated with this establishment. Discovered all tires were loose and on the verge of coming off. I myself was naive not to inspect their work. However, you trust people and especially specialty places. I have 3 kids and at anytime after this visit our lives could have been ruined or over. To Future customers check everything you can or ask for further inspection. For management stay on top of your employees. Their services are directly affecting lives. Their work should not be taken lightly.

Came here to get a nail taken out of my tire and a plug put in. Was told it was it was going to be $28. So we waited inside to pay, then he called us out and told us it was on the house. I was shocked and very much appreciated it! 10/10 would recommend these guys!

Took my car in for service and didn’t have a appointment and they were able to get me right in. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable and went into detail explaining what needed to be done and made sure I understood. I always choose Monro Muffler as my go-to repair shop because of my experiences here, no matter what city Im in!

I only gave one star because I had too. Very unprofessional I called ahead to see if I could get an oil change and if they was booked up the gentleman on the phone assured me to come and tht no they was not busy i drove from Fairborn jus to get there and be told i couldnt get an oil change until tomorrow when i expressed tht i jus spoke with someone on the phone and tht the person on the phone told me to come on in the gentleman looked me in the face without a care in the world and said yea tht was me but things changed no apology nothing I will never go back ever mind u this is the second time they have screwed me too lets not forget. The last time they didnt i guess drain my brakes or something and I almost wrecked because my truck would not stop!! The whole tire choice is trash

Just went here with my husband and these people are the worst. The previous day he made an appointment for a basic oil change and they said clear as day it would be 27 dollars total. We get there today and now its 44 dollars and they wanna act like they have no idea where we got that other price. Not even getting into the fact that 44 for a basic oil change is insane but they are clearly trying to upcharge us some premium thing that we dont want. We said no and walked out. Right on their sign it says 19.99 oil change. Ive had bad experiences here before. Avoid. You have been warned.

Took my truck in to Monroe on Brandt pike for brakes and service. Service manager and technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job and in a timely manner. Have been getting my oil change at this location for many years always great service. Like that they are usually on time for my appt time. Super friendly and helpful, even feel comfortable with my teenage daughters bring their cars in for service by their selves.

My brakes were making a grinding noise. Took it in and they quoted me an excellent price. Finished within an hour and a half. Excellent work. Floyd was a pleasure to work with!

Hard to find a place that services Jaguars nearby...they inflated my tires, the light went off after a few months and after Grismer tried to solve the problem. Re-evaluated my car and discovered that Grismer quoted me thousands of dollars in repairs that I did not need....hhhmmmmm. You have a new customer...

Good service, but ...Inquired about changing transmission fluid in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee, said it would cost X amount of dollars. I then called dealer, they said it doesnt ever need changed..hmmm. They also conned my wife into putting synthetic oil in, not that it wont hurt, just dont like their tactics.

Wonderful! Went to Walmart in huber first and they were rude and ignored us. When we finally got their attention, they said they didnt feel like taking any more customers because it was an hour before closed. Couldve at least told us instead of having us stand there wasting time.So I googled for places in the area who work with tires. Just calling this store, they were immediately polite and friendly. Gave me a lot of hope and I was excited to get there. Staff is absolutely delightful and I trust their service!!This place isnt very close to home but I will definitely be back if needbe. Go here!!! A huge thanks to Floyd and the crew at the brandt pike store for fixing my 2016 Toyota Tacoma! A tire pressure sensor was broken while installing my new tires at the upper valley pike store. The sensor was replaced for free but unfortunately they couldnt program the sensor due to the fact that their computer would only work on Toyota trucks up to 2014 according to the store manager(Todd). Todd referred me to Floyd. Floyd replaced the sensor 3 times due to faulty sensors and eventually had to use a sensor that he personally owned. During this ordeal Floyd remained friendly and professional. My only negative thoughts about Monroe muffler is that Monroe muffler corporate needs to step up and furnish their employees with the right tools to get the job done right the first time and to start buying better quality parts!

My car broke down on the side of the highway last monday and we took it to Monroe and both of the fuel pumps went bad in my car. They were able to fit it in between appointments and I had my car back before I went back to school and when I got my car back my gas gauge wasnt working they figured out that it was the fuel pump in my tank, that they just put it and they replaced it free of charge. They were amazingly friendly and they made sure that me and my mother knew what was happening in my car every step of the way. I will highly recommend going there in the future.
