The worst car buying experience Ive had. Will never recommend or go back. Wasnt shown any cars. They approved me for a car unseen and un driven. Approved me for 2200 down. Wanted me to hand him 1000 dollars. He offered to foot the rest and pay back to him. Got a little rude when I said I wanted to discuss with fiance.

I purchased a car from elite auto because my wife’s car was falling apart . We’re in a credit rebuilding process so we were taken through a process with a few different banks long story short the salesman came back and said we were approved for a pathfinder we didn’t even get to pick and we would have no problems out of this vehicle 5,000 dollars in repairs later were still having trouble and still are paying on the way overpriced vehicle. Heater core water pump thermostat head gasket window didn’t work back strut popping the list goes on the car was ok for a couple weeks buyer beware have your vehicle quadruple checked before they prey on you and don’t just buy what they say your approved for it’s very likely you will get a LEMON! Watch out for the warranty to read every word .

I’m very happy with the service we received. Haiatt was our sales woman and she was very helpful answering all our questions and working hard to get us the best deal possible. Me and my wife bought a 2010 Yukon Denali from this location which my wife was definitely happy with the vehicle the day we drove off the lot. After about a week of having the vehicle we noticed every time we would make a turn it made a weird cranking noise, so we brought this to Elites attention and told them we think something was wrong with it. Well they told us to get it inspected which we did and they would work with us since we had a mechanic that we trusted. Come to find out the power steering pump, power steering lines, and rear shock absorbers needed to be replaced and it was going to cost us 2300 in parts and labor to get it fixed. So we took them back our estimate and they said “ okay let us review it and we will call you back with our options. I said okay that’s fair. So a day goes by and no phone call, so we call up there our selves and Ryan ( our salesman ) says you guys signed the contract and there’s nothing we can do. Not to mention the fact that when we bought the vehicle they were also supposed to fix our passenger seat because it wouldn’t move forward nor backwards. I have scheduled 2 appointments with them and both times their mechanic knew nothing of either appointment and still have yet to fix that issue. Needless to say their customer service is HORRIBLE! Also we have talked to other people that have dealt with this company, the salesman’s sister in law to be exact and even she has had the same type of experience BUT WORSE than mine. I wish me and my wife would recommend this company but unfortunately after multiple appointments and multiple let downs from Ryan ( our salesman ) we CAN NOT. We have been very patient with them and it still did not pay off so now we are forced to give a bad review. If you are looking for a car I would recommend building your own car rather than buying one from these guys cause it’ll prolly still save you money and be less stressful. This was the WORST experience me or my wife had ever had buying a car hands down. And all of these problems have happened with only 3 weeks of owning the vehicle. Thank you for reading and please save yourself some time and don’t shop with this company.

Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Each time my car went in for something to be fixed, theyd have it for weeks and Id get it back with something else wrong! They tried to lie about the extra warranty I bought when my transmission went out then it was story after story as to why it took them nearly two months to fix my car. Finally traded it in for a brand new car. They also lied about the car not ever being wreaked when it actually had been! Absolutely the worst experience! Wish I didnt even have to give a one star!

Horrible experience there. Drove a car and the check engine light came on. Told them I was not interested in that car. Then was told not to be picky because my credit was bad. I stood firm. They then brought out a van that was not even clean and revoked in the side. Nope never again will I come here or recommend this place to anyone I know.

Went to test drive a CR-V and when I got into the vehicle, it wouldnt start. The salesmen must have noticed it wasnt starting so he came out with a jump starter and says the battery is dead and may need a new one. I told him not to worry about it, Im not interested and he proceeded to ask me if I was sure. Okay why would I want to purchase a vehicle that may have a bad battery? Could be the alternator. Along with that, the tires were so dull, Id have to purchase new ones after pulling off the lot. Youd think theyd do a little maintenance. Bought a vehicle at Bob Ross right after I left Prather and they replaced the brake pads, routers, tires, changed the oil, had an alignment, and few other misc. things. Also while I was filling out papers, took it to a Honda dealership to get the recalls fixed on it. Just minor recalls but still, they didnt have to do that. Who would seriously want to buy a vehicle and have to put money into it?

Got me in a Corolla fast and easy, payments are low and my credit wasnt the best when I went in.
