Salesperson was only interested in helping us if we wanted to spend a certain amount of money. When she showed us a ring and I said we didnt want to spend that much. She walked away from us.

We had the best experience that you could ask for when making the main purchase for my wifes ring, then my ear rings. We will return in the future!!

The gentleman that helped me was pretty cool. He showed me items in my budget and wasnt pushy at all.

Went to Kay Last week and it was the best experience I had. Was looking for rings to propose to my girlfriend. Chris and Aj was a huge help, Chris gave me advice on learning how to see the things my girl loves and keep notes on it. Aj was a big help as well with the necklaces i was looking for. And does Kay Jewelers have a best dressed award cause Chris got some style with his dress game.

Went in with my fiance to find a bridal set. They were SO unhelpful. When I walked in, there were people standing around. It was middle of the week so they werent that busy, and we were barely greeted. Rather than being asked what we were looking for I had to approach someone and ask where the sets were. The lady who directed us didnt bother asking what style of ring I liked, nor did she ask a budget, or really any questions. She just started pulling expensive big rings out of the case and putting them on my finger. None of which were what I was looking for. So we left and went to a different store, a sister store, where they actually asked me numerous questions and found me the most PERFECT ring. I definitely will not go back to this Kay Jewelers

I recently visited the Kays in huber to pick out my engagement ring. Aj was assisting me. He helped me pick out the most perfect ring. He took his time and did not rush with me. I felt so welcomed and a priority to him. I have never had customer service this way before. He was still newer at the job and there is no way to tell. He is a natural. I dropped off a bracelet for repair for a Christmas present and was told I would get a phone call in 24 to 48 hours to give me details on the cost of repair. After 9 days of not hearing anything I called to figure out what was going on and they told me its been sitting there for 6 days and they couldnt repair it. Never got a phone call or email telling me this. Then, after finding out that its been sitting there this whole time, I received an email the next day saying my repair was done and my service has been completed, I could pick it up whenever. I picked it up, still broken. Never going to kay jewelers again.

One of the worst experience Ive had shopping for jewlery. Was lied to the whole time so the manger could make a few extra bucks. Went to a bigger kays store and got exactly what I wanted. Stay away from the huber store all they want is your cash and not your satisfaction. If I could give a half star I would. Highly suggest Kays at the Dayton Mall
