You better find faith in God and start praying because its a complete roll of the dice what kind of subcontractor Champion will use to install your windows. There were caulk smears and caulk fingerprints everywhere after my install. Also, this companys service is completely overpriced. I thought Id ensure a proper install by paying the extra compared to others, but I was wrong. Some of the screens were busted out the day of the install and I dont trust Champion or whatever sub I got stuck with to fix them, so I did it myself. I fixed the screen door rolling issue myself. I cleaned up the broken glass and caulk smears myself. Essentially, expect to do a lot of things yourself after you get your service from them. As if they care though, they will have already got their money by that point. Oh, and I was promised multiple times that the install would take one day. Right when the subcontractors arrived they said it would take two days instead. I had to use time off from work unexpectedly to stay at home with the contractors an extra day since I live alone.The windows and doors themselves arent bad. In fact, they are quite good. I just take issue with everything else, that being the company, the price, the service, the subcontractors, the lack of cleanliness, having to clean up caulk and glass everywhere, servicing and repairing my own paid for doors and windows within of week of getting them installed, etc. I would not use this company again, ever, nor would I recommend it to friends, family, or colleagues. Good luck if you go with Champion.

The Champion salesman, Kevin Sommers, was very knowledgeable of his product offerings, explained and demonstrated the effectiveness of the glass coatings, and provided great detail on how the windows are constructed. Ordered the replacement windows and they were professionally installed 4 weeks later. Competitors were up to 7 months out. Love the new look and mechanics of the awning and casement windows. Picked Prairie Trace grids and they open the whole room up. Very pleased so far.

Chris from Champion came out to give us an estimate on installing some new windows. He was very nice and courteous, and did an excellent job walking us through the options and pricing! He was wonderful to work with and we will definitely ask for him again! Call Champion and ask for Chris, you won’t be disappointed!

If I could give negative stars I would! Don’t waste your money. Other than the gentleman who originally came out to talk to us-he was pleasant- every single interaction with this company has been terrible! First, the installers showed up to, as we were told, install our windows, several hours late....only for us to be told that the person who had measured had measured everything wrong, so our windows wouldn’t even fit! They told us that this was a known issue that happened to many people, and that person was fired. If this was a known issue, why not come out and re measure before making windows that probably won’t fit! We then were remeasured and told we would have windows in the next few weeks before our new baby arrives... only to find out WEEKS later that the windows made for our living room are 8 inches too short and they don’t make them in that size! They never notified us of this or reached out. We only found out because we called them. We were told when asking for our money back and that we were taking our business elsewhere that this was “above my pay grade.” So here we sit with a baby arriving soon and still no new windows! Very disappointed and angry! Worst experience ever!

Wonderful salesman. Marcus was not pushy, but knowledgable and answered all our questions. Not the cheapest quote and not the highest. Very ptofessional.

The salesperson was friendly. Though we had to ask him to put a mask after being told it was company policy that they wear them. The individual came out to measure and we again had to request that he place a mask on, he did not even have a mask. We had to provide him with one. When the windows were installed in January 2021, the installer cracked one as he put it in. We were told that a new one would be ordered and rushed. Weeks went by without hearing anything and we made multiple calls with no response. Again we called and were finally told someone would reach out soon. The individual who returned our call was not the most friendly but we were told the window would be installed in a couple of days. This was in March, that day came and the replacement window was too small and would not fit at all. We still have not heard anything despite multiple calls again. We spoke with someone and were assured a call back the next day, we never received that call. We are highly disappointed and will not be using or recommending champion. The window was cracked during installation in January and is still cracked five months later with no answer in when it will be fixed despite all of our calls.

This review is only getting 2 stars because the salesman himself wasnt so bad.I called Champion to come quote an entire house worth of windows, and the experience left such a sour taste in my mouth. The salesman did a fine job, he was newer at the job so Im taking that into account. At one point I received my quote which honestly left me with sticker shock, and I said that I had other companies coming for quotes so I wasnt purchasing anything that day. I was told that the price was only good for that day, then he had to call his manager Im assuming- which he said was IT but it was clearly (in my opinion) a manager. He went outside and out of range of my Ring doorbell to talk to his manager. When he came back inside he put the manager on speakerphone who proceeded to try to give me another deal because I said the price was too high, telling me it was only good if I signed then and there and that itd go away as soon as the salesman left. I had to repeat myself several times that I was not purchasing anything then and there. Finally it got through and the call ended and the salesman just gave up, his whole demeanor changed.These high pressure sales tactics are gross, and I knew during the phone call I wouldnt purchase from Champion even if they were the cheapest. Someone did call me the next day and tried to take even more money off- almost 3k (boy would I have been mad if I signed that contract right then and there with the best deal I was going to get) I dont know who thinks high pressure sales is a good tactic but Ill be sure to let all my friends/family know how this experience went. I ended up going with a company that was almost half the price.

4/23/2019: Updated after install from 5/5 to 3/5. Not even really sure what to rate this company right now. As stated before, sales rep was great. Install on first day went very well, and was told there would be a 7-10 day wait for the second day of work to finish the glass wall. Hadnt heard anything in two weeks, called the office and was told the gentleman was on vacation and I would hear what day they could come and finish it on Monday. I work late surgery hours and woke up to a call Tuesday asking if the job was completed to my satisfaction, which was very confusing. I checked outside and they had came and finished the job without calling me or asking me about the end product. Craftsmanship and fit and finish were very underwhelming. There were scratches on the painted finish, the windows were left with caulk smears on them, one screen door slides smoothly and the other is rough on its tracks, and the doors close and lock with different requirements of force. A team came out same day and clipped some of metal off the screen door track, and it helped it some, but one screen door slides smoothly while the other still has obvious friction and drag. They cleaned up the glass and got the caulk off. I was impressed by how fast a team came out and worked, but the overall product is just...underwhelming. Champion is a more premium company, I had quotes that were far cheaper than the price I agreed to, but I trusted the name, quality of glass, and expected a no hassle install with good communication. Hoping the screen door will be smoothing itself out or I will just call again to have it fixed.The quote and salesman were very professional. Rick Koebel was my salesman and brought an excellent display of why their glass is significantly nicer than the industry standard. I had received a prior quote a while back, and the prices felt high compared to other quotes, but the demo really helped understand the difference glass quality makes on heat retention/reflection. Very impressed by their warranties as well, and had an inspection at my door within 4 days of calling. Will recommend the company.

I hired them to put my siding up in August of 2020. They were supposed to start in November of 2020. November came and went. I heard nothing. Which worried me since I had already given them over 11000$. I called. New office staff and they forgot about me? Okay turnover happens. They order the siding it’s delivered and it’s the wrong color. So January the right siding shows up. Weeks go by I called to see if they were going to come work on my house. A couple weeks later a group of 6 people show. They rip off my siding and they do this for a couple days. They left the siding in a pile in my back yard nails sticking out and all. They also left nails straight up on my porch I’m surprised the mailman didn’t get hurt. My dog could barley make it around the yard with all the siding. Weeks go by now siding on my house it snows and my electric bill goes sky high. Snow stops. 1 guy shows up from there on out and does very little works for a couple hours sits in his car and goes to lunch and never comes back this has gone in for weeks. They have gotten close to nothing done. We are now on month 5 of them “working” on my house. They got half the siding up finally and then they told me it’ll be 2 days and then it will be done. 3 weeks have gone by with no word. My 70 yr old mom was running down the street trying to catch the insulation that had blown off the house afraid it was going to cause a wreck. Half of my insulation has fallen off at this point. The man ive been speaking with Mike has not Apologized or offered any explanations or said he understood my issue with his “ work”. He said in a couple of weeks he may be able to get someone out to finish but then acted like my dog was an issue. My dog is kept on leash and I am always with him so that excuse is mute. This is not full price work. In fact all my neighbors assumed we hired these guys off Facebook or something bc of the trash they left every where and how slow this process has gone. Anyone I work with anyone I know will know not to use champion. I feel taken advantage of and honestly I think it’s bc there were 2 females and no man around. The fact that they came and picked up their gear irks me the most. They went to work on other projects instead of finishing ours. No one I k ow will ever use this company.

Today a family member was given a quote for thousands of dollars more than she would have paid from other reputable dealers. Furthermore, the salesman called his boss to try an old, tired sales tactic of pretending to get her a deal. They topped it off with the stipulation that unless she bought the package today the price would be 6k more otherwise. Seriously? $6,000 difference? Anyone with a 5th grade educator knows better. C’mon Champion, you can’t act like that wasn’t an outright lie. They saw the girl living by herself and decided to take advantage.

Salesman Matt came out to give an estimate. Good information and the quote was reasonable. My wife and I needed some time to think about the windows and he started putting the sales pressure on (despite saying he was a no pressure salesman). Lots of promotions and discounts that went away if we didnt buy right then. He put me on a call with a supervisor who put more pressure on us. Frankly, it was rude. To top it off, he drove through our grass instead of asking us to move our car in the driveway. Maybe the windows are quality but I would never buy them because of this estimate experience.

Choose Champion for all your windows doors or siding needs. I had a wonderful experience with my recent garden doors, siding and gutters installation. The Champion group and installers where very professional, made sure i was satisfied with the service and cleanup from each project. Ryan, my sales representative communicated with me throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. He even made it a point to reach out right after the installation and also a month post installation to ensure i was satisfied. Very happy with Champion and would recommend them to anyone that needs windows/doors or siding.

On April 4, 2019 we ordered a double window with an arch window on top and a sliding glass door. We were told that it would be 60 to 90 days for delivery. Finally on July 12, 2019 they came to install the window and door. The installer did a lot of measuring of the window and door before beginning. I was then told that he could install the door but they did not send a part so he could not install the window. Also said the the part should arrive by the end of the week. They installed the door on that day but had to put two inch boards around the whole frame to make it fit.It is now August 8, 2019 and we still do not have a window. I called customer service on or about July 22,2019 because we had not heard anything. At that time I was told the they miss measured the window so it had to be re-ordered. Later that day a district manager of installation called me and again said they were waiting on a part.On July 30, 2019 my wife e-mailed the salesman the we purchased the window from. He said again that they were waiting on the part. She had to e-mail him again on August 5, 2019 and he said it should be on the truck tomorrow. We still have not heard anything.Four months and still no window. Are they really waiting on a part? Was the door and window miss measured but they were able to make the door fit? Why cant we get someone to communicate with us without initiating contact?I am to the point of contacting a lawyer to cancel the order so we can get it from somewhere else. This is just a warning cautionary advice to anyone thinking of ordering a Champion window. They have terrible customer service and obviously some one is not telling the truth.Bret Hurst

We order an entry and storm door on June 13th - contract stayed 12 - 14 weeks for installation. First door brought on Sept 8th was 3/4 inch too big. Next installation date on Oct 2nd was a no show. Next install date on Oct 29th wrong door jam. Dec 2nd installers show up with wrong door and hinges on wrong side. Only thing right was the door color. We were promised a full refund if not installed by Nov 18th - now saying did not have authority to do that.

Ive had my new double-hung windows - 20 over the entire house - for a few months now. Ive been very pleased with their performance in this hot weather (much less heat around the windows on these hot, hot days). I was also very pleased with the professionalism of their salesman (Ryan) as well as their installer (Brad). I had the windows installed in two sets of 10. Each install went very smoothly and quickly - finishing up each set in a day.Ive been so pleased, that Ive engaged Champion to do a backyard deck enclosure that will commence in the next month or so. Ill write another review once that process has been completed.Regards.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars that is how terrible my experience has been so far and they havent even started any work.Worst customer service ever. We contracted to have a three season room added to our home on June 6th 2020. We put down a deposit of 1/3 of the total job and it is now September 29th and we do not have not one thing begun. On July 13th I spoke to Whitney and was promised a start date in 4 to 6 weeks which would have been Aug 10th to the 24th. On Aug 12th I have not heard a confirmed date so I spoke to Bob the head of the sunroom projects. He has not even pulled a permit for the job yet. He said he it takes 2 weeks to get the permit back and promised the concrete guys would be out in 3 weeks. This would be a date of Sept 2nd. Needless to say that didnt happen. I spoke to Bob onSept 1st to get an arrival time for the promise start date of the 2nd only to find out he still had not received the permit. I in turn called the county to find out what was going on with the permit. There was an issue that needed addressed and Bob was not responding. Bob finally called me on 9/9 to let me know he has the permit. Then he proceeds to tell me he has two concrete contractors one that is not reliable, wont show up on time, doesnt clean up and will take four weeks to finish the project. (so why on the heck are you even using this company). The second contractor csn start in 2 weeks. Of coarse for the amount of money Im paying I want it done right. Two weeks from 9/9 was 9/23 . Once again no one showed or called. I left 2 messages for Bob to return my call on 9/24 and 9/25. Its the 29th and still no response. I called corporates and asked to speak to Todd Dixon CEO and was told he does not take calls. I needed to speak to McKayla. Left her a message 9/25 which says she will return calls in 1 to 2 days. Still have not heard a thing. I have given $10,000.00 for a deposit of a job they keep promising to start and I have nothing as of 9/29. I have sent a BBB complaint and my next step is our attorney. I would never ever recommend this company to my worst enemy.I will update this once I hear back or if I have to resort to legal action.

Sales experience was great! Didn’t feel pressured to buy, laid out all our options for us, even some glass alternatives we hadn’t thought of. Took an hour to go through everything, but was happy because was able to answer all our concerns as new home owners and showed true professionalism throughout the interaction.
