They have good ice cream, some of the sizes could be bigger for the priceI cant really complain tho because it is 2021 now lol

Once again a HUGE disappointment. These kids are either not trained correctly or they just don’t care.Every time we order blizzards, they do not put the correct amount of mixers we ask for and they never blend them through to the bottom.Why pay so much for ice cream? Kroger here we come from now on.

Typical Dairy Queen offerings here. Decent location however the restaurant was a bit messy. The customer service could definitely use some improvement here as the counter staff seemed to be more interested in conversing with each other than taking the customers orders. Regardless, the vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate is a reliable choice.

We eat here every weekend in the summer. It has a drive through which is great.

Dairy Queen! We go here two of three times a year, for just sweet treats and have gotten an ice cream cake two or three times as well. Never disappoints. Classic DQ :)

Although they were out of something I would have liked what we got was very delicious.

Blizzards and those pretzels are the bomb but thats really the only thing I like.

The service and food (ice cream) was excellent. The only issue I have is the drive thru. During busy times you may find yourself in line on the street. The traffic can be hazardous especially if you are in the last car.

The blizzards rock as always, but trust me when I say they truly have the best chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Just wish they had fries.

It’s pretty hard to go wrong at Dairy Queen. Their blizzards are top notch. Even when they’re out of the flavor I want, it still tastes good. I haven’t had a single blizzard there that I haven’t liked. The lines are sometimes pretty long, but for good reason

Super slow service and when we finally got up to the order box after waiting 20 minutes, she refused to serve us pretzels and basically rushed us through the entire process. She spoke so fast it was difficult to understand her when she was taking our order and overall, just rude and nasty. Employees not wearing masks making food in the background. Girl handing out food was polite, which was a nice change from the nasty order taker.

Friendly and always have a 😃 and make you feel right at home

I asked for different items & my request were not met and everything was very messy. A lot of employees work there, so many of them there were a lot of people standing around laughing because they were messing up orders and not giving proper items to customers.

Staff is great and you all know the food and icecream are delicious

I waited for 1/2 hour, 20 cars out in the street but Ive cream was good

Staff are beyond courteous, helpful and polite! Service is quick inside and drive through with plenty of quality in their treats and foods! Kids ask to go at least 4 times a day😂

Wish I could do zero stars. Went on a nice day like wasn’t too long at all. The guy at the window had open sores on his hand and wasn’t wearing gloves handed is the ice cream. I was off put by this and called them when I got home and asked if people making the ice cream wear gloves, the guy who answered the phone said they do not . That made it even worse and I threw my ice cream away. Covid or not if someone had open sores on there hand why are they not wearing gloves.

Delicious summer flavours. Fast and friendly service even a line of cars. My only criticism is I keep getting a blizzard and it seems too soft. I put it in my freezer blaming it on the warm day but even in the freezer it doesnt freeze hard it stays creamy. Very strange but still tastes good.

Deserts are always good and that is the reason we come here. Would like to make a suggestion about trying to get more money for the ower and in turn get us customers through the line a little quicker.Would it be possible to take a play out if Chick-fil-As book and have someone taking orders prior to the intercom? This might give the workers time to have order prepared and speed up the process. Tonight there were 16 cars in front of me up to the speaker. It took 42 minutes to place an order. None of the three cars in front of me had their order waiting for them when they got to the window. I spent 5 minutes at the window myself.I understand we are in an unprecedented situation. I do not want people standing in adverse conditions nor do I want them in harms way.I also know that as I get to the speaker there are 18 cars behind me and its 8:38 with a 9:00 closing time.

Great food. Decently priced but at the current moment it can take upward of 30mins to go through the drive through if its a busy time! If its a short line its 100% worth it!

We visit this Dairy Queen often. Nice place to get all kinds of ice cream treats at reasonable prices. It was a little noisy tonight. The blizzard machine was going constantly while we were there. Weve never noticed it before so perhaps there was a problem with it. We enjoyed our ice cream anyway. Recommended.

Usually love this place but horrible today, 2 out of our 4 items was wrong, way too many people in the there working, it would be more efficient with less people instead of 5 or 6 standing around while everyone else walks over them. Glad those young kids have jobs but if their in the way send them home. Also my wife saw someone drop toppings and pick them up and put them in a blizzard. Hopefully this is just a bad day for you all please get this corrected

So delicious. My new favorite is the summer berry cheesecake. Just came back home after bike practice and wanted a cold treat. Service is a bit busy but still worth the wait!

Good selection of frozen ice cream cakes. We got the Reeses peanut butter cup cake. Kids loved it. Got to say though the parking lot is a nerve wreaker for me. I dont like driving through tight spots and they have it there.

Great ice cream

Just waited in line over 10 minutes at the drive thru. As soon as we pulled up the girl said we closed at 9:00. This was at 9:06, we had been there well before 9:00. Needless to say they took the persons order in front of us!! There was no cars behind us, they should have taken our order!! This is terrible customer service. Extremely mad right now!!

I am so dissapointed in this place!!! There were workers standing around doing nothing and they didnt give us one of our blizzards!!! The saddest part was that they didnt flip any of our blizzards over. Maybe if they actually gave us our last one...

Customer service skills with some employees is lacking. Menu items were more sparse than expected. I ordered a smoothie and the gentleman that was making it was pouring it into my cup and during the transition from to pitcher to my cup the smoothie mixture overflowed into his hand. He then proceeded to drag his hand up the side of the cup like a squeegee and dump the mixture into my cup so none was wasted. When I requested that a new one to be made, since a good portion of the smoothie was directly on his hand prior to making it into the cup, the gentleman that helped him resolve the mess decided to argue with me and tell me that the smoothie mixture never touched the other gentlemans hand. I will never go back to this location.

My son loved his Oreo Blizzard and the best part was that we only had to wait in the drive thru for 10 min or less. Anyone familiar w the Huber Heights Dairy Queen realizes that often times there is a long line of cars in the drive thru, backed out onto Brandt Pike, but not today!Thank you Huber Heights Dairy Queen for making our precious time together filled with laughter, fun, and topping the night off with some awesome ice cream🍧🍦🍨jen

I get the m&ms blizzards here after a stressful day. The service is fast. Ive never run into any problems. I have no complaints.

Family seemed well pleased. 3 cones, 1 Banana malt, 1 reg Reeces cup blizzard. Very nice inside.

Dairy Queen service and food has done what most other eateries have done, gave up. Despite the fact that they now serve lukewarm hotdogs that taste like they were fresh last week & even though the blizzards wont pour out of the cup they still get your flavors wrong and the ones you get are stale and almost nonexistent people are still flocking here like zombies. They pour into the extremely small and unattractive parking lot ooze into the very small store and mindlessly order their favorite or their usual because I assume it has to be out of habit that people still come here at all.

The drive thru line can be long and slow at times. If you are planning to go eat inside or get carryout, park in the side business lot. It will be easier to get around and out of the DQ lot if the drive thru line is long.The staff have always been pleasant to my family even when other customers have not been so nice to the staff. Its ice cream people, enjoy it and be kind to others while enjoying your freeze.

A must with the Grandkids after an afternoon at the park. A dipped cone is perfect on a hot summer day. Prices are reasonable. Its soft serve ice cream of course, Blizzards, etc. A good place to go with the little ones.

I got a dipped ice cream the cherry one it was good the best thing I like about this dairy Queen ( I have been there 3 times lately) is the young man working the cash register he definitely gives good customer service / polite and positive.

The employees here are kind and fast and the dining area is very clean.

Drive-thru line is always fast (and accurate!) but parking lot can be a hassle to navigate when busy and you want to eat inside.

Very good experience tonight in the drive thru due to the awesome girl running it! She’s killin the game with her amazing customer service. She is an asset to the company for sure. Moving that line quicker than ever and serving delicious ice cream with a genuine, warm smile. Nothing worse than being handed your tasty treat by a frowny face (which is what you get most of the time these days). She’s a keeper!

Depending on when you go and the season, the place can get really busy with cars waiting to the street. It can be hard to get in and out of the parking lot when busy. But, the ice cream is still delicious! The workers are usually very friendly even when busy.

Even though the drive thru line was wrapped around and out the parking lot, we got through pretty quickly. The food was hot and fresh. However, the actual food menu is very limited (at least what was displayed on the drive thru menu.) There was only a handful of sandwiches to choose from.

Dairy Queen has always had the best vanilla soft serve ice cream around! No one else can even compete!

No fried food so that was sad as my kids only eat chicken tenders. Service was a bit slow, but inside was super clean and staff was friendly

What is service in a timely manner? We wouldnt know at this location. No wonder everyone goes to Coldstone around here as this DQ is the worst of the worst when it comes to time waiting! Then every single time they get my order wrong. How hard is it to make a M&M blizzard with no chocolate syrup!?. Just go somewhere else! The time is pathetic at this location. Oh WAIT! arent they suppose to service it to us with an upside down example? Hmm not here, forget about getting it for free.

In the few hours before closing the place gets jam-packed with cars lining up on the street just to get in. The ice cream is worth the wait, but you are better off pulling into a parking space and waiting inside.

They are sometimes busy but grt you through the line quickly. My order is always right and staff is always friendly.

Great Ice Cream and Blizzards. Food is good but perhaps the menu needs to be expanded. Fast good service for both indoor and drive thru venues. During busy times parking spaces can be hard to get out of due to drive thru traffic blocking the parking spaces. Should reinvent parking and drive thru traffic routes. Perhaps need to expand lot size and reorder parking away from building.

Quick service though the parking lot needs a rework

Good service and great blizzards. Sure it doesnt have as much food as most DQ locations, but the building is also half the size of most locations. Its not creepy and the parking lot is just fine.
