Terrible Experience. I asked 3 samples 1 quart EGG-SHELL which I said a few times so he wouldnt get it wrong. This cashier dude named Nathan made me SATIN version of Lazy gray color. I purchased these 3 samples went home and found he gave me SATIN instead of EGGSHELL. Now if I was to paint and retouch my walls, the color will be way to shiney compared to what it is currently. And to put salt onto the wound, these samples are Non-Returnable. Waste of 26$!

Im all about the quality paint. For the money the proper paint is well worth it.

If you need primer, call before you go because theres a shortage there. Also, ask Google anything you dont understand about paint because they likely dont know the answer.

Brian helped me over the phone with an order and then at the store with my pickup. There was a little bit of a line and he handled it so well. Angela, the young lady who helped us, was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and very polite. She was a delight to work with as we went over our project. She made many extremely helpful suggestions without pressuring us to buy more than what we needed. I would recommend this store and Angela to one and all!

We painted our downstairs this fall. Loved the paint. Have a garage and some upstairs room to finish. We bought some additional. The hardest part is picking the colors - so many color choices. The best part is the quality of the paint at Sherwin-Williams.

Great customer service. Very willing to apply discount so as to not pay full retail. The paint is a superior product and quite frankly makes painting tolerable.

The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to discuss pos and cons, offered suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed.

Good service good salesperson, I didnt read his badge, however he was working yesterday 2/2/2018 7 am the only on on the sales force, he was working like a mad man taking care of 5 different customers at once and he didnt miss a beat.

Waited 30 minutes for curbside pickup, called twice, while people went in and were served after we got there. And while I called twice and they said that I couldve come in, but I was not able to. They also had no masks on to deliver it to us.

The price was very high for the stain that I purchased.

I tried to call ahead to order paint and got no answer, so I drove to the store. When I got there they did not have the duration product that I needed so I had to drive a half an hour away to get the paint I needed to finish the job.
