Van was towed here after accident. They charge $65/day even if they are closed. Items on my bill added up to $150 and they charged $250 to get vehicle back. Would not recommend.

I had the worst experience with them yesterday evening I went home crying 😥 this is how bad it was, they have the rudestemployees including the manager, I do not recommend this company to anyone 😔

Called to see if there was any availability to run diagnostics on my car and was very rudely told by the male employee that Pioneer Automotive Services only handles collisions, which I find very strange because it says AUTOMOTIVE, and not collision, in the name. My friends mom has been coming here for years and swore by them but if this is how they treat potential new customers calling to ask to for help, I want nothing to do with them. Zero stars if I could. Customer service to EVERYONE is key!
