I hate buying cars – well, actually I love cars but I really dislike car dealers. Ruby Auto Group takes the car dealer out of the equation and made my recent car purchase the most enjoyable I ever had. By contrast, it took me three months, untold numbers of phone calls to buy my last car and I didn’t get exactly what I wanted.I never had to listen to sales pitches for things that would increase the dealer’s profit but not the life, value or my enjoyment of my car (extended warranty/undercoating/financing) or any talk of “he’ll probably throw your offer in my face, but I’ll take it to the sales manager”.What I did get was exactly what I wanted for considerably less than I would have paid if I had found it on my own – Jon more than made up for what I paid him in savings alone – plus he handled everything. He also took my car in trade and gave me exactly what Kelly’s/Edmunds said it was worth (in trade).I recommend Ruby Auto Group highly – if you’re busy, just don’t like the car buying experience and want to let an expert negotiate for you.

My husband and I were in the market for a White Diamond Tricoat GMC Acadia, searched the internet and found this vehicle at Ruby Auto Group in Hudson, Ohio.
