My sons car broke down and his dad and I were across the country. He took it here to get the alternator replaced and they took VERY good care of him and the car. Hopefully we wont need any other services, but if we do, I will definitely use them!

This place is exceptional! The people are super friendly and helpful. The shop dog Leo is sure to steal your heart too! Prices are better than their competitors. If youre looking for trustworthy people that actually care and actually fix the problem without causing more damage, go to these guys! This is now my go-to garage and will continue to be for years to come. Thank you for all your service so far!

Car has been at this shop since the 14 of November with a charging system fault. Its now December 4th. Now on My 3rd time picking the repaired car and still repairs have not been made. I dont recommend this place for anything more than an inspection sticker.

DO NOT bring your vehicle here, they will not fix your car and will ignore you and keep your money. This place is a scam. My boyfriend brought his car here November 14, it is now December 22 and the vehicle is still not fixed. It has some issues with the battery overcharging. After it is “repaired” the first time and ready for pickup the owner, Tyler Blanchard, requests that we pay in cash. Sounded sketchy but we gave the benefit of the doubt. A huge mistake on our part. Next morning its broken down in our driveway. Not even 12 hours later. Tyler, the owner, who did this repair, IGNORED us for three days. Finally got him to answer the phone. He said they would tow it out of our driveway and back to the shop that day. The truck never showed up. The office said he couldnt get one yesterday but will send one over today instead. If he couldnt get one that day that’s understandable, but dont tell someone youre going to do something then leave them hanging and not even apologize. Communicate. Finally we had enough. My boyfriend then called demanding our money back and Tyler’s response was “Yeah.....well I’ll have to go to the bank.....” The office manager Susan (At this point, December 1st, Tyler no longer spoke to us directly.) absolutely refused as it is against policy, insisted the car could be brought back and fixed. Car finally gets towed there. They eventually call and say the car is fixed. My boyfriend goes to pick it up the next day. There is someone else working on his car IN THE PARKING LOT with the hood open. If it was fixed and you ok’d it being picked up why is someone working on it? Tyler broke a cover in the engine, it was smashed and looked like he attempted to glue the pieces back together. No acknowledgement. The work done looks like some hack did it and is extremely unprofessional. There’s exposed wires, horribly done solder joints and he used only electrical tape to cover them instead of using waterproof heat shrink. Battery cables were changed as well and electrical rings used on those were uninsulated. My boyfriend proceeds to start the car, battery overcharges and is not drivable. IN THE MORALL BRAKE PARKING LOT .Fast forward another week or two. No communication, many ignored phone calls. Finally its good to go. As you can probably guess, the car did not end up fixed. Lasted more than 12 hours this time though! It is now dead in our driveway. For the past week and a half that this third repair failed we have been calling and asking for a refund or any acknowledgement about the failed repairs and what this business wants to do to make things right. “We will relay this to Tyler” Tyler has ignored us, and the shop itself is now ignoring us and wont even answer the phone. Is this really how you do business and treat your customers? We are now currently proceeding with legal action. See you in court Tyler!

I have been bringing my vehicle here for the past five years and always had good service. I took my vehicle in last week and not only was the service great but I got to converse with the owner without feeling rushed. He really took his time to explain future work that needs to be done and will work on a previous issue that needs to be adjusted to get it fixed completely!Honest, great service & great customer service! Only because I had to choose something. I will say I have never brought my vehicle here, however if you do please know they do not respect anyones vehicle . I dont live far from there and listen daily to them doing donuts with others cars, burning the tires, and just speeding around.

If you are looking for a auto repair shop that is honest, and has fair reasonable prices, this is the place to go. Its hard finding an honest mechanic these days or at least a place that doesnt overcharge you an arm and a leg. I was referred by a friend a few years ago and continue to have my car service there. Even a synthetic oil change is cheaper there than any of many shops in the hudson area. I brought my truck to another shop to get it inspected. The shop said it wont pass inspection because it needed all new brake pads and rotors. Brought the truck to Morall and they said it only needed brakes and rotors on the rear. They installed rotors/pads. Another time (biggest repair Ive had), I had a leak in the radiator that couldnt be repaired. They put in a new radiator and new water pump(I asked them to replace the water pump because youre just paying for the part cost as they have to take the engine a part anyways). Their price was still 30% less than two other quotes. When I went to pick it up, the owner said that he understood this must have been a big expense, so he slapped a new inspection sticker on it even though it wasnt due for another month and that I didnt ask him for it. Also, from what he quoted me for the job, he didnt change the price and gave me an inspection sticker for free. I drive 30 minutes plus out of the way to go to this garage and I would drive 60 minutes plus to know I am going to a reputable shop without getting screwed. If youre looking for a pretty place, with a nice waiting room, where you can drink free coffee, surf the net, and read some magazines, this is not it. As a consumer, all of that stuff is a cost to a shop and one way or another, you are paying for that stuff in the repair/service prices. Morall is just a small, no frills shop where you are greeted with a smile and taken care of. I will admit that I was a little weary that I couldnt find any advertising for their shop or find a lot of customer reviews online, but Im so happy my friend told me about them and that I decided to do business there.
